It’s been little longer a month since we bought. It is worth every penny. 1. You can program at what time it should clean and it does the job fantastic 2. Can configure multiple intensities of cleaning 3. You can easily draw a map to clean little place real quick 4. It does mop as well nicely It doesn’t get stuck 99% of time. I tested it multiple ways with different obstacles. It is smart enough to understand and adjust. Cons: Ofcourse doesn’t mop as not as good as actual mop but to me it’s more than enough. Instead of deep mopping once in a while, you can mop with robo little frequently then it does the job Overall, it’s fantastic. I am not a kind of person who writes review but thought I should write for this so that people can buy it and live peacefully without spending time on cleaning I am hoping sometime in future they can come up with software where it scans entire home and clean wherever it finds dust instead of cleaning everywhere As a software engineer, I think robo can do that as it as the capabilities. Great work team for bringing wonderful product into market.

I've had robot vacuums for 10 plus years now and tried 4 different brands. This guy is by far superior to all of them. It mapped the entire house in 15 minutes. You can watch him in real time on the app work throughout the house. The app itself is very user friendly but still gives you a lot of complex options. I have had him about a week and ran him about 5 times. The bottom floor is about 1200 sq ft and he can vacuum two carpeted rooms and vacuum and mop the rest of the bottom floor on a single charge in less than two hours; something the others could not do. I noticed the day after i bought him he then went on sale $600 and best buy refunded the difference! I have zero cons to the robot so far.

Vaccums and mops efficiently. Doesnt fall over the stairs and cleans itself. The base does have a large footprint. You do need to read instructions to properly set up and use but then it is on its own. Best robot vacuum we have ever owned and we have had four others.

From the moment we saw the package, to the set up of the unit, to the app, to the mapping, and the features of the app. Outstanding. Love the app. You can have it on a schedule. You can have presets where it can only vacuum the entire house or just the hallway. Or vacuum and Mop the entire house or just the kitchen. Awesome product and app. So happy with our purchase. I rave about it to all my friends, family and coworkers. Worth it! Favorite thing: waking up each morning to clean floors.

I have had my Roborock S8 Pro Ultra robot a little over a year. It vacuums and mops my home (approx 1100 sq ft), both on one charge and i love the features where it cleans the mop during the mopping process and also dries the mop. I do have 2 issues. The first is that in the beginning i would schedule a combination vacuum/mop but after an app update, this function stopped working. When i would schedule this mode, the robot would indicate that it was starting to wash the mop before it even did a vacuum. To get around this, i would first schedule the vacuum and then schedule the mopping, which does work but is annoying to have to do this. The 2nd issue is the high cost of replacement accessories.

I am still an owner of 3 iRobots And I must say The Roborock S8 stands out as a powerful alternative to the iRobot models, offering smarter navigation and better obstacle avoidance, which help it clean more thoroughly and efficiently. This was the best purchase I’ve made in a decade. This model provides quick ultimate user-friendly transparency and control. It maps, identifies surface materials and obstructions, and self corrects with perfect accuracy all on its own with little to no user adjustment. It has proven to be the most valuable asset in my household.

This is my machine. It saves me so much time and energy. It has powerful suction and it does it all, right from vacuuming to mopping. I love the fact that I can use it from the app on my mobile. I have it scheduled for every night and I wake up to a clean house every morning. The water bins need to be emptied and filled after 4-5 uses that works for me well. The dry bin/bag uses compression technology and goes a long way. The self-cleaning technology is great. I use it with the Roborock cleaner liquid (picture attached) and it adds an element of fragrance to the mopping. I use it on my vinyl floor. It is totally worth a buy. The only downside is it gets louder at night. But I have it set up on my first floor and we have our bedrooms on the first floor, so kind of works for us. No complaints! All in all, an awesome buy!

This robot has been excellent. It vacuums and scrubs the floors better than my previous separate robots! It maps everything well, rarely gets stuck, doesn't miss anything, and leave the house feeling clean! I run it automatically 3 days a week and use the roborock liquid cleaning solution added to the water tank. I couldn't been happier!

Love this robot vacuum. Cleans and mops, empties dirt, and cleans and dries mop pad. Only requires occasional emptying of dirt bin and dirty water. I have hardwood and rugs. This robot easily transitions from hardwood to rug, The only con so far is that the vacuum can fit under my couch but for some reason will not go completely under it to vacuum. Prior to purchasing, I read many reviews and this one checked most of my boxes. I initially had difficulty getting it connected to my internet, but once I figured out how to get it connected, I have not had any internet connection issues. The app is fairly easy to use. I run the vacuum daily and the mop about once a week or as needed.

Not too many complaints for me about this robot. I have tried quite a few. This one is by far the best. The only thing that is, subpar is mopping capabilities. It has fantastic obstacle avoidance and mapping. To the point that in May scare you a little bit about how much information it can create after just a few cleanest ups.

Well this is my first robot vac and mop and certainly did not disappoint. The software is awesome and self empty and self brush clean are awesome features to have which saves you ceratin headaches. I have schedules for different rooms and i dont have to worry about my house looking like a mess because you know this is fleaning even when you are sleeping. The only thing i did not like and this is completely on bestbuy is that the product looked like a used/open box item since the brush was a little wet and it already had a map and a schedule. Apart from that it works like new so didnt go through the hassle of returning and getting a new one. For a $1599 profuct, this should not have been the case however.

Does exactly what it should. Cleans well, easy to use, and navigates almost flawlessly. The device is able to get very close to objects without disturbing them, even was able to navigate around Christmas gifts without knocking anything over while still cleaning very close. If your pet gets in the way of cleaning, it will just come back to that spot later. Self emptying and self refilling is seamless. App is simple to use and connects to the device without much effort. Truly was skeptical this would perform at a level that would make the price justifiable - 2 months of near daily use and I am satisfied. Interested to see if it stands the test of time. But so far so good!

I love this robot. It really was fun to set up and watch go around the house to map things. This is the first one I've ever bought, and they say you will forget about cleaning. Now all do is dust the house every week, so it has really changed our routines. My wife used to end up hand mopping with a cloth on all fours in the kitchen cause she's a bit of a clean freak, but now we just run the 'Clean the Kitchen' routine! We don't have kids or pets, so maintenance is fairly straightforward. I still haven't really discovered how to link it up with Siri shortcuts, but would love to try out voice activation.

I thought I was going to buy a roomba until I found this— everything about it is absolutely better. Vacuum, mopping, software on the phone, speed of room scanning. Honestly I am continually impressed even months later.

I’ve had others but this is hands down the best. My whole house is wood flooring with area rugs and this machine keeps my house immaculate. I like that I can run it when I’m away or sleeping and wake up to a clean floor. Total time saver and my new best friend. Worth every penny!
