    Bought a older version years ago and are still holding up for my business. I now wanted to get a set for my home. They are pretty easy to install. I like that I dont need to pay for anything else to be able to use them. Dont need wifi to use them either. Two upgrades I will suggest is a bigger hard drive. You can do 2 6tb hdd or a single 8tb hdd(waiting for my 8tb to show up). Also a little two pin fan, since it does get warm. Heat kills tech. I like the older interface since I knew where everything was but im getting used to the new one.

    So far so good. Views are much better than the Swann system i had and the user interface is much better.

    Works at it should. Only downfall was the cords were shorter than the system I had before so had to move cameras around

    First hard wired security system I've owned and overall I am happy with it. The cameras have a decent detection range and are pretty good with distinguishing people from vehicles. Nighttime infrared gives a decent range to the digital night vision as well. My own gripe is that while the hard drive has the capability to connect to mobile devices or pc's, it has to have a physical ethernet connection to the internet, it is not truly wireless. I got around this by porting a Google nest router to the NVR itself and linking via wifi. For the price of the system, I would say it is well worth the investment.
