My husband and I purchased a washer dryer combo package about a month and a half ago after we purchased our first home. We wanted to spend a little as possible but we’re not willing to sacrifice our clothing by being cheap, on the other hand we just bought a home. This package was well priced and we got the dryer open box for $350 extra off the listed price (Cosmetic damage on backside of dryer hardly noticeable actually) we’ve always seen the most damage to our clothing occur in the dryer so when talking to the sales rep we focused on that and it’s features. We were just assuming the same level of options were installed on the washer. Come to find out as I throw in my first load of whites, oh so he DRYER has steam and Smart technology and additional cycles and more options than its matching WASHER. Can’t blame anyone but myself. Shoulda read the fine print. But seriously?? I’m incredibly happy with the Dyer. It’s amazing! No complaints. The washer on the other hand 1. Found HE packet residue on interior sides multiple times 2. Clothes come out washed harder than expected. Like the “Smart Sense technology” isn’t very.. wel smart 3. Optional cycles are very limited from normal with extra rinse/spin to perm press or quick wash. Same options as a cheaper washer...4. Steam sanitizer cycle not included nor additional features that he dryer containes... again. Had to say it. Rant over. Buy this washer if your want a pretty slightly updated version of your 2006 washer.

Very easy to setup. Clothing will come out quickly while the machine works quite. Great design

We needed to replace our broken washer. Found this marked down in the "open box" section was only $55 more than the cheapest machine available. Then we got an additional $50 off for picking it up ourselves. Fantastic deal. That being said I'm slightly concerned about things I'm hearing about Samsung not standing behind their products or waiting months for repair parts. I hope this isn't an issue. So far great washer.

so far so good, have significant history with these front load washers having just given up on the earlier version of this unit. nothing but problems which resulted in replacing it with this unit. Design is good, wash capacity is just right for our family, quality let's hope is better than the last samsung front load washer.

The washer and dryer work great! They quickly clean and dry clothes, they have multiple settings for load size and time to clean. Also very easy to stack and install. Would definitely recommend to someone else.

The size is perfect and the price was right. I can wash knowing everything is clean and also wash my bedding. There were a few glitches but the Geek Squad came and resolved everything.

So pleased with this purchase, usually appliances that aren’t white are way more costly, looks great & operates very quietly!

After a horrible experience with Lowe’s (do not ever order appliances there) we ordered this from Best Buy. Totally no hassle experience. This does exactly what it should. It looks nice and is easy to use. Yes, there are other fancier higher tech models, but if you are replacing a simple white box this is still a big step up. It has some tech to it, but who needs that? Having a dial to select normal, delicate, etc. is all most people need. It’s pretty quiet and way more efficient then the old machines. The only con is it’s a little low and the pedestals are waaaaay too expensive. But it does what it’s supposed to without any problems.

Love the color, runs very smooth, very easy to control. The price was great. The size is great.

This washer is very quiet compared to the top-loading unit it replaced. It does an excellent job cleaning the clothing. The greatest benefit of this washer is the high spin cycle, which leaves the clothing nearly dry and eases the load on your dryer to do it's job. Just make sure to leave the door open to dry it out between uses and wipe down the gaskets to minimized mold growth.

Installed and set up easy. Runs great. Easy to use controls. Gives a good cleaning to all loads washed so far. Nice appearance. Added the pedestal to this purchase, which was a wise decision. More storage, and easier access to machine. It does seem to vibrate a little more than I eoxected it would, but nothing substantial. I truly hope that no problems develop, as I hear getting warranty work done thru Samsung is very difficult.

This is my first experience with a front loading washer. So far, the machine has been great. It cleans clothes well, runs quietly, and is easy to operate. With the pedestal, it is easy for my elderly mom to reach in to load and unload.

This washer is very quiet, cleans well, and is very energy efficient. I was always weary of a front load washer (I like the water to flow through them), but this washer cleans better with very little water. I can turn the washer on in the laundry cabinet and close the door and don't even know it is running.
