The wife and I have been looking for and researching new washers for months. Time and again, all reviews kept pointing to the Samsung brand. After seeing that the Samsung was on sale for an almost too good to be true price at Best Buy, we went ahead and bought this washer along with the matching dryer and pedestals. After a couple months of using this washer, we couldn't be happier. We can literally wash two baskets of clothes at a time, and they always come out super clean. The washer for the most part is very quiet, with the only real noise coming from its ultra high speed spin cycle, which literally spins almost all of the water out of the clothes once they are washed. All in all, we couldn't be happier with this washer.

Best washer ever, efficient, quiet, and easy to use

his is my first ever brand new set and I feel like I made the right choice. Very quite, washes amazingly and I love the allergen option. I haven't figured out the steam function yet though.

Very user friendly, I had got an open box deal and have yet to need a manual. The dials and buttons are self explanatory easy to use. I recently washed a queen size comforter fit perfect and came out very clean.

Just what we were looking for. We wanted new machines but didn't want to spend a ton on every feature. This has the steam which is great for dealer cleaning and sanitizing. We replaced 12 year old washer/dryer and had no idea what we were missing. The towels are much fluffier and everything smells better. The towels in photo are a pile washed in new machine (left) versus old. We got the matching dryer as well, so far very happy.

Front loading washer is awesome it's got the steam feature that keeps my work pants free of wrinkles because I have to look professional for work and yet the front loader still big enough to handle my king size comforter

Was looking for a new age washer and dryer set for my new home, and these certainly fit the bill.

We are happy with our choice of machine after a few weeks of use. This is our first front-loader, and replaces the four year old Samsung top-loader that was recalled. We have not tried the steam setting yet, so cannot say if it is a valuable feature. I refused to buy new hoses from the store because the ones they had were too restrictive. That is to say, the hole in the hose fitting was smaller than other makes of hose, which would restrict the flow of water to the machine and possibly cause malfunctions. I had read the customer reviews on the store hoses and was warned about the small openings in the hose fittings. The store manager agreed to waive the "no free installation unless you buy our hoses policy" once I explained their hoses were unsatisfactory. I bought new stainless steel braid-covered hoses elsewhere, which had larger openings in the fittings. I also used two new "Mini-Resters" to prevent water hammer when the machine valves operate. I replaced the OEM black rubber hose washers with silicone rubber washers. The plumbing connections are hidden behind the machine, so it is important to do everything possible to prevent leaks. When the machine was delivered, I found that new hoses were included with the machine, but they did not have the stainless steel braid covering, so I prefer to use the new hoses I bought. Another thing I did was to have the installers set the washer and base on four round hard plastic cups with foam rubber inserts on top. Those devices let one person easily and quickly slide the very heavy machine over the carpeted floor in case it is necessary to get access to the water fittings on the rear of the machine.

This washer is easy to operate, has a self cleaning cycle, and plays the Samsung Company song instead of sounding a buzzer when the cycle is finished.

I am really pleased with my purchase, I love all the options I have on my new washer. I also love the fact that it is very quiet and energy saving if you choose to do your laundry with your own settings. Overmore, i suffer of allergies and this washer has an option to get rid of any allergens on your clothes, other than the steam option. Price it is worth every penny. I recommend this washer to anyone.

Clothes are clean and fresh for weeks in the drawers. Wash and dry within 2 hours, easily programmable cycles. Best buy representative was courteous, accommodating and professional.

When we sold our last home the buyers wanted the washer and dryer so we left them only to purchase them again and we would do so a third time if required. Samsung is a well known name in our household as it is very reliable and consistent. And BestBuy is our go to store for anything we can purchase there!!!

I love this washing machine, it's simple to use, gets my clothing cleaner than my old machine did with less water, and offers so many more options. This machine washes my King size bedding easily. I love it!!

I love my new Washer - especially the Steam Cycle really cleans clothes with stains. The Platinum Color is awesome!
