it is great to display art and picture quality is fantastic, the only downfall is that it hooks up to a converter box that is 15 inches long- therefore once you hang it on the wall you will see a cord that goes to the box and have a stand to put the box on. I DO NOT, like seeing cords when TVs are mounted on the wall. I cut a whole in the drywall behind the tv and wired a plug and made a shelf inside the wall and guess what No Wires. The glare mark in the photos are not the tv but the flash on my camera. New picture Everyday.

I wanted this TV for a very long time however I wasn’t going to put out the full price I actually found it about two hours away for an amazing price I picked it up at the store everything was included some items not even open it was easy to have the geek squad to put it on the wall and it is probably the most beautiful TV I’ve ever owned and it’s a perfect size for my small house I don’t hesitate to buy it again if something happens to it. The picture is absolutely gorgeous I just love the way it looks and I love the art mode

Besides using it as an art piece, I was surprised at the pictiure quality when watching tv. It is one of the best tvs I have gotten and it definitely serves its purpose. Also the wall mount is included and it was very easy to install.

I’ve had this tv a week and I luv the picture function. It’s really the reason I bought this tv! The 4K is amazing as well. I’m very happy with my purchase.

We added the frame to our Samsung collection and are very happy with the product as usual... and the price. The 2019 version of the Frame has vivid colors and looks amazing as part of the house decor. Besides enjoying watching TV we can also enjoy the family photos or the arts provided. Highly recommended.

I needed a tv for my home office so I got the Samsung Frame. It’s an incredible UHD 4K choice when you have a small space that doesn’t require a 75” TV. This TV is the Bee’s Knees! Frame rate is a blazing 120 native, and HDR! I am a chord cutter and this TV is perfect!

The TV is fantastic for hiding the fact that you have a TV on the wall. Although the cable is small, I still advise hiding it in the wall to achieve the proper look. There is a media box that comes with this that you will need to hide somehow.

Purchased the Samsung Frame from the Hawley Lane Best Buy. TV install was easy to do as long as you have instructions to install as the ports are in a separate box from the TV. The included flush mount truly installs the TV flush to the wall. The result is that really looks like a picture when the TV is turned off. Picture Quality is very good. Curbside delivery was seamless and quick. Please note when you purchase open box on the Web, there are 5 conditions noted: New, Certified Excellent, Excellent, Good, Satisfactory and Fair. Each Open Box product in the store has a "License Plate" which gives a more detailed description of the product and more importantly what specific accessories are missing. In this case there was no Manual, Remote, or Legs to the TV making it more challenging to install especially if you have no remote to setup and configure the TV. Sometimes the License Plate and Online condition descriptions don't match. With contactless curbside pickup it is difficult to ascertain what is missing and maybe needed until you get it home.

I got this as an open box return because that customer thought it was supposed to come with different molding, it is good as new with a price drop on sale and extra open box discount I got this awesome tv / artwork for 650 bucks , and the picture is incredible, also it gives you the ability to control all streaming devices with one control the SmartThings app is cool feature that lets me add my Arlo cameras on the screen

We had a challenging space in a formal living room where we were trying to place a subtle TV. A Best Buy customer service person directed me to The Frame and I was sold. This is a great option for anyone trying to place a TV in a place that you would otherwise consider formal. The TV itself looks like a framed picture. The fiberoptic wire is so inconspicuous and is very long. We have had numerous people come over and think it was a painting never knowing it was a TV until we turned it on. So it definitely accomplished our goal. My only complaints are that it's pretty expensive, there is a limited number of paintings available that does not seem to update, the TV looks less like a painting during the day if there is a lot of sun, and the TV painting will sometimes turn off even when we are there seemingly not detecting motion. Overall, this is a great concept, that will probably only get better with time.

When I got home I found it was missing one box connect wire,went online bought the original wire so I was still pleased with the price total under $500,loved the stand that came with it after putting insulation made to go around the wire I ran it down inside the walls to the molding then across to the power socket, now unless the TV was on you would never know there was a TV in the room and I'm happy with the picture quality and didn't need a sound bar tv sound and loudness was enough by itself

Looks great on the wall. The frame around the TV sits flush against the wall. Nice quality picture and even looks great when not watching TV. Being able to display art makes it alive when off instead of a black screen.

The frame tv isn’t meant to be the main or primary tv in your house. It’s meant to blend in the bedroom or guest room. The clarity of the tv is in the range of a 6 series Samsung. While the art mode is very nice, I won’t be playing games or watching movies on this tv too much. For the price, if you’re looking for clarity and performance (ie, rich blacks, crisp movie picture, good sound, etc), go with a regular tv. Someone looking for just a tv to watch occasional shows or YouTube while trying to subtly incorporate a tv into your space, this is for you.

Nice product, it looks great and the tv is high quality. It is pricey at 1100.00, also I’m not a big fan of the Samsung one box it seems to be a little glitchy but if you turn it of and on it seems to reset. Also if the 25 ft one cord is not long enough expect to pay $200 for the long cord.

I am very happy with the picture. I feel I have to turn up the sound twice as much to hear, if I working in my kitchen. That could be because it is a cabinet. The stand is lower than my previous TV. We raised the stand up and that seems to help.

I love this TV! A it a beautiful piece of art when not binge watching Netflix! I got the 2019 edition floor model at an incredible price!

This TV is very impressive. The picture is unbelievably sharp and I feel like it does much better in brighter environments than an OLED. The art mode has made my wife extremely happy and I am starting to love it too. I’m used to walking downstairs and seeing a gigantic black box on our wall but now I see a gorgeous painting or pictures of my girls. This TV is worth it for the art mode in my opinion. I opted for the beige wood frame, which snapped on magnetically, sooo easy, and it really helps with the whole art illusion.

I must say i didn't think this TV was going to be all that great ; Because of how cheap it was, but learned something doesn't have to be expensive to bringing out the best that it has to offer.. once again Samsung did not disappoint.. great sound, great colors , and great energy saver
