Considering this washer was less than 700 bones, this is an awesome deal. It is a steam washer, quiet, huge, and good looking. Cleaning performance has been very good, and the machine is very quiet. The motor is covered by a 10 year warranty. Can't imagine why you'd want to pay more for added features that are of nebulous benefit!

Bought this washer to replace a Maytag that failed after just 2 years. More expensive, but more features, holds a ton of clothes, extremely quiet operation, great ability to customize your load settings with prewash, extra rinse, steam, variable wash times for various levels of soil etc. A similarly priced LG model has less features, the model number ends in "CW" which means cold water only, so it was worth the extra 100 bucks on sale for the samsung to get better options for cleaning with hot water, with a bonus for steam, plus a great cycle to clean itself called purecycle to eliminate that notorious mildewy smell the front load washers are known for. Only had this machine about 2 months, but we're really pleased so far. Even though I wouldn't say it's cheap by any stretch, if you can pick it up on sale it can be a fantastic bargain for the money.

Got this one after our 8 year old Kenmore front loader went on to the great laundryroom in the sky to be with Jesus. This thing sure is nice! It's roomy, nice wide door opening, and does a great job washing. Balances the clothes very well and is fantastic at spinning most of the water out of them. There are lots of cycle options and settings that actually make a difference. Love the built in heater that gets the water extra hot (when you want it to), and the steam + a bit of bleach really does do a great job on stains. The sanitation cycle is great too, going to run that every month or so to keep it fresh and hopefully to clean the components that support the drum and keep them from corroding and breaking (like our old washer did.) On top of all of this it even plays a friendly little ditty when the wash is done too. All in all, brings a satisfying feeling to doing laundry. Who would have thought?

Love my Samsung washer I bouggt mines a few months ago and I just love it the machine is really quite u can't even hear the machine when it's on it haves a lot of features and a lot of cycles option

I've had front loading washers for several years now and it is finally a joy to have one that works as flawlessly as my prior top loaders. For years I've dealt with banging washing machines because the load was slightly off balance during the high speed spin. This machine NEVER bangs! What a joy to load the machine and forget it until it plays the "I'm Finished" melody! My clothes come out clean and nearly spun dry (which is basicly the point to save energy on the drying). If I had anything I'd like to add to the machine, it would be a spin only cycle (must use rinse & spin) and a high heat for dedicates. However, for the sale price, I dare not complain!

Excellent washing machine with great features. The capacity is large enough to wash larger loads including comforters and blankets. The price is great and my clothes are very clean. The other positive is the shortening of the dryer run time since the spin cycle really gets the clothes dry, too.

This was the best Front Load washer that I have used so far. It has great cycle selection, big capacity, washes very cleanly, and very easy to use. My negative issue about it is that the end of cycle alarm is not very loud when set to the loudest setting but that is a very minor issue. Overall, this is a very quiet and very well built washer.

The washer look very nice. It runs very quietly. Leaves my clothes very clean. It is very easy to use. The price was very reasonable for such a great product.

I'm very happy with this washer. It holds large loads which saves time. It has many options including steam. It's very quiet, I can hardly tell it's running. If you have the matching dryer you can stack them on top of eachother as an option. Cleans the clothes well and they come out smelling good.

So far we are very happy with this machine. Our wash comes out smelling really clean, we are saving money compared to our old washer and the spin makes the clothes so dry that the clothes don't have to be in the dryer very long.

Does a great job of getting clothes clean and relatively quiet. Was able to get a rebate from my utilities company because it is an Energy Star appliance.

We bought this washer on sale and have loved everything about it. It's so easy to use and does a great job washing our clothes. I love how much room there is.

I had the same washer for 23 years before this one so it was quite an improvement.. Delivery and installation was quick and professional. I got a great deal it was on sale, free delivery & set up and they took the old one away. Easy to use. Love the way it looks. Works great, holds lots of clothes. Doesn't smell bad like everyone who had front loaders told me it would. Perfectly happy.

If you are looking for a new washing machine I would highly recommend this one. I got on sale and it is the best investment I ever made. It is quiet, energy efficient, and cleans the clothes very well. Only downfall about these new washers is you have to use high efficiency detergent. I learned that the hard way with my last HE washer. I used normal detergent and the engine broke down and spewed grease every where. But this washing machine is really wonderful and I recommend it to any one looking for a new washing machine.

Purchased this set along with dryer unit and stacking brackets to replace a 12+ year old Kenmore stacked all-in-one unit. Have been using for close to a month now and very happy. Lots of cycles to chose from and you can even customize a few for custom wash cycles. The addition of steam in the wash cycle was a pleasant addition. The vibration dampening reduction system works great as well, on the spin cycles it can get up to a pretty good clip, but by following the balancing instructions and running the one time self-calibration cycle, there is little to no shaking or wobbling of the unit. One occasion when there is a large load, it does tend to shake a little bit, but nothing obnoxious. Overall, very happy with our purchase of a Samsung unit. On a side note. We did buy this from Best Buy and chose to install this ourselves rather than wait to have Best Buy install it. The 1st unit we picked up was badly damaged by what appeared to be a forklift. We couldn't see it until it was unpackaged. Besy Buy was more than happy to replace it, we just had to wait a few days for the new one to show up at the store.

We replaced our LG washer with this Samsung washer and couldn't be happier. It is MUCH quieter and the clothes come out cleaner and drier so there's less time required in the dryer. The steam cleaning features are awesome.

I love this washer! I had an old whirlpool with an agitator that most people want to go back to after receiving the new top loaders. This front loader is amazing at getting stains out. I would have gone with the one that had a few more cycles if i had known it was available. The steam cycle is fantastic for kids clothes. The steam cycle does not seem to fade colors at all but does a great job with baby food, set in stains, and etc. any kind of stain that you can imagine trying to get out of clothes. The quick cycle is great for work dress shirts and it is gentle enough for the very delicate items also. The samsung's drum has holes punched inward instead of out so the clothes won't get hung or caught on anything in the washer.

This washer (and the matching dryer) were my first large appliance purchases now that I'm a homeowner. Overall, this set has been amazing. The stack fits perfectly in our laundry closet; the capacity is large enough to handle both my clothes and my wife's in one load; it has more cycle-types than I know what to do with; the steam feature is great (especially considering how low the price is on this unit). However, the best thing about this washer (and the dryer) are the end-of-cycle jingles. We've all heard appliance signals; usually they are 4 or 5 notes long and, while functional, not particularly inspired. This washer is different: when your clothes are done, you get a serenade. It makes me smile every time I hear it.

I was pretty unexcited to do my laundry. Even when I got this machine I kept holding off on doing laundry. Then I loaded it. What used to be two loads was now one. I loved watching the first load go. After it finished, I did another. I even got my comforter and washed it. Each time the machine was quiet, efficient, and user-friendly. I'm so glad to have it.

I love the beautiful red shade. The washer has a quiet operation. It also comes with many cycles and/or options. The clothes come out almost dry!
