I'm thrilled with my new QLED Roku TV! The picture quality is amazing, with bright, vivid colors and sharp details that make watching anything a joy. The QLED technology really enhances the viewing experience, especially in well-lit rooms. The built-in Roku platform is a game-changer—it's incredibly user-friendly and gives me easy access to all my favorite streaming services. The remote is simple and intuitive, making navigation a breeze. This TV is an excellent value for the price, combining top-notch performance with great features. Highly recommended!

I have to tell you; my friend bought on-line, a Samsung QN55S95D 55-inch OLED on holiday discount of $400 for $2,200. I bought this Roku TV discounted during holiday for #399. It's hard to believe but when I am at his home to watch TV, I firmly believe that I have a much better picture. He may not have the picture set up correctly for color and contrast, but I am so happy and compared with his, I have saved $1,800.

Great TV!! The free channels of sports, kids shows, and movies are phenomenal! You can use any of the apps out there very easily installed! The TV is beautiful and when it came, it was so easy to set up and begin watching all of our channels! I would recommend Roku television or even a Roku stick to anyone! I think it’s the best streaming device available! And I was so glad they now have their own television! Love our new Roku TV!!

I've had this tv for 45 days and it has seriously exceeded my expectations. I upgraded from a 10 year old LG that maxed out at 720p. Admittedly, I did have my reservations going from an LG to Roku. I was convinced as soon as I watched a show in 4k Dolby Vision. The picture was stunning. I did have to adjust the picture though because it seemed washed out with the original factory settings but it was a quick fix to change the setting to "vivid" and then the picture was perfect. The other stand out feature is the audio. I had to buy a sound bar for my old LG because the audio was so poor and quiet. The internal speakers on the Roku are loud and crystal clear. Also, if you're a cord cutter using an antenna for local channels, this tv is awesome. It loads a tv guide for your local channels automatically. I don't know how it does it but I'm impressed.

I love this Roku TV, the sound, and the picture. I can cast the videos on my iPhone to the big screen, I can listen to music from my favorite apps (Apple Music, TuneIn, Iheart Radio) I love the rechargeable remote control. I can pair my Air pods to listen privately ( the TV is Bluetooth capable) Man!, I love this TV, especially for the price. I'm happy and grateful. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Overall the television has been great. The picture quality is very nice and simply amazing for the normal price. Sound quality is excellent with only the tv speakers in use. I purchased the 55" while it was on sale for $399 and I would do it again.
The delivery person had great communication and was very prompt.
The only minor issue I experienced was during installation of the stand. I thought I was going to break the screen with how much force had to be used to turn the screws. They did not appear to be crooked or stripped, but definitely felt like something was wrong. Ultimately, it did not affect anything negatively as I have had nothing but an excellent experience since turning on the television for the first time.

So far, I like my new Roku TV. Great picture, I especially like the new auto brightness feature. And I can finally use my wireless headphones at night with the Bluetooth feature. I get great sound through my Roku soundbar. On my old Roku tv the feet were too low and my soundbar would block the power sensor. The legs on the new tv are higher so now I can use the remote easier.

We bought a Roku TV too early in the production

This TV has had some issues with glitches. Sometimes it freezes and has to be turned off. Every day, multiple times, the playback from the thumb drive gets garbled, and the words do not match the audio. Other than that, it has a good screen for viewing. I guess we bought a Roku TV too early before they got the bugs out of them.

Brand response from Roku Team

Hi Sherry, thank you for supporting our Roku products. It is advisable to consider the Wi-Fi connection as a potential cause. To fix this, we recommend unplugging your Wi-Fi router for at least 60 seconds, if you don't mind. In addition, perform a system restart on your Roku TV by navigating to Home>Settings>System>System Restart. Further insights on enhancing your Wi-Fi connection can be found at https://support.roku.com/article/213122277#section-1. Also, ensuring your device is operating on the latest software version is imperative. This will significantly improve its functionality and provide access to the most recent features. To verify, navigate to Home > Settings > System > Software Update > Check Now. If the issue continues, please let us know at support.roku.com/contactus. Thank you! Elmer, Roku Customer Advocate

Love our new 55" Roku TV. Nice sharp picture, sound is good without a sound bar, have 2 other older Roku TV's & like the ease of use. I definitely recommend this TV. I feel we got much more than we paid for.

I’m very impressed with the picture, sound, size, and ease to use. At this price point, I was hesitant to purchase but needed a second tv in my home. The Roku smart picture is brilliant and the sound with bass is great. I’m very happy and have now made this my primary TV. I would definitely recommend this particular unit and would buy again if needed.

Best TV I've Ever Bought

The bright, vivid colors are great quality, especially for the price of the TV. I like that you can allow the TV to sense what darkness or brightness is best for your room given the room's current darkness. The rechargeable remote is a game changer; plus a fully charged remote has lasted my family for well over 2 weeks. Sound quality is great, and you can use different sound profiles based on what you are watching or listening to (Theater, music, speech). In the past I've had Hisense, and they would suddenly restart on their own frequently enough in one day even that it was annoying. Haven't had that happen once with this TV, and I've had it for a month now, so I'm very happy about that!

I love my new Roku TV! Even in my bright living room, the picture is great. It's like looking out a window. And for someone who doesn't like dealing with sound bars I am thrilled and so impressed with the quality of the sound! And then of course there is the Roku format which I think cannot be beat. And though I do wish they had been easier to navigate, was wonderful to have all the extended free trial offers for streaming services.

Great balance of quality and price. Blows our slightly smaller much dimmer LED set from only 3years ago in a similar price range totally out of the water. Daytime viewing in our fairly bright living room is now a pleasure. Love having the roku built in... all the other tv manufacturers UIs totally suck. Nice to not have to layer an $80 roku on top of another smart TV just so it's easier to use. Definitely glad we held out for the QLED to go on sale.

I’ve had a Roku device external to a regular TV for many years, I have liked Roku. But as TV’s became “smart” there were conflicts with two systems sometimes acting in competition. So, I bought the Roku brand TV and now there is no conflict. AND only one controller! The picture is good but more expensive units can do better (ergo, 4stars). Still, I like it a lot. I really appreciate the control given to adjustment of the picture quality in real time as displayed on the screen. Maybe that is routine today, but it is new to me.
