Needless to say, a disappointment. So now, I have to go to a store, wait again for another frame to come, or repackage the whole thing with a UPS label. I didn't mind paying $100 for the cheapest piece of plastic imaginable but to combine the low quality with the hassle, it's the worst money I've spent in a long time.

Lacks unseen cord, ambient mode, and wall bracing from the larger models which I did not realize until it was being installed. Still like the art mode, smart functions, and easy to use remote.

Fairly easy to install except for the frame locks ( not needed) which require removing the TV off the wall (not that easy for a flush mount like these). My main complaint is the ridiculous expense. Four pieces of colored molded plastic with slim magnets.... My wife wanted them but when she found out the price, she did not want them.

Hard to use the software, hard to mount without the slim mount. Software seems slow, the frame tv's seem like they're better in the larger models as this one doesn't even have 4k.

The mat insert would make this look more like a frame if the insert was real but it's only part of the video and not available on most images. I bought the optional frame attachment thinking it would make this look more like a picture frame. It would if the frame attachment included a real insert. This looks more like a digita picture frame and nobody is believing its a real picture frame. For the price, just get a better quality TV.

The colour is perfect for the modern home, and adds that touch of 'This is Artwork' feel to your wall. In combination with the digital artwork on the TV, it truly looks like art.

Too expensive for cheap plastic. It should be included with the frame tv. The concept is great but the product is flimsy and cheap!!!
