Nice sound effect, big screen and big capacity of the hard drive. The downside of it is that there is no DVD-RW on this ALL-in One desktop PC.

This has been a great computer so far. I previously had a top of the line Dell computer, which has had nothing but issues, and needed something with better storage space for work files, didn't take up much space and looked nice in my home office. The computer system is quick, responsive, easy to use and no issues so far. Best computer I've had in a long time.

It was time to replace our older and rapidly dying six year old desktop computer. Since we already had a laptop, I decided that an all-in-one computer would be a good replacement for our desktop in our "home office". I looked at the all-in-ones sold by my usual computer brand but was less than impressed with the quality and sound. While I was in our local Best Buy store, I saw the Samsung all-in-one and gave it a try. It was the perfect size for what we needed and I liked the wireless keyboard & mouse. The speaker attached to the monitor produced a much better sound than the other nearby models and the touch-screen had gorgeous definition! The quality seemed excellent. Plus, the easy set-up was really appealing to me. Since we aren't "gamers", the Intel Core i5 was plenty fast for us! My only concern, if there was one, was the lack of a CD-ROM drive. However, after thinking about how often I used the CD-ROM on our other two computers, I realized that I no longer needed that feature. Plus, the very helpful salesperson pointed out that I could always plug one to one of the USB's if I needed to burn or play CD's. This computer was super-easy to get up and running. It more or less walked me through the set up and install, which was really appealing! Love this computer! (By the way, I suggest disregarding the comments on one of the other reviews regarding the sound. It's critical and not accurate in my opinion. The sound is very good and way better than some of the other models that I tried in-store. It's built-in sound bar is hardly noticeable and won't detract from the use of this computer.)

Bought as open box so I got another couple hundred off but with the full warranty and geek squad cert. Has been a great computer easy to use for the whole family. Was very easy to add a second screen.

little more than other computers but is the way to go... doesn't take up much space huge screen. defiantly a home computer not a gaming computer.

This is a great buy as per my advice. There are competitors who have similar pricing and configurations (one I found was from HP that was a $100 cheaper). But at the end it comes to what brand you want to stick with. I have been using Samsung for all my electronic needs and haven't been let down though I have used HP laptops in the past.

Starts up quick, great display easy to use. Made for the everyday user/student. Speaker sounds great even at loud settings.

We needed a computer that is up to date but not too sophisticated for a simple 66 yr old, a semi technological 45 yr old, and two well learned high school students. It is adaptive to all of us and easy enough too. It has met all of our needs!

I was looking for a new computer, old one died. Wanted a desktop. Saw this one on an open box (which sold out on me) then again on a clearance. Good machine with a few idiosyncrasies. The biggest is the ports. Not enough of them and all on the back which makes them inconvenient. Only two USB ports, and again, on the back. And one of them is needed for the dongle for the wireless mouse/keyboard. My solution was to purchase a USB/card reader hub that now sits right in front of the touch screen monitor. Speaking of which, I never use. I always thought touch screens on desktops were a bit of a gimic. I can see them on laptops or tablets for artists. Also, the web cam is not that great. Mounted in the monitor, and the monitor doesn't move so youo can't adjust the picture at all. But the computer iself is just fine. Seems speedy enough for the things I do.

Watch Netflix ...loud speaker with clear sound Only issue is it doesn't have a program to view pictures without uploading tthem... All in one but light enough to move from room to room

I'm so happy with my purchase. I love Samsung products and this one definitely didn't disappoint. Up to date features and very fast.

I guess I’m late, but I love the All in One. It looks nice without the bulky hard drive- touch screen because sometimes you forget you on the computer and not on your cell phone (or is just me?). My friend came over and was loved it so much she is getting her one. Makes the office looks modern and up to date. Fast, and large screen.

We have this computer only for 1 month, so far it is very good. It’s fast, comfortable to use with touch screen and large size screen with good picture. Initially we bought Lenovo all in one computer which was very slow but with good picture also, now it is nerve breaking to have slow computer so we returned it and got Samsung which we like Thanks God! I love this computer. It is the first computer I have purchased and it is a great beginner computer.

I've only had my new Samsung for a little over two weeks but so far, I am impressed. Windows 10/touchscreen was quite a jump for me as I was using an eight year old computer with Vista Ultimate. Although I do not actually use the touch screen (I prefer using the mouse), I found Windows 10 an easy transition to learn. You can teach an old dog new tricks! I wish that it included a DVD burner but I will eventually purchase an external one, along with better sound quality speakers as I listen to music online. I do like having the All In One so no tower to deal with.

I am typing this review using this computer. I've had it for almost a year now, I Love it! It is the Family's main computer. It is a touch screen. The specs are right on. Fast enough to play most games out there. Use it to Play Starcraft without a hitch.

Really like this all 1 one computer...It was very easy to set up and use...love that it has a wireless keyboard and mouse bc I don't like a lot of cables everywhere...has a really good size screen and the touch screen is very responsive...only thing id change is I wish it had a cd/dvd burner considering the price I thought it would be built in
