Okay for what it is. Nowhere as nice as Chroma Orb Weaver release before it. Build quality is cheap, compared to Chroma Orb Weaver.

Not good for Fortnite on console. The thing doesn’t have on board memory so you can’t bind the keys to be what you want.

This thing lasted for 3 months before the space button started messing up. From the start the buttons would stick in game. I use to like Razer but their latest products are of poor quality. Also I hate you have to be online to use the synapse app. Will avoid any Razer products in the future.

I assigned 1 key to emulate "w" and 1 key to emulate "s"
When ever I pressed "w" it acted like it I was pressing "w" and "s" at the same time. Customer service at Razer responds, but it always seems like its a automated response. Bestbuy gave me no problems returning it. Best Buy is great but Razer is not so great

There is a serious issue with this product.
Sometimes pressed button is recognized as pressed even after you release it.
But Razer is not willing to fix it and it happens throughout all of this product.

This seemed like a great product, until you put your hands on it. The feel of the keys and the horrible "analog stick" sealed the deal of a no go in minutes. Definitely don't get this if you play anything competitive and value quality.

Using a keyboard for years and going to this you lose all placing and it makes you worse in game. Plus made my hand fall asleep.

This is a game changer if you play games like MMOs and MOBAs. Fully customizable, compact and comfortable make this an instant buy back if mine ever breaks. Can't say enough good things about it.

Decent upgrade from v2

I mainly got this for hopes that the analog switches would work with an XIM Apex - I'm PC gamer trying to get into consoles so I need to wean off of KB/M, lol.
So no go for analog controls on the XIM. What is good though is no more annoying clickity-clack of the imitation mechanical switches of the v2. That's one plus for me. Another is that the directional pad is more sensitive so I'm able to not use as much force to register a tap - downside of that is that I'm hitting it by accident when clicking the thumb button. A little more use and muscle memory will fix that.
The only thing I need to decide is whether the click noise is worth dropping $130 for since that's the only difference on an Xbox. I'm not sure if this will be something I keep. I'd guess if I start using it on the PC I could see more of the benefits, but I really can't see myself replacing a G815 with this.

No longer Mac compatible.

I bought this with the intention of using it with my Mac. It states on the website that it's Mac compatible. However, they have stopped supporting Mac. Razer Synapse 2 is only supported up to Mojave and not beyond. Razer Synapse 3 is only Windows and from their customer support page, they have no intent on supporting Mac with it. Long time Razer fan having to look elsewhere for products.
