Good phone, 4 lines, good for business or home . I add 4 base stations, and each base includes a handset. Good sound quality.

Installed a number of these phones on Monday and enjoyed the loud speakerphone and nice ringtone, but after 5 days the phones stopped working. The phone would ring but it was impossible to pick up. Turns out lines 1 and 2 were blown so we plugged into lines 3 and 4 and it "worked" but we lost the use of the intercom and page function which is critical for our communication. Purchased a different phone brand and returned to Best Buy

I wanted a corded phone so I didn't have to worry about batteries going dead when doing customer service work. I wish the price could have been lower, but it has good features and a pleasing design.

The Caller ID information is good but is hard to save to the phone's directory. In an office with multiple phones if a call is received on another phone (different model & manufacturer) and then put on hold, this phone will keep the line open after hanging the receiver up.

Our order was doubled, but worked out as 3 of them unusable & 1 have to remove batteries & unplug to get Called ID to work. Would not recommend this to anyone.

The telephones we received replaced our previous four telephones and actually there is definitely a noticeable improvement.

Poor quality. Features like Flash don't always work! If the hands free unit is in use you cannot use the landline even on another line...

I have been using these phones at my taxi service for approximately 15 years or so. I use 2 of them side by side with all 8 lines in use. We receive and make "Several Thousand" calls per month. all features are excellent for my business. I do however have to replace them about every 18 months or so as they do wear out from our heavy use. I also purchase the 2 year warranty and have had several of them replaced over the years for only the postage cost. As someone previously stated, reasonably priced quality 4 line phones are difficult to find. This is Very True. I have found this one to be an excellent choice. I won't even try another phone unless they stop making this one.

We've been using one of these phones in our business for several years and recently purchased two more (caught them on sale at BB, yay!). It's hard to find a decent 4-line phone that's not really costly, but this RCA phone is great. We serve four distinctly different customer bases and being able to assign different ring tones to each line is really nice. The phones get used heavily every day and we've never had the slightest problem. The fact that it looks really cool is just a bonus. We highly recommend this phone.

I bought these phones and wanted to return them day one but the local store wouldnt let me. By far the most overly complicated and tedious setup ive ever had for a phone and i am definitely tech savvy. Everything about this phone from caller id set up to transferring calls to getting into your voicemail box is a royal pain in the butt. I finally got so fed up i just had all calls transferred to my cell phone.
