    This refrigerator is sooo awesome! The grandkids love the online screen that I’ve set up to rotate our family photos on the outside! They stand on a little stool so they can draw! There is just so much room that cookie sheets fit cross-ways, take-home to-go boxes have room! Makes ice in two sizes. Small cubes that fit the Stanley drink containers or a family cooler that needs larger ice cubes. Filtered water that refills as soon as you put pitcher back in the slot, which is great for filling up take-a-long cups…….Samsung has thought of everything!!

    Our salesman was outstanding. He spent over an hour assisting me. I had originally purchased a different refrigerator and he explained to me about the size of the refrigerator does not matter that when it is delivered the doors come off and it's easy to get through most doors which made us feel better so we purchased a different refrigerator which is the one we actually wanted. Knowledgeable and patiemt he was. A grrat experience.

    The installation of refrigerator went really smoothly and this team was very professional knew what they were doing. The only concern I had was as they were removing the old refrigerator. I heard a crunch and I lock eyes on one of the team members after the sound and this person didn't say anything about the surface of the floor. The indent is really small, but I wish this team would of been forth coming and honest!

    LEAKS & PUDDLES IN CABINETS & ON FLOORING

    I had to pay a plumber to fix leaks left from this installation, with large puddles in my cabinets and under my new refrigerator. Also, I had to replace the water line kit purchased from Best Buy, as the installer apparently stripped the connectors - which was why it was leaking. I called Best Buy to request a refund or at least a credit towards the cost to repair their work and replace the water line kit but they said NO, because I didn't call Best Buy to fix the issue. This was an emergency as the water was ruining my cabinets and my flooring, and my tenants needed to be able to use the kitchen right away (cabinets had to stay emptied until the issue was resolved). I have been a Total Tech member, and all the other things it's been called over the years, for the last 10 years. I cannot believe that I would be treated with such disregard. Why would I call Best Buy to fix an emergency they caused? Photos are after cleaning up the puddles and seeing that the connectors were the problem.

    I purchased appliances that were delivered in September and October. This included a refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a stove hood/vent. There were many problems with the delivery schedules and when they were finally delivered- the refrigerator was damaged. Little did I know that the dishwasher was damaged as well, but I will get to that later. After dealing with construction and permit delays my kitchen was finally installed and Best Buy was contacted again to do the install in December. My scheduled date was Monday, January 23. I waited for the installers but they never showed. After I contacted Best Buy they told me that the installer could not find parking, took a picture and left. My building has a loading dock and I had arranged for them to park there. Anyway, I could not wait any longer so I went ahead and did the installs myself. The second fridge was fine, luckily. The hood was ok but I was missing parts that Best Buy did not tell me I would need. The surprise was the dishwasher which looked perfect but when it was hooker up is started a 2 hour cycle and after 20 mins the circuit breaker popped. I checked for leaks, re-checked the electrical connection and everything was fine, so I reset the breaker and hit continue on the dishwasher. It ran for another 10 mins and popped the breaker again. This time I unhooked everything and lifted the dishwasher up very high to check the connections and discover that the unit was damaged underneath- the plastic frame was cracked, the access cover was pushed in, and on closer inspection the side cover was bent. I contacted Best Buy and I was told I was out of the return/exchange period and have to have a technician come out to look at the appliance. 2 out of 3 appliances damaged and installation that doesn’t show up. Very disappointed with Best Buy and I have been an elite customer for many years

    Cables weren't long enough

    They were unable to install the water line due to the distance from the refrigerator to the sink. They didn't have long enough cables and gave up. Our water isn't save to drink anyway, so we didn't bother rescheduling.

    I purchased a suite of Samsung kitchen appliances from Best Buy. The pandemic struck before they were installed. On June 2nd I followed up about my upcoming installation because I am HIGH RISK and have a surgery quickly approaching. I asked that precautions be taken on June 4. On that day my stove was installed. I was told my dishwasher couldn't be installed because a pipe needed to be cut. I was asked to order the tool and fitting which I did. He shut off the hot water to my I kitchen sink. I had the items he requested the next day. A week later an installer came to put in my fridge, dishwasher, and microwave. The microwave was installed. The hot water was still not restored although I asked for it to be corrected. Quarter round and door trim were removed from my home in an attempt to install my fridge. The next week TWO installers arrived which doubles my risk. The dishwasher was finally installed. Currently I have a refrigerator in the middle of my kitchen. It has been there since June 9th when the Best Buy installer put it there. I have had numerous conversations with Shawn and Melody at the University location in West Des Moines. I CONTINUE TO INITIATE CONTACT. I need my refrigerator installed correctly by Thursday June 24. That is TWENTY DAYS to install four items correctly. Not only is this ridiculous chaos with Best Buy ludicris when I spent thousands of dollars but it is unbelievable that it is still not completed. As if my surgery wasn't stressful enough. I made it clear that I will be having tumors removed from my neck and needed the appliances I paid for installed correctly by Thursday. Tried to call today and the Managers are refusing to speak to me and have referred me to the Appliance Resolution Center. I am blown away by their HORRIBLE custoner servuce. Now I have to go through a third party to get the damage to my home repaired and still do not have the correct refrigerator or any refund.

