I have had a few different car speakerphones over the years but this one is by far the best. Great quality sound and the microphone is great as well. I have only used the fm transmitter once which didnt work the best but I did not buy it for that feature so that is whty I did not take down a star. The battery life is good. I only have to charge it maybe once every two weeks and Ill just leave it plugged in while I am at work when it finally tells me that the battery is low. The apps that go along with it are ok. The car finder works ok I think. I have not put it to a true test when I have actually forgot where I parked(which does happen just not since I have used this). Motospeak neads some work. It does read text messaged flawlessly when they come in and you can reply using voice directly after but I can not get it to write a text first without a reply coming in. Since that is a problem with an app that is paired with it as an option and not a necessity, I did not take it away from the rating of this device but I have noted it on the google play store.
The device does pair immedietly upon entering the car as long as bluetooth is turned on which is amazing. Something that drove me nuts with previous devices. I just leave this turned on all the time and it still lasts for two weeks at a time.

Works very well. The battery lasts a long time. The option to stream audio from phone calls or music to my an unused FM frequency on my radio works great. Because the unit uses an unused radio station on the lower end of the FM band it does not have the ability to stop or resume music from a station you are listening like the newer cars but having the ability to listen to my own music via blue tooth is great because I get uninterrupted music and don't have to listen to commercials. Pairing the unit to my iphone was a snap and it automatically connects when I am in bluetooth range.

With the changes in the law we needed a blue tooth headset for my wife. But she doesn't like the idea of an ear piece. We saw this device and thought we would give it a try. It works great! it is plenty loud enough to hear others and they can hear you clear as well. We also love that it can hold more than 1 phone at a time so no matter who is driving it works. Great item. Didn't give it 5 stars because it has shut itself off a couple of times just randomly. The Battery lasts a long time as well.

Great for NH's new Hands Free Law

I purchased this in July shortly after NH passed the "Hands Free Law". My Plantronics Bluetooth headset just died so I was looking for a device for my car. The model I was looking for wasn't available so I looked at this one. My only concern was that being Bluetooth, it would stay connected to my phone even when I was in my house since my garage is underneath my house. My concerns were allayed. The device detects when you leave your car and when you return. Not sure if it's proximity or car movement but when I open my car door, it turns back on and when I get out, after a minute or so, it disconnects from my phone. The battery life is very good. I've had it ON since I bought it in July and the battery level is still "medium". Granted, I've only used it for several calls and to test out playing music from my iPhone but still, that's impressive. The reason why I didn't give this device 5 stars is for the following reason. There are times that I will have gotten into my car and driven over 5 miles before the device connects. Not sure what's going on with that. It's a minor nuisance but I can live with that. Aside from that it has a lot of nice features and does the job.

Battery life and phone sound quality are very good. FM transmitter functionality is a great concept although the transmission quality can be poor on occasion. I use it to listen to Pandora on my phone through the car speakers. I like the auto-on/off feature and voice prompts. Overall happy with product.

Bought this on the recommendation of store personnel while on a long road trip with poor (fading in/out) radio reception. I was looking for something to connect to my smart phone to listen to and stream music through my 2005 F150's stereo. There were other devices available that would fit the bill, but I chose this one due to hands free speaker phone capability. Reception was still an issue but overall, I was pleased with the device. I especially liked the feature wherein it searches for and locates an open frequency; and the battery appears sufficient- held a charge for several hours without needing a recharge. Only giving 4 stars due to the sound quality (of the music) which varied as a result of: reception (am-vs-fm), whether music was streamed or stored on the device, the production of the recording and of course the quality of the car stereo system. Worked well in my pinch and certainly saved me from buying a fancy new head unit (with bluetooth capability) for my old truck (and my other less modern vehicles :-).

I regularly operate 4 different vehicles, all the vehicles I operate are pre hands free. Replacing them is not an option any time soon. This device, for what I feel is a reasonable price, is a fantastic alternative to take care of that issue. This device works well in moderately noisy vehicles, it has fairly good sound, good clear voice pick up according to persons who have been on the other end of calls I have placed and received on it. I have had it almost a month and it still has a medium charge from the first charging. I am a light to moderate user of this device now but my next long road trip will let me know just how hard the battery can be pushed but all around I am impressed with it so far. My only wish is that it could activate voice dial on it's own. My phone is an S3 Samsung and you must activate voice command manually in the phone prior to making a call but it links to the phone quickly when entering the vehicle and responds quickly to incoming calls. For those of you concerned about concealment from thieves it has a very low profile and blends into light colored interiors well making it difficult to spot. For anyone looking to obey the new hands free laws popping up everywhere this device will serve you well. Taking calls while driving with this device definitely improves your ability to pay attention to your driving. However, I do not condone using any device for long conversations because even with this device, as with any hands free device, attention is still diverted from the road and your driving should always be first priority. Drive safe always it's not just your life out there.

