good phone, but bulky and caveats for CMDA

I would say the selling points of this phone are clearly the 120hz refresh rate screen and the sound system. Everything else about the phone is very subjective and upto personal preference. It's a fairly big device so for me, it's not very comfy to use (i have medium/small hands). Also, its very hard to find cases for the phone under $20. It says it's compatible with Verizon, but out of the box, I had to take it to a store and have them "enable" it onto the CDMA network. If you're looking for something small and sleek, this definitely isn't it, but from a gaming perspective, the 8gb ram and 120hz screen is great for apps never randomly shutting off in the background and high definition for games that support the high refresh rates (such as pokemon GO)

Not many phone case options, google chrome is buggy,. And the front sensor that makes the phone dim if covered or senses to much light isn't positioned great. Can watch movie and accidently cover the sensor with finger causing phone to dim.

So, originally got this phone for $399 and tax. Well worth it at that price. The RAM and processor let it snap through an average day's tasks and most games without an issue. The cooling system also leaves it pleasant to use for long spans of time.
The screen...displays up to 1440p at 120hz so worthwhile for the right games or media enthusiasts.
The only concerns would be the battery, operating system, and price. The battery at 4,000 mah with quick charging will last a day of use sans internet well enough. If aiming to combine that with gaming or lte use, perhaps a different story. The ability to alter the phone's performance settings helps though.
The price...at full price, there are mainstream phones with the snapdragon 855 though likely without the cooling system or 120hz screen if those are selling points for you.
Last but not least, the os. This phone is on Pie which is behind ten. Given Razer closing their mobile division, future updates could be sketchy.
Otherwise, great phone I am quite enjoying!

Don't care about 'gaming' on a cell, just wanted something different that supports SD cards and wireless charging that isn't Samsung or LG (not that I have issues with them, love Sammie and LG phones). Seems to perform very well. See UI elements/options are a bit lackluster compared to big names, but nothing I can't get used to.
It's is square and big and heavy, and it's slippery, so keep all that in mind. I have dropped it once or twice and luckily no shatters yet.

Phone was fast and had great graphics and sound but had to return as couldn’t get to work on Verizon. I’m on a business account with Apple and didn’t have authorization to change anything on account so my only upgrade option was Apple. If not for that I’d probably have kept it..

I am very happy and satisfied with the speed of the phone and the accuracy of the GPS all applications work at excellence speed no lag whatsoever like I've always said Motorola is the best and it's the first one that started with Android maybe it's because zebra owns Motorola and they make the best antennas so I figure with a 8GB ram in the liquid cool system I could run many applications cuz I don't use this phone for games I use this phone to make money

The only issue ive had with this phone is the touch sensitivity is sometimes weird however it may be due to my screen protector. Other then that 120hz on a phone is so smooth and the fact that it doesnt have a samsung infinity screen that shatters on a 1 foot drop makes me happy

My husband needed a new phone and had been doing research for the past 3 months as to which phone he wanted. He found the Razor 2 and just about died at the specs the phone boasted. The refresh rate on this thing is absolutely absurd! The phone is very solidly built and will be very difficult to break, which is a good thing. The downside to it being so well built is that it is incredibly heavy when compared to my own phone (Iphone 7).

Phone has great display for gaming! The sound is amazing on this phone! You won't find a louder phone speaker. It is a decent size screen but at least there is no notch. Also Nova launcher is great you can really customize your Android phone.
The camera is so so after I updated the software. Pictures in daylight look good. When there is low light not so good. The speakers are amazing but the little holes where they are located will get dirty and you notice that right away.

Fast, good display, only drawback is very limited case options. And for some reason I have no fingerprint reader option any more. Did at first then just disappeared from security settings. Other than that, very happy with the phone for 399$.

the Razer Phone 2 is an awesome 120hz phone to play all your mobile games on, and with the SD card slot you don't really have to worry about running out of space...everything runs so smooth and the RGB logo on the back is pretty cool too

Going up to a 120 Hz display from other 60 Hz display phones is an amazing experience. Speed and overall performance has been consistently top notch with no issues of slowdown even with gaming. Battery life tends to last a solid day even with use of the LED logo on the back. Overall, a very worthy upgrade especially for the, what is at the current time, near 500$ price tag.

The phone is better than what I expected. Sound is great. Viewing and playing games is spectacular. Taking pictures is not that great but if you are not into photos it's not a big deal. Overall a great phone for the price.