    Well both were at fault one guy and my wife didn't get a long they almost canceled the exchange then my wife said check the deck one of our lights was damaged and has to be replaced

    The delivery and installation went smoothly. We had text and telephone notification. Good communication. Very knowledgeable and careful during transport and installation. No dents or scratches on the fridge. They took their time to make sure the fridge is installed properly and working. Friendly and respectful.

    Refrigerator installation went very very and my installers were very experienced in what they were doing especially for their age. By that I mean I originally had bought the same items from a competitor and waiting for over a month and when they did finally came to install, they had had MANY excuses as to why these would not fit into my place

    The finish cannot be cleaned. Water, fingerprints etc. using stainless it’s smearing about surface and you can not polish out ..It’s as if their was step missed in coating. For $2600.00 this should be addressed. Yet BEST BUY & LG point to each other causing hours and multiple calls that disconnect. I opened claim within the year and am getting run around! Same on you BEST BUY & LG!!

    The service on installing my refrigerator has not been done. It's due on October 6th I've called several times to get that corrected My refrigerator was not delivered today therefore the service and installation of the new water line has not been done. The installation and service on the microwave and the range was excellent which was completed October 1st today

    Awesome Install Team/HORRIBLE damage team

    Paid a ridiculous amount of money for this simple install (saddle valve), simply because I did not want to hear my wife complain if anything went wrong (God for bid). Guys who came out were AWESOME. Mario was super nice and did a great job. Unfortunately, about 7 days after my install, I went into my basement to discover a small flood. The saddle valve (which we checked once the water was turned back on), was leaking with a steady drip and a pinhole spray onto my drywall. I closed the valve as far as it would close (it was still dripping even closed all the way) and contacted Best Buy. They put me in touch with a third party insurance company (NAL Group) who took all my information. I cleaned up the flood- soaked carpet, soaked drywall, Christmas gifts still in the boxes and stored in my basement were wet. By now I have 3+ hours of cleaning and being on the phone invested into my $150-ish install. The installers who came out to do the re-install discovered that the valve they installed had been faulty, which caused the leak. A few days later, I got a call form the NAL Group, who proceeded to tell me that the "installers found no evidence of a leak". I laughed when they told me that and the woman on the phone became incredibly rude and disrespectful. She told me she was being that way because I was laughing on the phone, and told me that I had "caused the leak myself when I fixed another pipe in my basement". Unfortunately, the pipe that I repaired was in a different area of my basement. I said I was laughing in utter disbelief because the installers told me something completely different. They sent me some forms (more of my time invested), and I sent them the pictures of the damage. Now they send me an email that says "as a show of good faith" they will reimburse me $100. WHAT A JOKE!!! Pathetic and irritating to deal with disrespectful people on the phone after they FLOODED my BASEMENT. Now they offer me a measly $100 as a settlement? You need to do better, Best Buy. I am an Elite Plus member and I literally have spent thousands of dollars at your stores over the past few years. And your insurance company offers me $100 for a flood.

    Installation of water line to ice maker

    The water line for my old refrigerator was unusual, not standard. The delivery team was not equipped to handle it. The appliance team at my Best Buy were a great help. They advised me on how to stop the water flow to the old line and scheduled an installer to come hook up the new line. He came, did the work, and was finished in no time at all. I am very pleased with the response I got from my Best Buy appliance team and the installer from the Geek Squad :)

    Horrible service. The installation team broke my front door frame (bottom) and kitchen door frame. Removed the outside front door of my house and didn't put it back. All this because they didn't want to take off the door of my new fridge which at the end was the solution. Also they scratched my new fridge (if I wanted something like that, I would have bought an open box product). And after 3 hours the team couldn't install the water line. In conclusion it was just problems and no solutions. The call center is a joke. 2 hours there just to get an "open case" and after a few weeks I still don't get any answer or compensation. I had to go to the store to cancel a new water line installation appointment (because there is no way I want them again in my house) and I hired another person to do the job (Which was done in half hour). Also I had to pay somebody else to fix the frames and I'm still have the scratches on my fridge (I didn't want the option of a new one because also I don't want another delivery team in my house). I work and time means money. I do not need more damage or extra payments for something that should have been very simple since the beginning.

    Very dissatisfied with the installation! The installers did not know they had to put in a new water line. They had to call to get approval and when they installed the water line they cut a hole in my wall. When I complained the sub contractor does not want to take ownership or fix the issue. BEST BUY NEEDS TO VET THE SUBCONTRACTORS MORE THROUGHLY!!!

    Refrigerator installation went smoothly…water line is working. Just need to get a carpenter to make room above to fit the wifi box behind the hinge so my counter depth frig will go all the way back. Dimensions were deceiving.

    This was a horrible service. First they did not want to connect the line and he spent 30 mins arguing about what he had to do to get it connect it. So when he finally was able to connect My refrigerator is leaking and i cant get anyone to look at it for another week. The "contractor" lied and said that he was coming back to fix the problem but he never showed and stopped answering my phone calls and texts. This is a scam and a waste of almost 200 dollars. I called best buy and the soonest they can get someone out is a week.

    I had to pay a plumber for installing my refrigerator because no one at Best Buy was competent enough to install the waterline. I had a terrible experience starting January 7. My refrigerator was damaged upon receipt. The guys who delivered the refrigerator didn’t not put the refrigerator back together, they left the plastic on so I had to call and have someone come back to remove the plastic and install the refrigerator. I’m currently waiting for a payment from Best Buy for paying for the installation of the water line.
