Ovens were part of a full kitchen remodel and have been in use two months. I preferred knobs to full digital panel and wanted more than two racks per oven without having to purchase separately—easy to find in a luxury appliance, not so easy in the moderate price range. This oven fit the bill. The flex duo is by far my favorite feature. The ovens are being given a full workout during the holidays and I am very pleased with how fast they heat, even cooking, not too noisy and they cool down pretty rapidly. I can use all 3 racks to bake cookies without uneven results. Overall, a bargain compared to a luxury oven with comparable features, for several thousand less. This is my second Samsung appliance and thus far, I am very happy with it.

Annoying fan noise from lower oven when placed in convection mode. Apparently it’s a known issue, based on previous customer complaints. It heats up fast, bakes and roasts really well. But for the price the noise is annoying. Calls placed to Samsung leads to more frustration. I sent multiple emails of receipts to prove that I bought the oven and yet Samsung claims that I’m out of warranty.

We are still learning how to get the best from this product. If you live baking bread you are lucky. It steams your bread making it crispy. Excellent for french bread.

Absolutely love this product! Love the three options for 3 heats. Only challenge is you can only utilize it on convect and not regular bake which I did not realize at first. Additionally, did not realize it does not have an air fry option. I wish it had that instead of the million different gourmet cook options. But as an oven goes it's great!

Awesome purchase! This produce has been nothing but perfect. It heats up fast and has many options (functionality). We love it.

We were in a time crunch for Thanksgiving because our other oven failed. The new ovens performed perfectly!

So I originally purchased the model below this one and then changed my mind after seeing the available options this comes with. I LOVE this oven. It looks great and performs even better. Steam cook works amazing. The built in thermometer comes in handy when cooking large pieces of meat for long periods of time and not having to open the oven to check the temp. Controls are easy to set. Convection is amazing for getting that nice even cook while keeping things juicy on the inside, the flex cook gives you the ability to basically have three separate cooking temps for three separate cooks!!!

Ample room, Slide out rackets prevents heavy items from tipping out when pulling the rack. I like the controls and the options to use the knobs or the touchscreen. plenty of options including steam bake and broil. The only word of caution is that if this is a replacement then have it measured for appropriate rough opening. More importantly the depth as that would definitely require a new cabinet. We had to have about 1/2 inch cut for the height. Fortunately there was room at the top to do so. Happy Baking

Arrived damaged but Best Buy sent a new one. Always unpackaged before the delivery truck leave! Appearance is amazing. Many options. Wish the clocked had option to stay on all the time. It shuts off after an hour. If you open it turns back on. So far so good!

We bought this oven to replace a GE Profile Double Convection. My wife never really liked the GE, but absolutely loves this Samsung oven. It cooks evenly and quickly. We had it installed the day before Thanksgiving, so it got an immediate work out. We used the Flex Duo, so we had 3 different temperatures cooking at one time and they all cooked to perfection. My wife also loves the steam clean function.

My new double ovens were finally delivered and installed, and I couldn’t be more pleased. They are an amazing addition to my kitchen. I installed the 30” Flex Duo Double Wall Oven in Black Stainless and they look great! They look both sleek and stylish both inside and out. As soon as they were ready, I started cooking things I haven’t tried in years just to see how they would turn out. I have baked breads, cooked casseroles, pot roast, and cookies to name a few. They all turned out perfect without any burning or over cooking. There are several features that I love about these ovens. The oven racks are much stronger than my last oven. I can finally use by cast iron pots without feeling like the racks will give out under the extra weight. The racks with the built-in slide are super helpful and easy to use. I really like the look of the combination of the digital and analog dials. Together, they make a high-end oven easy to use. The smart home option is a great feature with these ovens. I can turn it on remotely so that it saves me time preheating when I get home. I can also use the app to check the temperature and timer so that I can keep an eye on it if I am in another location. The digital interface is simple and straightforward to use. Overall, I would give Samsung extremely high marks on their double ovens for both design and ease of use. They have added a lot of features that makes it a great addition to any kitchen. I happily recommend this product to anyone.

