    Director/Writer Guy Ritchie's Favorite Movie

Weaving an intriguing, captivating story with deep thoughts hid underneath the surface, "Revolver" uniquely reveals a crime-ridden plot that stays with a viewer long after the movie is set on the shelf. Action figure Jason Statham is never cooler while Andre' Benjamin, playing a deep thinking conman/chess master, is cool personified. Ray Liotta populates the bad guy just like he did in "GoodFellas;" one can't look away when he's on screen. Prepare to meet the nasty Lord John, then the gunman with a heart, Sorter, and of course there's French Paul doing Liotta's hard work like, "I hope you buried that shareholder . . . deep!" But the movie is stolen by an unseen character, the devil himself, "Mr. Gold," though we meet his wife . . . yes, the devil has a spouse! Wonder if that's why he stays agitated? Lily Walker is Ms. Devil's name; forever and forever, because of the superb English actress Francesca Annis, Walker's image will be the devil's work in my mind. The extras, like a featurette explaining the concept along with deleted scenes, are an incredible aid in digging through the smoke screens Ritchie throws up by not revealing just everything; that's part of the fun. Under known yet riveting, "Revolver" will shoot off the shelf back into play. Oh, by the way, Checkmate.

Another Guy Ritchie movie. I love these type of movies. Not as good as snatch, or LSSB. Or rock n rolla but right under. Still a good watch.

Unusual film, that focuses on the psychological motivations of an ex-con. I enjoyed most of the film, and was fascinated by the complex plot, but felt the psychological focus at the ending could have been better written. I bought this mostly to round-out my Guy Ritchie collection, but not as well done as most of his other films.

Sometimes the man in the mirror blinks. this movie reminds me of fight club, but 3x more intense. makes you want to ask the man mirror who am i, and what's the meaning of life.

I'm not a fan of Andre Benjamin so I'm not as big a fan of it as I could've been.

Revolver is the best mystery movie ever made. Revolver has a lot of twist and turn. Revolver will keep you at the edge of your seat till the very end. Great movie

This movie has so many back flashes, twists, turns, and ups and downs, you don't know where its going or what its trying to convey. If you like to be left with a LOT of questions, watch this movie. I am a Jason Statham fan (BIG TIME) and he did an O.K. job but no fighting all mind blowing. And not in a good way. The cartoons are funning, the subtitles and quotes move too fast and I still don't know what I just watched.
