It is a fast charger, if you use the cord and over ride the base it says "super fast charging" (no, there's no cape) both ways are still rapid. Unlike charging bases I've had in the past. Great buy.

A must have if you've become accustomed to wireless charging. I've had a wireless charger on my night stand for a few years, and the convenience of not having to constantly find a cord and plug it in is so nice. Another plus is I alway buy the ones that stand your phone up so for me it's a plus as I have AOD so I can always just glance and see the time, plus notifications and or who is calling without having to grab my phone every time. I upgraded to this wireless charger as got new phone that could handle 25w wireless charging, and my old wireless charger did 9w max. So now old one is in kitchen so me or guest can throw their phone on it if need a boost of charge. Only con of this wireless charger is its dimension is smaller in all aspects compared to old one besides the depth, and with what I have on night stand I can't turn this one as much at an angle to face me without it falling off the night stand as id like, but guess not really a con as it keeps me from constantly looking at the time when having trouble sleeping. I read reviews of the fan being loud. I must have got lucky bc mine makes no noise at all, and does not get hot, at most maybe and thats a big maybe it might get warm, but nothing to even question. I bought it when it was on sale, plus they had an open box in excellent condition so can't complain about price, plus had best buy points to cash in for a best buy gift card to use toward the purchase. Regular price I think is a bit high, is only reason I didn't purchase sooner, but I do highly recommend. Charges Note20 Ultra with case in both portrait and landscape mode with no issue.

Fast wireless charging that comes with an adapter! It's a good value, considering that the fast charger alone goes for $40 bucks. It works without any problems with the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, the S20 FE and the Note 8, it works both in landscape and portrait modes. Each of my phones have cases on them, and it charges without a problem. I've also used it to charge my ear buds. My minor complaint would be the fan noise can be a bit loud when fast charging, but you can turn off that option on your phone, which solves that problem. Its useful if you charge it overnight and you are a light sleeper. overall I'm happy with my purchase, and would recommend it to anyone who is considering it

As far as charging goes, this charger is great, only a bit slower than a cable and very easy to use if you just put it on your desk, my phone rarely drops below 50% since its so fast and easy. The build quality is good, it feels very sturdy, and it's just big enough for a Note20 Ultra. The biggest problem with this charger is that the fan makes a high pitched chirping kind of noise whenever a phone is on it. It's not very loud and it doesn't ever stop me from using it, but it is noticeable unless you're wearing headphones. Another problem is the provided cord is pretty short, but it isn't attached to the charger, so you could replace it with a longer one if you needed to.

This is the third of this model that I have purchased for three different locations. Unlike other wireless chargers I own, this one has a small footprint so it takes up less space on the night table, desk, etc. The white color seems to blend in with surroundings better than black chargers. Shape of cradle at bottom makes it easy to rest phone on charger without slipping off. LED light at bottom front lets you know when it is charging (orange) and when the phone is fully charged (green). Won't disturb you when you are asleep, yet you can see the light from across the room. Built-in fan is silent. Cord that comes with device is USB-C on both ends. The accompanying wall charger is 15W and port is for USB-C cord. Being 15W, it charges faster than 10W chargers. Must use a 15W wall charger with device. Older 10W wall chargers will not work. Similarly, this 15W wall charger is not compatible with older 10W wireless chargers. In short, this is a very well designed, compact super fast wireless charger. That's why I own three of them and wish I could trade my older (and larger) Samsung wireless charges for this model. The list price is $80, but I paid $60 for this one from BestBuy. Sometimes less on ebay or Amazon, but be careful about grey market (non-USA) products that do not have a USA warranty. If you call Samsung with the serial number, they will let you know if the device is USA (with warranty) or grey market.

A bit pricey for a charger but does work well. Charges faster than the stock chargers that come with Samsung phones without the "hassle" of plugging in and unplugging a wired charger. Doesn't take up much space, fits in nicely on my desk. The stand design allows you to easily see notifications and use the phone as it charges.

My husband and I purchased new 11 Pro & 11 Pro Max iPhones and rather than use our older slow and wired chargers for a common area in the house (our Family Room), I knew we’d want a faster and Qi enabled charger. Where did I look to? Best Buy, of course! Given the thorough description, all the reviews (yes, I read them ALL!), and the very high rating, I chose this particular product. I ordered at my local store (only black was in stock), and received at home within 2 days. We started using right away and are completely satisfied. Not only is it great to have the fast and Qi function with our new phones, we like the fact the devices can be charged in either portrait or landscape orientation. Also, I use a Defender Pro case, my husband uses a Defender case; we have no problem charging with our cases on. It may seem a bit pricey, but the solid quality is there, and worth it to us. I may purchase a 2nd for our home office.

I had a generic flat wireless charger before that I used for charging my Samsung Galaxy S9+ overnight. Although the phone would make a beep beep sound to indicate that it had started charging, I would sometimesrun out of juice the next day because it had failed to charge. The phone also became very hot when it was charging. This new Samsung charger has a built in cooling system, the centering of the phone on the unit is simple, the phone charges every time, and it charges really quickly. Samsung equipment works really well with other Samsung products. Yay!

This is just genius. It is so easy to use and does not take up a ton of space and no longer navigating needing to avoid tripping over long cord.

Still working like brand new after owning for two years. The built in fan makes NO noise. Product works for the newer iphones too.

I just picked this up yesterday, but I can say that it charges AMAZINGLY fast. It doesn't even get hot while doing it. I put both an S8 and S20 on this, and they both charged basically as fast as when plugged directly to a QuickCharge adapter. I liked the tilt-back vertical orientation to easily see the screen. Since it charges so fast, I only leave it on the charger for a short time. Pricey at full price, but I got it on sale, and you get what you pay for (or don't).

The charger works well and keeps my phone charged. The shape keeps the phone elevated so if you want to put it on your desk and watch videos while charging your phone, it works for that. Some people complained about fan noise but I haven't noticed any. You have to use the wall plug that came with the charger or it won't work because it requires something a little stronger than most wall plugs.

Excellent charger, its fast and love how it sits up while charging!
