This machine is huge and has done a good job with cleaning. It gets 4 stars because it stays balanced really well but doesn't spin quite as thoroughly as I'd like and the clothing that comes out is still fairly wet (not sopping by any stretch but my previous washer had a really good spin cycle and thus didn't work my dryer as hard). The only annoyance is that it has a longish, electronic tone "song" that plays when it's done and I have not been able to figure out how to turn it off. I have a first floor laundry so it's annoying when it goes off.

My Samsung washer died on me suddenly and I had to act fast to replace it. Money was a concern, and this machine was a decent price. I researched it as much as I could and decided that it would be a good choice. Well, my family and I love, love, love it. The washing drum is huge. It does not have the pole in the middle so we can fit a ton of clothes in. It cleans well, and so far we've not had any problems with it. We got a slam dunk with this one.

I bought this washer trying not to break the bank. It does a good job washing the clothes this far. There have been 2 times that for whatever reason the clothes didnt finish the wash cycle. I just turned the power back on and it restarted. It plays a nice tune once it it finished the cycle to let you know its ready to be dried.

This washing machine is the perfect size. The Smart settings are a nice change from the traditional machines. It is extremely quiet when it runs. My favorite thing about it is how efficient it runs! Each load comes out practically dry, very clean and we use less detergent and fabric softener. Love this machine!!

I really like this washing machine. It has a huge tub with no agitator and washing large loads easy. It is not complicated to use. I am very happy with my new washing machine. The only problem us that the tub is so deep, I need a step stool to reach inside and get my clothes out.

First, I should say that it washes well and gets clothes clean. For stains or heavily soiled I have to use hot and heavy duty cycles. Normal doesn't cut it. For others, it's fine. I have a difficult time getting used to stiff towels. I just don't think these cycles really break down the fabric. The hardest thing is getting used to the noise and length of time for regular cycles. I have no idea what is going on in there but it is loud! The real pluses are the size of loads. They are huge! The blanket cycle is great and this thing will even wash comforters! Two regular blankets is easy peasy. I hope it lasts but it sure has a lot of moving parts and electronics like the auto water level. By the way it never gets off balance. Ever!

Controls are clear, but check the manual for the second-level menu about optional heat and fill levels. The numerous additive containers took me a while to learn, because they change depending on whether you use dry or liquid soaps or bleaches. Without a central agitator post, this machine has more capacity than I thought: takes a whole quilt. Nice musical chime alerts. Overall quiet, but It emits little grunts and soughs like dry heaving when starting a cycle. Apparently it sprits water pulses, rather than a straight filling up. I should have chosen a machine with a transparent lid, for once it locks I have no idea what it is doing inside, or how high the water or suds actually get. Spin cycle is highly effective: clothes are so dried that my dryer needs only half the time as before.

This is a great washing machine. Top load and inside is huge! It gets clothes extremely clean and it’s so quiet that you don’t even remember you have laundry washing.

Great performance. Impress withvuser friendly control option features. Not over high-tech. Like how washer re-assess laundry load by weight. Not loud. Nice size for basement laundry area.

Got this washing machine 2 years ago. Just posting a review now. I run this washer almost everyday. On the weekends, I run 4 or 5 loads back-to-back. No problems. It does a good job. Only thing to point out is that it doesn't have an agitator (which I prefer) but that means sometimes a heavy load of sheets or towels gets out of balance on the spin cycle and the machine sounds the alarm and stops spinning. I have to open the lid and re-arrange the wet load then it finishes up without a problem. So far so good!

we love this washer, easy to use we didn't need anything super fancy, we love that there isn't an agitator in the middle since we have a dog we wash large blankets alot.

Huge washer with tons of space. Washer is pretty quiet and has a lot of features. Does a great job of cleaning clothes as well. I've had it for almost a year and no issues or complaints yet.

Washes queen comforters perfect. Holds heavy loads easy to use settings. Recommended this to my daughter and she bought one and my sister is buying one this weekend.

I love this washer! It can hold a large load of clothes and it also works great for bedding and rugs. I gave it 4 stars only because sometimes the button sticks and there have been a few times they clothes needed to go on an extra spin cycle because they were still wet. Although that's probably my fault for overfilling the machine. All in all I'd purchase this again and recommend to my friends. It cleans clothes great.

This top load washer made by Samsung is great. It does a nice cleaning job on the clothes. It is huge on the inside and works quietly.

I love it! Washes good and dryers gets the job done No need ti read how to use, very simple to use, my senior mother likes that it chimes music when the cycle is over lol its also beautiful and looks good in my small laundry room

This machine cleans well and is quiet! I also love the size. We had Best Buy deliver and install and we are very happy with our choice!
