When I put the laminated sheet in the machine again the machine started to crumple it while it was going through the machine. I am returning this.

Some mass cards to preserve them. Everything is on the up and up so far so I have zero complaints. I also made some pockets like you would find on baseball cards because I didnt want what was going inside to be permanent. It takes 2 sheets to make a pocket but its well worth it. Im sure you can find a video on youtube describing how to make pockets. Definitely worth the price but I have no experience with others to base my judgement off of.

Takes multiple passes to finally get a seal on thin material, even worse results on thicker materials. I didn't even try 5 mill covers. Sadly I didn't use the laminator until after the store return-period expired so I'm stuck with it.

Disappointed in the quality of the machine.

Today I plugged it in and it started smoking and of course it is the day after the last day I can return it to the store. There is a warranty but I have to pay to have it shipped to the company. Glad it didn't cause a fire.
