Love Winix and the filters. Great price, fast shipping. Will buy again.

I fully admit it's my fault for not checking the box when I first received it BUT this product is mislabeled - BEWARE. Today (3/10/21) it was finally time to change the filter - I purchased these filters with the purchase of my WINIX 5500-2 so I could have them when the time came. On the box itself 5500 is NOT listed as a compatible model (. Also, like other reviews the box was really banged up. Granted - if this was the right filter it would be 3 starts (because the box came really messed up). But - because it was labeled wrong, I have to give it the 1.

I usually buy this filter from a competitor, decided to order from BestBuy but obviously since its an item they don't sell all the time they don't take care of it. Looks like they scrounged it up from the bottom of a bay in their stockroom and its been sitting there for years. I tried to get a replacement but it was going to take 2 weeks.. Decided to order on prime and get it in 2 days and just return this to the store. Poorly handled and I know it wasn't UPS because the package it came in had another product and it was perfectly intact as well as the shipping box it came in. Whoever picked this filter at the warehouse just didn't care obviously. Checked the actual filter and it was all banged up.

This filter des not fit my unit. Not sure why this was listed for the 5500 when what arrived definitely does not fit. I am appalled with at the condition this item arrived in. There is another review from years ago and theirs arrived in the same condition. Horrible experience and I will not be ordering anything like this from BB again.

Works with my Winix 5500-2. Dispite the box not saying anything about 5500-2, this filter set does work with mine just as well as the original stock filter H set did. Good to get when on sale.

Works great for my Winix. A little pricy but I guess I'm paying for quality. Make sure you have unit in a location where it's needed most. Turn off when gone to save the filter. Check monthly or unit will fail. Works great.

After purchasing it, I realized that it was not the same type of filter that came with the device however it fitted fine. In order to buy the original filter that came with the device go to Winix website to purchase it.

Need a new filter for my air purifier, this had the hepa filter and the charcoal filters (year supply) for a great price. Cheaper than buying the from winix website. The exact same thing just alot cheaper

great price for air purifier we use 24 x 7 as we have a redonculous cat who sheds hair and gives cat allergy people fits.

These filters work but they do not allow the device to use the same filters when you put them in. I had to completely remove the charcoal filter to be able to use them. I'm not sure why they don't make one identical to what it came with. It seems to work the same but I wanted to put the charcoal filter back in but couldn't

I bought a replacement filter for my Winix unit and it was easy to replace and I'm glad caught all that dust that I didn't end up breathing in!

Although the Winix comes with filters good for one year, I decided to stock up on these filters during a sale. Go ahead and buy extra filters now in case the model is discontinued in the future. The Winix is a good quality product which should last several years with proposer maintenance (change out the large particle filters every three months)!

Air Filter came very soon. Will order more. Needed vey fast. Glad best buy still carry them for air purifier I bought from them.

Best to get these while on sale. For me, these filters last a whole year before possibly having to change them out. Along with the carbon filter, you can change them out every 90 days (hence they come in packs of 4) so you get the quality air in your home. I usually buy 2 just to last for a bit.

I like that this set contains a year's worth of filters. My air purifier is a year old and I just replaced the filters. So, I wanted to have another replacement set on hand for next year. I diligently clean the pre-filter and replace the carbon filters. So, I didn't expect the HEPA filter to be so dirty - but it was! The carbon filter from my first replacement set doesn't stay in place on its own. But it's fine. The pre-filter keeps it in place. This may not be a fun purchase, but it's necessary. Also, the set is a bit expensive, but again, it's necessary. If you have an air purifier, take the time to clean/replace your filters when needed.

Winix filter with carbon to last a year. Works well and traps lots of dust and allergens. Although it is recommended to change the carbon every 3 months, I also periodically vacuum the carbon and HEPA filter esp with a pet running around and shedding.

Satisfied with this replacement filter. The box was pretty beat up but that’s okay because the contents were in great condition. 1 hepa filter and 3 charcoal filters for the Windix P300.
