The service aspect of the repair was great. The technician was very friendly, knowledgeable, and timely. He worked quickly and efficiently. The cost is somewhat surprising, but I have to assume that most appliance repairs are about the same cost.

I called geek squad to diagnose and repair my current refrigerator. The tech showed up a few days later, looked at the fridge didn't disclose what was wrong but said he could fix it. He came back 6 days later and did his version of fixing it and left. Next day fridge still dosen't work. Called the geek squad tech and his response was "I tried" I was then told I needed a new refrigerator. I went to best but under the pretense that I was going to get a full refund for his "try" I spent 3k on a new fridge and I still have not received my full refund. I've spent countless amounts of time on the phone trying to get my money back and here it is 30+ days later and NOTHING! This is the worst service and treatment I've ever gotten in the 5 years I've been an "Elite Plus" member at Best Buy!!! I will never use geek squad again and I am canceling my tech membership.

Refrigerator was not working correctly...Repair service from Geek Squad arrived on time and took care of the situation, They were courteous and knowledgeable of the problem. Refrigerator is working perfectly.

I was very happy with the Geek Squad service of my Ice Maker in my refrigerator freezer. The service was very professional and once the parts were determined and received the work was done quickly and efficiently.