This oven is the beast! Tested it out during Thanksgiving, and it did not disappoint. The built in oven cooking thermometer option is a great for turkey's and larger roasts. The duo-flex option makes cooking for a large group so much easier when trying to keep foods warm while finishing up the rest. This is my first electric oven, I prefer a gas oven, but this one has won me over. Roasting and baking are evenly cooked, broiling is a bit on the hot side, but once you get familiar with the settings, food comes out beautiful! Sliding grates are a game changer; no more fear of dealing with the wonkiness of trying to manage a heavy roaster. The reason for my 4 star review is a direct result of my experience with Samsung. After 6 months of using this oven, the control panel stopped working. Initially I was told to work directly with Samsung. Samsung first told me it was out of warranty, then after literally being on the phone for 2 hours waiting for a supervisor to speak with me, I was told I needed to upload my receipt as proof of purchase (not sure why the first person didn't tell me to do this). Once that was resolved and we all agreed it was still under warranty, they sent their service vendor to the house. I was told that the entire oven needed to be replaced because parts were not available. It was back to Samsung customer service, who then told me they would give me a credit to purchase another oven from Samsung directly. I would however be responsible for delivery charges and disposal of the oven in my wall that did not work or I could keep it! Samsung Customer Service Representatives were rude and spoke to me like I was a child who needed to accept their answer. I called Best Buy back to find that I was given incorrect information the first time I called Best Buy. So I went through a week of total frustration with Samsung which did not need to take place. Samsung Customer Service deserves ZERO-star rating. Best Buy Total Care Tech was awesome when I called back. They sent out one of their own technicians, Hai. Hai deserves a 5 star rating; he kept in touch with me throughout the entire process from ordering parts to getting the oven working again. It was as simple as replacing the communication board. Hai was respectful of my home and me. The day he came to fix the oven, he was well prepared with the things he needed to get the job done without damaging my hardwood floor or the oven itself; he left the area the way he found it. Hai is a keeper and I will certainly request him if I need service again. Thank you Hai!

This thing is sweeeeet. At first it was very laggy and took over 60 seconds to set a timer or turn on/off the light. I was frustrated but found that it improved responsiveness when I turned off the wi-fi. Finally I realized there was a firmware update available so I left the Wi-fi on and it automatically updated one night. After that, this thing is a boss. Very responsive and now I can even set it where the date/time stays on 24/7. As far as cooking, I've put this through its paces making many cakes, muffins, bread, etc. and everything has come out perfect. So much better than the non-convection oven it replaced. I love that I essentially get 3 ovens in one (and we have used all 3 individual temps at once). Bread proofing mode is wonderful. We always had a hard time finding a warm place for bread to rise before. I have not tried the steam bake feature. I'm not even sure what I'd do with that. Mostly just convection bake for us. The meat thermometer is nice. Just used it when cooking a tenderloin and it came out perfect. The convection heat browned the outside and it looked beautiful! The slide out racks are awesome. I didn't realize there were two. I put one in the bottom oven and one in the top but I think I might switch it so that one is in the top half of the top and one in the bottom half.

We recently purchased the Flex Duo Samsung Wall Oven and have not had a chance to use all its purported great features such as Steam Cook teh Flex-Duo, or the self cleaning option. Perhaps after I get used to it my rating will increase. My big complaint is that the temperature CANNOT be set lower than 175 deg F which is the preset "Keep Warm" temperature. This is really too hot for already fully cooked hot food that you want to just keep warm. I called the company and was told there is no way to set the temperature any lower. There is also a "bread proof" option but the preset temperature is a mystery. I called for support on this to find out what the preset temperature is for this function and was told I could purchase an oven thermometer to find out. It also appears there is no way to set a cook time (when you first turn on the oven) such the it begins timing when the oven reaches the desired temperature. For example, you put in something that you want to cook at 400 F for an hour. If you set the cook time when you first turn on the oven It starts counting the hour then, not when it reaches 400 F. So you have to wait and watch to see when the oven reaches the desired temperature and THEN set the cook time. My last complaint is that with all this technology, it should be possible to set the temperature to change part way through the cooking, ie., cook at 425 F for 15 min then 350 for 15 min. I called support and was told that feature is not available. So again, you have to set a timer for 15 min and then remember to turn the temperature down and reset the cook time.

The double oven has great features. I especially love the steam option and the duo flex oven.

So far, the oven has met expectations. One thing to note is there are molded feet on the bottom of the oven that add about 1/4" to the height of the product. This was missed in the measurement and required us to cut 1/4" off the trim for it to fit in our cabinet space. It looks good and works well!

So far this oven works wonderfully. It has tons of features and we are still accustoming ourselves to them. One has to read the instruction manual thoroughly and clear will have to refer to it from time to time, but the oven is pretty intuitive to use. The only negative is that the clock display turns off after a few minutes. It would be nice if the clock display was always on, so that when you enter the kitchen you can see the time of the day. That to me is a slight design fault.

I don't understand why companies ask consumers to write a review on new products/appliances...MY LORD...The appliance/product is new. In most cases consumers do not have difficulties with new products. Consumers can only...(in my opinion,) speak on the astatic of the product/appliance. So far, I am really enjoying my Double Wall Oven. This oven has many functions. It allowed me to get rid of the additional appliances such as, the steamer. However, since this appliance is relatively new, I would have to give an update in a few months time. At this time I am giving a 5 star rating. Because this appliance is beautiful and well thought out.

Love the Flex Duo & Steam Cook features. Just wish the clock feature stay on .
