My mom is so happy to have her house cleaned for her! We love that it also has a mop setting, and after Thanksgiving, it made a huge difference in cleaning the house hassle-free!

Cleans well, quiet. Doesn't want to clean under couch as it thinks it's a cliff so make sure the room is well lit to assist the vacuum in finding the space under furniture. Dust tray is smaller than other models, but you just have to empty it more often.

This vacuum is pretty great! Once it learns your house it will navigate perfectly and get around without bumping into stuff. We found with the multiple stages of the vacuum that the highest setting was best as the lower ones did not suck up as much dirt as we would like. It is quiet and not very intrusive which I really like (I disliked my roomba for this reason). Overall very happy with this! I have not tried the mop function yet so I cannot speak on that. I gave it a 3/5 for value because I bought it on a black friday sale so I cannot speak to it's value at normal price.

Vacuums and mops. Setup is efficient if you make sure to turn off your cellular signal while connecting to wifi. efficiently cleans the entire floor. Great product.

It dose everything i need it to do. It mapped my appartement in less than 5 mins and was running after that. It picked up alot of stuff that was stuck in the carpet. Nasty. Will recommend to anyone over a roomba any day!

Bought this product because of its dual features. Only to end up feeling like it was a waste of money. The vacuum feature is trash. It only leaves streak marks, if that! The vacuum is great, except from the fact the you have to keep an eye out for it. Giving it one star for its app features and another for the vacuum. The features it has are pretty cool, but if you move it from its place just a little, it gets completely lost and messes with the current map. You are able to restore the old one at the very least. Overall I don’t think this product is worth it. Might as well just buy the regular vacuum without the mopping feature.

Easy to set up. Mapping is very good. It mapped entire house very quick and accurate. App allow to create zone and schedule cleaning up to the zone. Notifications to empty dustbin is very helpful. It’s route to clean and mop has very good pattern to make sure all areas covered and try not to repeat same area.

For the price the vacuum works pretty good. I like the app and how I can choose which rooms to clean. It sometimes gets stuck under one set of drawers and behind one specific piece of furniture . Other than that. It works great. Battery life is very good. Vacuum feature gets a very good amount of dirt and dust. The mop feature is not the best and I rarely use it

The vacuum I would give a 10. The mop feature is more like a wipe and does not really give a deep clean. Overall I am happy for the price!!!

We named it “Buddy.” Buddy was easy to set up and with phone commands is easy to use. We have hardwood floors and Buddy does a great job with keeping it clean.

Mop Cleans well but gets hung up when mop is on. Sometimes sucks up cords.

I have used few robo vacs before but this robot vac and mop is really easy and works perfectly.

It really works well. It picks up the pet hair which was my primary reason for buying. Sometimes it cant find it's way back to the base.

I love this Robot, the functions like sweeping and mopping work excellent.
