I am very happy with my purchase. The clarity of the picture and color is excellent with this TV. It was easy to set up and get the controller aligned with the cable box and sound bar. I like the ambience option too.

Great as gaming tv but no HomeKit is sad

Tv picture is good, but I cannot believe they put the Apple TV app and airplay on here with no HomeKit.
I just upgraded from a 2016 Vizio and it had HomeKit even.
This might be a deal breaker because the Vizio acted as my Pc monitor, which this is replacing.
And the home kit compatibility really improved my work flow of switching between computers and inputs etc.
I also never needed a remote to do the things I wanted to.
This is a newer tv and capable of home kit support.
Contemplating whether or not that lack of functionality is a deal breaker or not.

This is a high quality TV at a reasonable price ~$1000. Easy set up. Note there are 4 HDMI connections, 2 USB, 1 LAN, 1 digital audio out optical, 1 Ex-link, and 1 ANT in. Take that into consideration with your speaker connections.

We couldn't believe how much more advanced this TV is than our old one only 5 years old. We are very happy we decided to choose this particular one!

I have no problem with this tv. I got it for a good deal and the best part is apple tv is available already instead of buying the actual apple tv product. I bought this Nov 2019 and up to this day I have no issue witht it at all.

The Q 70 Series TV was easy to set up (though I would suggest not to be setting up a cable company 4K converter at the same time). The picture is great and the HDR really pops the color on the TV.
I only bought the 49" tv because it goes into a wall mounted bookcase. I bought it to replace an old Samsung HD TV which had a swivel stand and I would have preferred the swivel instead of the wide spread stand legs the Q70 has to make it easier to get behind the TV to install the connections. The only short coming I see in the tv is the speakers are poor (even compared to the old Samsung TV) but I do have some Bose speakers hooked up to it and it sounds great. I did not buy the TV for its speaker I bought it for the excellent picture and colors!

Great black levels, 49" isn't a 120hz panel :/

Qled color is amazing, HDR looks great, it's bright and handles reflection well. The white/light areas are a little bit uneven when you move off axis but you may never notice it. Was disappointed that it doesn't actually display 120hz (which is what the sales guy told me initially, all the other q70's do except the 49" one.

Great Picture Quality, Smart TV Features are Fast

The picture quality is great. Bright colors and the blacks are good too which surprised me for an LED. This TV replaced an older plasma TV that was having speaker issues and starting to have screen images. Motion rate on the TV is fast, and the auto motion plus feature can be adjusted to reduce the "soap opera" effect that LED TVs are known for. Smart Apps run quickly, much faster than my older Samsung 3D TV. Remote is kind of buggy at times where it may take a few seconds for the TV to react to your actions. I programed another remote to work with the TV and it isn't an issue with that remote.
Speakers are not the greatest, but usable. If you have a sound bar or surround sound system you can bypass the issue. I bought the TV for the picture quality though, which does not disappoint at all. It especially looks great with 4K content. Also, the website lists the TV as being 42.9" wide, assume it is closer to 43.1" if you're trying to fit it into an enclosed entertainment center.

If you're not trying to fill up a giant 400 square foot plus living room, theater, or den, then this 4K TV is perfect for you. The size is perfect for a small to medium size room (like a bedroom or small living room). The picture quality is fantastic - both for 4K and 1080 content. Brightness, color, contrast, motion - you name it...this TV does them all great. Plenty of inputs and cool Smart TV features (like streaming services). I would suggest pairing it with a good soundbar. The remote is not intuitive, which is the only drawback.

This TV was very easy to set up and has an impressive picture quality. It has a lot of useful features and functions and is also user friendly. My only issue with it is that stand is as wide as the TV and requires a large TV table. I had to purchase a pedestal stand to attach it to so it would fit on my TV stand. Other than that am very pleased with it.

It's easy to setup, color is sharp and crisp.
Remote only has approximately 8 buttons to do all the functions and the instructions are only 2 pages. Each button is described but doesn't give details into eachs multiple functions. It's just trial and error.

As a big time gamer who’s very critical on games looking their absolute best there is no better option for the price. Few years back I spent $1000 for the Sony X900E and very happy with that. Recently decided to upgrade and I’ve been blown away by how much better and just great this tv is. The HDR makes the darks and light look so incredible. If your a gamer this is probably the best tv for the price you will find!!!!

This is first new TV I've ever purchased and I have no regrets. Setting it up was easy, and the picture quality is awesome.
I've been playing 4K HDR demo clips off of YouTube and I can't spot anything I don't like about the picture quality. Blacks look good and I can't spot any blooming, so the full array backlighting and localized dimming works well.
I also love the game mode setting. It's the real deal, and as soon as I enabled it I could instantly detect a difference in the responsiveness of my controller.
I even think the speakers are fine, though I did buy the Q70R soundbar that pairs with this TV.

I have never owned a television less than 55” and was overwhelmed with the easy setup and wonderful picture on this 49” QLED 7Q F. I also own the Samsung 2018 curved 55” curved 2018 QLED 7QF and the 2019 49” Qled has a better picture after some adjustment. Love this TV which I setup in my bedroom with a Samsung 4K Ultra Blu-Ray player and a Woburn Marshall speaker connected via Bluetooth to my TV. Sound is phenomenal.

Easy to set up. Easy to add components. Had to buy rca cable converter to attach to hdmi on tv for Wii and optical splitter for sound bar and hearing assist device. Easy to hang on stand. Attractive. Good picture. Sound without sound bar wasn't bad, except sometimes had to have volume all the way up to 100. Still have to use two remotes as "smart" remote doesn't operate DIRECTV. Only model to seem to never go "on sale." Same price everywhere.
