i had it set up for me and it appeared very simple, although there did not seem to be a lot of instructiion but the person was very tech savvy... The operation is very smooth and simple to use with the remote

I bought the HDMI switch to make it easier to switch between consoles and to introduce new ones. The switch works great: seemingly no loss of picture quality... the remote, not so much. I will still recommend this product, with the caveat that you will most likely have to get up and use the buttons on the switch itself as the remote only sometimes works.

Easy to use and high quality! Only thing to keep in mind is that it's HDMI 2.0 so it doesn't do 4k 120hz. However it does do 1440p HDR at 120hz which is perfect for my setup

I have bought 3 of these switches and they work well. Didn't have issues. I just wish the controller is better - looks and feel cheap. Anyways, I had minor hiccups but all I had to do was turn the system off and then back on, or switch from one number and then back. I have a PS4 Pro, Xbox One X, Nintendo Switch, and Amazon Firestick attached to the switch.

I didn’t realize I would get a better picture with a 4K device. It was super easy to install and use!!

I bought this for the sole purpose of cutting down on visible cords. I bought a new tv and hung it over the fireplace in my apartment and did not want a ton of chords extending from the tv to various devices. The switch does the trick by going into the cabinet or whatever you keep all your electronics in. Everything gets plugged into the switch so there is only one chord from the switch to the TV. So cable box and multiple entertainment devices only have one cord visible.

It's great for being a switch, there's even a HDMI plug on the front incase you don't want to reach around... But the one thing I needed that this product didn't have was the auto switch feature that comes with other products for less money.

Great for when u have to many devices with hdmi connections and your tv doesn’t have as many hdmi slots for all our devices. And even better this device comes with a remote and it’s easy to to use. Now they just need voice activated one with Alexa or Siri and that will memorize each slot for Xbox,PS4,Apple Tv, and Cable. But over all best device for my problem. And it’s 4K

Plug n play. Worked as supposed to on first try. Solved my needs of pulling out HDMI from one device and hooking to another to view movies from different sources. This solved that need. Caught it on sale. The front port provides the option of hooking up a temporary source without having to move around and connect to rear.

This is the second of this unit I have purchased. It will maintain the quality in content even 4K. Just remember to use 4K HDMI cables from 4K content source to the Hub, just as Important to use 4K HDMI cable to connect the Hub to the 4K TV/Monitor. The first of this "Switch-Box" I got few months ago, is serving as my Central Station and expanded connectivity option to my portable 4K 40" NU7100 TV which only has 3 HDMI terminals. I have four content sources connected to this "Switch-Box" one been UBD-KM85C Samsung 4K player; Xbox 360; Digital Direct TV (yes via HDMI); Sony 13" Laptop -PC- From the "Switch-Box" am using a 4K HDMI to Vizio 5.1.2 Dolby Atmos sound bar/system's HDMI-In terminal, pass Through to the 40" Samsung NU7100 TV's ARC terminal. Liberating two HDMI ports/terminals on the TV itself for other content source additions later... like a PS4 Pro or later model. Samsung TV & Vizio 5.1.2 Dolby Atmos DO behave nicely and DO communicate well together!!!

Bought this because I don’t have enough hdmi ports on my tv for my devices. Bought a high quality cable to go with it. I use this for a play station, roku stick and apple+ streamer. Switches devices easily. The remote is straight forward. No loss of sound or video quality that I can tell. Works very well for my purposes.

Just to make it clear, I am only using Rocketfish 4k HDMI cables with this unit. I have a PS4 PRO and a Nintendo Switch attached to the unit. The Pro didn’t lose any resolution for me, and I haven’t had any connection issues. It is possible that other users are using other HDMI cables that have compatibly issues with this switch. The remote, works, most of the time. I find that if it isn’t working, double clicking the button gets it to work again.

While this switch may work well for others, we watch the majority of our TV through a 4th Gen Apple TV. The switch seemed to work perfectly fine when routed to our Comcast xFinity cable box, but anytime we switched to Apple TV the picture would go in and out, rendering the switch useless to us. After further research I found that this has something to do with the HDCP requirements of the Apple TV and that this was a common problem with HDMI switches for Apple TV users. We returned the switch and we are researching Amazon for a switch that will work with our version of Apple TV. I would also like to point out that the box does indicate that it is HDCP 1.4 / 2.2 compatible, but that doesn't really appear to be the case.

Perfect for older TV with only 2 HDMI ports. Easy to hook up.

overall its a great addition to a home theater the one thing i wish is i could swtich the hdmi with my phone or even my tv remote but overall a great device for anyone who has too many toys for the tv
