If I was ask about to recommend it I wouldn't have any doubt to do so.

Best Washer Ever

It is rich in features. This washer and the dryer we bought stacked perfectly. In theory you can operate the dryer from the washer controls if you purchase the optional communications cable. May buy that at a later date. My wife and I are both tall, so using the dryer control isn't an issue. She is so excited, carpets we used to have to hand wash in the bath tub came out like they were brand new. This washer is awesome. My only complaint is the music it (and the dryer) plays when done cannot be changed or turned down (very loud). You can turn the sound off or on, that is it. If you are monitoring it's status on your phone, I guess turning the sound off would be okay. Both washer & dryer were easy to get onto our network. Note: washer & Dryer can only talk to one phone via WiFi. If you have space (depth) constraints, invest in a set of stainless steel braid right angle supply hoses before trying to install the new washer.

However, Best Buy was the best option given all options such as locality, in-store, online, delivery, total installation and financing options. The total installation time took about 25 minutes after delivery. The standard washer/dryer cycle takes about 45 minutes, good for regular clothes and bedding. This washer/dryer set presented the best value in style, space utilization, and compactness. If stacking this unit I would advise ordering the SKK-8K kit ahead of the delivery time.

I have tried many different ways to contact Best Buy and describe the damage and missing parts that does not match their own definition of "excellent" condition. Still have not received a single response. The condition was fair at best. It's not easy to return a washer, so I'm holding out hope I will hear something back before having to return to a store. At pickup the item was fully packed making it very difficult to fully inspect before transporting home.

I have it set up on my sons pbone because he always forgets his laundry in the washer and he has to re wash it. Love it!!

If you do, I would suggest buying the Best Buy warranty. The manufacturer warranty is horrible. After having the washer for 2 years, the counterweight stubs snapped and the bolts holding it sheared off. This resulted in a leak while also coming with a $900 repair bill. Samsung knows this is a common problem with these washers and has done nothing about it. This review is not towards Best Buy but to the actual product and manufacturer.

I heard a loud banging sound and went in my garage to find my washer dancing! After my husband took the dented now and completley ruined feont off we found this! Parts are not available for purchase either. Now i have a rather expensive, large, useless paperweight! Save your money and don’t buy Samsung aplliances!!
