Perfect entertainment for a few friends. Insane library of music. Recommend this for a good drinking night with the guys naked.

We play as a family with a 4 and 7 year old. Everybody loves this game and the kids are really learning coordination - drums.

Overall I'd say this product is just as good as previous RBs. After reading other reviews, I knew it needed a game update right away so that will take about 10 min depending on your connection. After that you'll automatically be asked to calibrate your microphone using the controller on initial startup. Once you're done with that CALIBRATE YOUR GUITAR in the OPTIONS menu!! This will only take a few minutes but will save your guitar player and drummer some pain and agony. All you need to do is the guitar and the drums will automatically be synced too. The only other pain we had initially was trying to get all instruments to play without kicking another one off. We weren't aware each instrument needed to log in separately so just log in as "guest" unless you have multiple profiles on your ps4 and you'll be good to go. The song selection has quite the variety. Disappointed with some of the songs associated with my favorite bands but you can go online and download most of them. So just make sure you take a little time to do the proper setups and not be in a hurry to rock out due to party excitement. Hope this helps!

It's a fun game and reminiscent of the old Rock Band.

Sure it has a strange lack of features compared to the older games, and the setlist isn't great, but that didn't stop us from having fun. My only huge complaint is that we missed the redemption date for rock band 2, so we're missing a huge gap of our music library, plus Lego and Green Day. Still a blast to play.

Love playing this game. Brings back great memories. The equipment it comes with is definitely an improvement as well.

I've been a fan of music games since Guitar Hero 1. I love every Rock Band and Guitar Hero, I'll love this for sure!

This is the whole rock band package that was missing from this generation of consoles. It is very familiar to anybody who has ever played before and easy to pick up for newcomers. Song selection could be better out of the box, but there are plenty of downloadable songs if you want to buy more.

This game is a lot of fun especially with groups. The mechanics are solid and it reads well. The biggest concern for this game I have so far is the terrible starting track list. If you purchase it be prepared to also purchase additional songs.

My nephew really likes this. However, he is young, and it would be nice to have more choices in songs for the younger people. Other than that we are very pleased.

Rock Band 4 is awesome!! It is almost identical to the older rock band for older systems. I wasn't willing to pay what they were asking for it so I waited and got it on an amazing sale!! I was happy they kept the guitars the same (unlike guitar hero). The only part I don't agree with is it doesn't come with a whole of of music and what it does come with isn't the best so of course they make all the songs you want available on the PlayStation Network at an astronomical cost. Overall my family and I love it!! We play the "on tour" mode and quick play. Would recommend this in a heartbeat

My kids play this nonstop in our home. It also reinforces good eye-hand coordination.