I bought this for my husband as a gift. He is very pleased with the product. Conversations are clear when using this Bluetooth speakerphone, it attaches easily to the sun visor and it holds a charge well. I would recommend this product.

Device has very good sound level and quality. Initial set up is a chore to get Galaxy S 5 to answer calls by voice. Bluetooth pairing is automatic each time the device is close enough to the phone. Battery life is impressive, too. I left it on for 3 days before the battery level dropped below "high." The device goes to standby mode when separated from the phone and automatically announces battery level when re-paired with the phone. Light weight and compact. When properly set up it is truly "hands free."

I bought this Motorola Bluetooth for my wife. She needs to be able to take calls while driving for work. So far it has been perfect for what she needs. It has excellent sound quality and easy connection to her phone. The only thing that keeps it from being excellent is the battery life. It needs to be charged frequently. It isn't hard to charge it, just has to be done regularly. Still a worthwhile purchase.

It has good battery life and produces excellent sound quality on my car stereo. It sounds better in my new Nissan than it does in my Tahoe. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 is because you have to manually put it in FM mode every time you enter the vehicle which is kinda annoying listening to the static from the radio until you change the mode. It should be able to stay where you left it.

My wife wanted hands free in her car. That meant spending several hundred dollars on a new sound system. I found this and felt like it would be a great alternative. Its sounds great and is easy to pair. My only problem with it is when its transmitted over the radio the sound quality is not the best and there's a delay thats a bit of a problem. Our answer is to not transmit it.

I was skeptical about buying this product but I use it every time I'm in the car! It is easy to use and you don't have to turn it off, when not in use it goes into a saving mode so its not using all the battery power. It's loud as well.

I would recommend this product if you need to be hands free for calls. It does the job well and is simple to install and use. It has a very convenient in-car charger and even alerts you as the battery gets low. Not great for a convertible as there is wind noise so in this instance an earpiece would probably be a better choice.

Great for talking, not so great for music

Works great as a speakerphone, but sound is a little tinny so music doesn't sound great.
The radio transmit feature is a nice idea but it's easily overwhelmed if you move around in the city and when it does work, music sounds flat.
The up/down buttons are too close together...I liked an older design where these buttons are in opposite corners so if I'm driving I don't have to look to raise the volume.
The Bluetooth feature is definitely strong, maybe a little too strong.
Sometimes, if I'm within about 15 yds of the car and I receive a call, the bluetooth answers so if I don't check the screen before I put the phone to my ear I don't hear anything even if we're both talking.
The upside of a strong bluetooth is if I'm listening to a podcast and my car is nearby I can leave my phone plugged in and take the speakerphone with me...I can even answer calls and if my phone is setup for voice dialing, I can make calls.
Overall I like it, and the battery lasts a long time...and it uses the same power connector as my phone so when I take my phone with me I can easily plug in the speakerphone.

I've had several Bluetooth speakers before and this one has been by far the best. It was the easiest to set up. It's the clearest. I love the way it turns itself on and off by itself. And finally, the battery charge lasts very long.

This speaker is easy to use and the sound is clear. I have been told that I sound a little far away but my voice is still pretty clear. I just have to talk a little louder than normal. It clearly recites my text messages to me. I've only used it to reply with really short messages but those have been correct so far.

Great sound and easy connection with iPhone. Battery life is as is advertised. It cancels out road noise well and sounds pretty good on the receiving end of calls. Sound quality is as good as a head set. It also plays music from the phone. The quality is a little thin but it beats the radio.

This unit works very well to answer phone calls handsfree while driving. It also works well with the navigator program on my phone, it is much easier to hear through this speaker than through the phone speaker. I haven't been able to master the advanced options to sync with my phone for voice commands to initiate functions like navigator or music, I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 phone. It does the basics fine which is probably all I really need. I like the fact that it verbally tells me the status of the battery (high, medium, low). It can be charged in the car with included car charger or in the house with your mobile phone charger.
