    Pick up service

    The two men that came into my home to pick up my items were very clumsy and careless. I mean they broke my light switch in the basement and didn't have the common courtesy to even tell me they broke it or even apologize for the mistake. Not only that, the door they had to remove from the hinges to take the washer and dryer out is all banged up. They hit it quite a number of times. I have never experienced something like this. I have only been in my home one month. If I wanted all this damage I would have moved the appliances myself. Worse yet, I don't know who I am supposed to call to make a formal complaint.

    3rd XBR65X900F

    Purchased a SONY XBR65X900F in store. Unit had excessive bleeding on the panel. Contacted customer service and they arranged for a in home exchange. 2nd unit dropped off and old unit returned. Setup 2nd XBR65X900F and colors were horrible. Excessive red and green along with screen bleeding. Really upset that 2 units had issues. Contacted customer service again. They arranged for another exchange. 3rd XBR65X900F arrived. Explained to the drivers what the issues I had with the first 2. They stayed. Helped me unpack and set it up to make sure it was ok and I was happy with it. The 3rd unit was finally what I hoped it would be. Excellent deep colors, depth in picture, clear sharp images. Drivers went above and beyond. Ty Best Buy for standing behind your products and great customer service.

    Smooth and easy exchange

    We purchased a top load washing machine after having a front load for many years. The top load did not have a built-in agitator and the very large drum was just that - a very large drum. We washed one load of clothes and watched as the same clothes on top were still on top after the unit finished washing. It didn't appear to move the clothes around - just move them back and forth. So we had Best Buy pick up this washer and we purchased a front load that really gets the job done. The exchange was smooth and easy - no hassles.

    Return and replacement on a TV

    We bought a new Sony TV out of the box from Best Buy. When we got it home we noticed a problem with it. We immediately called them, they made arrangements to pick it up and brought a brand new in the box Sony to replace it. No problem at all with the transaction. I always go to the Best Buy first, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. No questions, no problems, service was very quick.

    When I had to return a fridge I purchased they came and picked it up for free without any issues. They did the same exact as a delivery except in reverse and the guys were very nice and respectful. When you get something delivered from Best Buy. You will be happy with the results compared to other big box stores.

    The washer that we brought home was damaged. I called the store, gave them my receipt number, they scheduled a date and time for a replacement to be delivered. Because it was not in stock, we had to wait a couple of weeks but was told to use the one we had until they could get us a new one. They showed up on time and quickly replaced the damaged one. Very quick and efficient.

    I had purchased a washing machine from Best Buy which I thought I would have more control over as to water level, etc. When I saw how it operated, I did not want it. It was SO very easy to call and have the purchase refunded and the pick up scheduled. The delivery men could not have been any nicer! One was the same individual who had delivered the washer. I wasn't prepared for such an easy transaction/return delivery. They were great!

    Purchased a washer-dryer and fridge. Delivery amazing! 2 gentlemen who delivered were very professional-really looked at best options to get appliances in-and completed process very carefully and quickly. Really appreciated this as I made this purchase for my NEW home. The fridge had 2 dents upon unwrapping-nothing the delivery team did-but without question-the Best Buy team put another in route-while allowing me to keep the original-exchange and return. Smooth process all the way around from Best Buy-very happy with delivery-installation process.

    Had to have the dryer replace because of a dent

    I had a washer and dryer delivered by Best Buy. The delivery personnel were very professional. The dryer had a dent in it. The delivery personnel took a photo of the dent, processed the dryer for a return and replace and left the dented dryer installed and working while the replacement dryer was ordered. A week later I received and had installed the new replacement dryer. Excellent service.

    Return of scratched refreferator

    The delivery of the refrigerator we purchased had a scratch on the front surface. The delivery and set up crew noticed this when they were unloading it at our home. They called my attention to it and we had it returned for a replalcement. The replacement soon arrived and looks beautiful. My compliments to the set up crew for looking out for my best interests. We love the refrigerator.

    Best Buy Service was excellent in returning new whirlpool that was so loud that we were shocked at how high pitched the noise level was where you can hear it from a long hallway to back rooms. We recorded it to provide to Best Buy. It could be that the specific whirlpool we received was a lemon; but very satisfied with the service received from Best Buy.

    Soon after using the cooktop for just a few days, we noticed a delamination beneath the glass. Contacted Best Buy and they immediately arranged a replacement, including delivery and take-away. The replacement has been working fine for over the past two years. No problems. Appreciated the quick response and customer service.

    easy process for install by two great guys. could not have asked for better service at delivery and install. I returned the fridge I had ordered because a friend was able to fix the one that was not working properly. Since the day of return I have made at least 4 calls to Best Buy to ask how and when my refund will be processed and really did NOT get one pleasant person on the phone who could answer my enquiry.

    The first computer I received had a faulty hard drive according to the Geek Squad Tech that tried to install it and he took it with him to Best Buy so I did not have to package it and return it. I was able to get a better model for a cheaper price and am well pleased with it.

    BestBuy has a professional Team for deliveries they did a great job with my gas range /TV delivery and Installation. It is tough to move out when you have stairs and obstacles but they know how to do the job. I would never think anyone other than Best Buy for appliance purchases. Very good service and trouble free installation. Thank you Best Buy we love you.

    Best Buy stood by it's product. I had a product that did not perform as it should so needed to return. Best Buy made arrangements to have the product picked up. No issues. I am happy to have been doing business with Best Buy because this could have been a problem with another store.

    With the Geek Squad replacement of a defective TV, they hauled away the old model too. Was very glad this was included in my replacement policy.

    i don't think we return very much, as we are pretty well informed when we make a purchase. returning is easy, with receipt and best buy credit card is fast and easy. we also am glad that we can make a payment at the store with ease thank you

    My item was returned with no problems. Best Buy is my go to for appliances and electronics. When there is an issue they allow my to make an exchange or get a full refund with no questions asked.
