    It’s amazing this is not available on bluray, well worth the purchase. If you are a Bogart fan you likely own this but if you are delving in to great B&W films then this is a 7 out of 10:)

    A Classic war movie that I had forgotten about until I seen it shown on a late night tv. So I ordered it from Best Buy’s and just an amazing movie to add to my collection.

    Enjoyable for Bogart devotees (which is why I bought it), people who enjoy classic movies and fans of WWII movies. It holds up reasonably well. Interesting that it was filmed during the war so the outcome was still unknown. Good character development and compelling story.

    Humphrey Bogart delivers as always in this movie. He is a fantastic actor and brings a lot to all his movies.

    Movie was Mailed to me - as the local store didn't have a copy .. so that was nice!

    Set in the deserts of WWII. This is a remake of two other films (Errol Flynn was in the original). Lloyd Bridges makes an early camio. The suspense in not high but the story is well done and the direction is top notch and the blcak and white film works so well.
