It is very responsive. I really liked the feel of the buttons and especially the dpad. I have used it for about 20 hours and it is so much better than the standard Xbox controller.

I really like this controller. I bought this for PC so I don't know how well it works on Xbox buts it's a great controller. It uses mechanical switches on the buttons Which is something I never new I wanted ina controller until now. It has most of the other features you could want in a pro controller. My only complaint is at its price I wish wireless was an option and that I don't understand why razer doesn't let you customize the controller in their synapse software. It's annoying that I had to download an app from the Microsoft store to update and customize the controller.

A MASSIVE upgrade to control ability and button mapping! I picked this up to take my Titanfall 2 skills to a more competitive level….and it’s made every game from MW2 to Dead Island 2 easier to master. Honestly, the button mapping for RTS games is a great addition as well, and the color changing ability and fully customizable sensitivity are awesome. Plus it’s touch as nails, I’ve pretty frequently dropped or accidentally stepped on this thing during the night and STILL no stick drift or broken parts. I’d 100% recommend this if you’re not ready for a fully-custom controller, but want an upgrade.

This controller so far has worked fine, I would say quality-wise it’s good, haven’t had any issues with it breaking on me like the elite controller, but the feel of it and the paddle placement isn’t nearly as good as an Elite controller, not to mention at this price point it is wired only. It’s a solid controller but I’d much rather an Elite if it weren’t for them breaking constantly.

Easily their best Xbox controller I’ve ever used!! From the tactile buttons to the trigger looks everything is unbelievably smooth and well made. I love the customization as well so many options with this device. Anyways thanks for making an awesome controller I will be using for years to come. Also I’m a very broke college student with no daddies money to help so that 400 would be amazing!!

Best controller I've ever used

I've had numerous XBOX controllers over the years from MS, including the Elite and Elite Series 2. I must say, this is a substantial improvement, infact, in another class, over any MS controller I've used. Sure, you might be weary in using a wired controller, but let me tell you, worth it.
The triggers have a level of precision I could never even imagine, the feel in your hands is far more perfect than anything else I've tried. The lighting is an amazing extra. The sticks have sniper-like control beyond what you could hope for. Hours and hours later, it's still comfortable.
Buy now, and be happy. It's Razer, and I've never bought anything bad from them. The best part? It works on my Xbox Series X and my gaming laptop. I've got it USB-C to USB-C on an aftermarket cable to my laptop, and included cable to my Xbox.

This controller is nice but mine came with stick drift. The RGB lighting is cool and the face buttons feel very nice but the back buttons are pretty flimsy.

The controller feels very nice and the button layouts are in good positions. My only issue is you can only map the extra buttons to existing buttons on the controller. I figured I would be able to map my keyboard keys to them, but you are not able to (at least not with razer's software).

It's for sure one of the best controllers I've ever used, Though what I noticed is after a few months the left joystick had an issue with staying forward. It's a little bit harder to explain through text, Though everything else was great. The app was easy, The gaming was fun, The controller was vibrant, everything was good.

I am only giving this 3 stars as this product is slightly misleading. I bought it thinking it was wireless, which it is. However even knowing it is not 'hardwired' it still has to be hooked up with a wire as it has no eternal battery. Not what i was looking for. The controller is well built and does work well. I had a little trouble adjusting to the extra wide length and placement of some of the buttons with the controller but other than that, had it been wireless, I would have kept it. Also the lighting effect on it was really cool.

I was looking for a decent controller for my pc and this one works like a charm. Easy to install and operate the software that lets you macro extra buttons on the back along with the r.g.b backlighting. Feels good to hold. Button placement is in good locations. Highly recommend this controller. Once again razer has not let me down. \

The controller is great but it does take some time to get used the the back paddles. The build quality is good the only issue I have with it is the two small paddles on the back break after a while due to the cheap plastic they use for. Other than that i recommend this controller for anyone looking to have a competive edge.

Pros:
- Controller is comfortable.
- Allows me to comfortably and easily use movement that I missed from MNK gaming.
- App allows me to create various profiles and it's very easy to switch.
- The buttons feel nice and remind me of a mechanical keyboard. Much better than standard Xbox controller buttons that turn into mush/stick after a while and are really loud (looking at you D-pad).
- Trigger stops are a very cool feature that I didn't know I wanted. Especially for COD.
- Overall a quieter, responsive experience vs the standard Xbox controllers.
- Cheaper than the Scuff alternative offered in stores.
Cons:
- Lacks replacement parts.
- Sometimes the joysticks creak.
- Worried about support when stick drift inevitably sets in due to lack of "hall effect" joysticks.
Ultimately, I can't compare this controller to other 3rd party controllers as I haven't used any other one. However, I'm glad I went with this one out of the gate.
