This is my first vacuum robot ever, so im still trying to test it and see what its capable of. So far, so good. The app works fine, the robot can track the room and create a map and you can add invisible walls if needed. It can vacuum and mop, and i've learned through testing that we need not just to take out all itens and allow it to do its thing, but also take care of areas with cables as well, since it doesn't do well with cables around. I like the fact that, by coming with a dock, it returns to it and recharges and clean himself while dumping the dust/refilling the water tanks if thats the case, so we don't have to worry about doing it manually all the time. I still need to test more and get used to the configurations available and the possibilities, but so far so good.

Its a good decent robot who does the work as intended The only caveat is that it doesn't work as well on tiles - saw online and this is a common thing - you would either have to install new tires or rubbers for more friction - it would slip like crazy on tiles. Mopping is decent as well - the best part i believe is the app features.

I am very satisfied with my purchase! This product is great, delivers superb performance, the suction performs well, and is user-friendly! Sometimes it get stuck on toilet rugs maybe because the suction is too powerful but that is what I need. The product meets my expectations!

Love the machine! The instructions could be a little better for a non techy. Definitely larger than I envisioned from the picture.

Very handy. Smart. Runs very quiet. Once you get it to learn your space it can do the job in no time. No more vacuuming!

This is a superior robot, it does everything and is extremely powerful. It exceeded my expectations. Do not wait, it will be your new best friend especially with kids! You can also do a specific zone or area where a mess is.

So far the robot works well. It vacuums and mops. It’s good at avoiding obstacles.

Not connecting to new spectrum duel band router . It wint connect to 5Gz or pick the 2Gz if its auto pick router

I've had this for 1 1/2 years and still love it. The white doesn't leave marks on my baseboard. All of the parts are easy to clean and replace if needed. I'd buy it again. In fact, I'm thinking of buying another for our upstairs. The app is great. It actually works!

I have 2 cats and 2 dogs. I also deal with allergies and this is a best purchase ever. Picks up all pet hair and also mops floor that are not cover with rugs

I have been very impressed with this unit. I set up routines to clean on specific days of the week and it has been such a time saver for our family. The mopping feature is nice as well. It has to be babysat a little bit, but it uses very little water and does a good job cleaning the floors. I purchased the Roborock cleaning solution based on online reviews and it works great. Overall, this is a great purchase.

Giving this 3 stars because it isn't what I expected. I chose this model because I wanted a cleaning robot that I didn't need to connect to the internet for basic control and functions to work. Manufacturer description and reviews I read left me comfortable that I could operate this device "offline" (which I took to be over LAN as I do with some other IoT devices), but scheduling ability would be lost. But offline apparently means you can only operate it manually: Press a button on the vac to turn it on, turn it off, and return it to it's base. You will not be able to use the app to communicate with the vac on you home LAN. Network security is a big thing for me, and having a vacuum sit on your network passing data and information to some company (in this case a foreign company - but a domestic company wouldn't be any better) is a no-no. Considering the price of this device, requiring internet to use features is a deal breaker - unfortunately for me I'm past the return window. As far as robot vacuums go, it seems to work ok so far, though I've only tried the vacuum feature and haven't used the mop feature. When operating the vacuum (not connected to the internet), it kept going over it's own base like it was confused. I don't know if that means it needs an internet connection to map a room. But it didn't have trouble finding Home when I hit the home button. It's also on the loud side, in my opinion. It picked up small debris without any issue, but you'll need to clear larger things out of it's way. It also did a good job of going over obstetrical (floor trim, fireplace footing). If you don't have a problem with internet connection being required for some features to work, it should meet your needs. I'll update this review after I use the mop feature.

First of all, you have to understand what to expect before buying. Do not expect it to do the work exactly the way a person could have done. You know it has a small cloth, so you can imagine the amount of deep cleaning it can or cannot do. Among the others, this probably is the best available. In Max suction mode, it makes huge noise, otherwise in other modes, noise is reasonable. I found turbo mode balanced for noise and quality of cleaning. For our home, it takes about 50 mins to finish cleaning cycle. We run dry clean first then run again for mop. You can do both at same time but we found it does better job if done separately. It identifies obstacles most of the time, it can climb to rugs and other such things easily and can get over them to continue cleaning. Only a couple of times, it got stuck with chairs. If the gap between chairs legs is almost exact size as the robot, it got stuck. It definitely beat my expectations overall. We run it everyday. You can also choose to do entire space or select zones where you want it to do or skip. You can also schedule cleaning cycle so it automatically starts when you are asleep if you prefer.

Unfortunately this vacuum gets stuck pretty easily in anything but low carpet, and the emptying mechanism got clogged and didn't work properly about 80% of the time. The real kicker was that it also doesn't work with 5GHz wi-fi (it's a bit outdated even when updated) so you can't map the rooms or set a schedule with the app or anything. I ended up returning it.

This Roborock blows my previous Roomba’s away! I am 3 weeks into owning and using this machine and absolutely love it. It does an excellent job and is so powerful with a long lasting battery. On average it takes an hour to complete my down stairs, 30% carpet 70% hardwood with about 60-65% battery left over. Then I add the mop attachment to hit the hardwood only. For me it fit the budget and does a decent job. I’m sure the higher up Cadillac version does a better mopping job, not to mention self cleaning and refilling but didn’t want to go crazy on my first venture away from the Roomba. For the price and what it is, I’m very pleased. I definitely do not have buyers remorse!

Love the sunction, its easy to use, Long battery life and charges fast.

Works pretty well with really good suction power. Great value for what was paid but would have loved it if the mop auto lifted. Other brands have cheaper alternatives with less suction power, but at least the mop auto lifts. Kind of defeats the purpose if you still have to constantly put on the mop and remove the mop. Also, don't love the idea that I have to buy some proprietary bags every 2 months.

Good tech. App works well. This is our second Roborock. Highly recommend.

Seriously, the reviews warning about “no sonic mopping”, do your research BEFORE buying and not expect miracles. This product never advertized the sonic moping or auto lift. My friend who has the s7 maxv ultra still does separate mopping and vacuuming because it simply makes things easier and makes sense. Aaaaanyway…. This is an amazing vacuum AND mop. The suction power is insane, this thing will pick up absolutely everything. Even without the sonic mopping, it is SO easy to mark the no mop zones in the app, and then all is done eith a click. Im super satisfied with this product. Could have something to do with doing research on what I need/want and not expecting miracles.
