The washer has a gorgeous finish! It works so well, and has more features that I would ever need but could utilize on certain occasions! The look, the functionality, I’m fortunate to have found this washer which fits my new house well.

Nice large capacity washer by Samsung. Although I had to wait for two months for it. It's quieter and has less vibration force when spinning while the clothes come out just as dry. The only downside is that it has more plastic than stainless steel to it compared to my prior Samsung washer. At least by looking at the exterior. Overall it's a nice product.

Absolutely love this washer and dryer set. The sleek look, the functionality, it's quiet, large load capacity, multiple setting options, washes and dries a lot faster than my old set and the syncing to your phone function is pretty useful, too!

Good washer. Lots of controls. I love that I can turn on smart control and it will tell me when its done. It cleans my clothes just fine. It said it was about 200lbs. It is very heavy and feels like it is much heavier. I could move my old machine with ease, this one doesn't budge. For context I lift weights and am familiar with moving 200+lbs. It is a very deep machine and can take super large loads. I can put a comforter and sheet set and some clothes in at the same time and I have a king size bed. I could probably put 2 comforters in but haven't tried that. It is a great washing machine just way heavier than I expected. It is also very large. If your laundry room has doors measure 3 or 4 times to make sure. Account for the door sticking out and where it hinges for opening. It fists my laundry room but barely!

I didn’t look at this in person before purchasing, and assumed it was smaller than your standard top load washer. It isn’t. Feels like it is about double the capacity of my original washer. Very quiet and efficient. Sings you a little tune when it’s done. Haven’t attempted to hook up via WiFi yet, as I can’t imagine why I’d need to. I love smart home stuff, but just seems pointless.

I originally had a Samsung front loader with add wash that was replaced by my Geek Squad warranty. It was replaced with the exact same washer which did not last us 6 months before it stopped working. Samsung gave us the option to get a new washer; the one with add wash was no longer being made by Samsung. This one is the next best thing. It has the steam option for really stinky clothes with all the other options of the last one except for the add wash. No biggie, as I rarely used it. It’s very large: fits a king sized comforter, sheets, & waterproof mattress pad with ease & washes great. The top dispenser hold ample fabric softener. I add my washer pods into the drum. I suppose I could add them through the dispenser as sometimes they don’t dissolve all the way & leave a stain (rinsed clean with water). So what do I think of this washer? It is great for washing big loads of towels, clothes, & bedding. The steam option is awesome. It has WiFi but I haven’t felt the need to use that yet. I give it an A+ for now, but ask me in 6 months.

This washing machine is definitely 5 stars. Superb Quality. I’m amazed at the performance of this washing machine being that is so quiet. Washes my clothes so much better than the front load washing machine I purchased 10 years ago. This machine is super efficient and has wiped out stains I thought couldn’t be removed. Could not be more impressed.

I love Samsung products and this just ads to that love, its quiet, fast wash, my clothes come out clean everytime and it has many diffrent wash functions. Also you can connect it to smart things for more ease of washing. Im satisfied with this purchase although setting it up was pure hell but after Geek sqaud came and helped me properly set it up, it ran smooth and quiet. I deff love the set

I purchased this washer open-box from my local store. While the front-panel came unplugged during the shipping process, the service agent was able to repair it quickly, and I was able to get to using the device. All in all, it gets the job done, and I'm very happy with it. The 5 cubic foot drum is astonishingly roomy, and it's able to handle a full load of blankets from a full-size bed without blinking. The detergent drawer is a nice touch, and I'm amazed at how clean things get. Something to note about this washer is that you need to consider the dimensions that are posted. The door sticks out several inches from the front of the body, and the body itself swells in the middle. While the top is only maybe 27" deep (give or take), the added girth of the drum and the door easily add the 5" that are listed, and might make it a tight fit (ours is angled, and we have to be careful if it moves during the spin cycle, or we might not be able to get open the door to the garage). The one drawback of the washer, and the reason for four stars instead of five, is that the drain filter is at the very bottom of the unit. This makes sense and is a design necessity, but it is also incredibly inconvenient. Water pools behind it, and if you need to take it out to clean it, the only way to relieve this is with the comically short emergency drain hose. This becomes an enormous problem if you face code 5C, which says the filter is fully clogged, usually with a full load of dirty water behind it. The guidebook says to use the emergency drain hose and empty it into a container, but good luck finding a container that can accommodate that much water that also has walls that are only 2-3 inches high. The way around this, of course, is to put the washer on a platform. I'm no stranger to using cinderblocks and plywood for a washing machine platform, but it seems like a design oversight, especially for a $1,150 washing machine. Ultimately, this isn't a deal-breaker, and this washing machine will be coming with us whenever we move. Maybe, eventually, we can match it with the Samsung dryer of the same series.

In love with this washer and how silent it is. The capacity is more than enough and it's so water saving that it paid itself in less than a year (in my case). Very easy to use and install.

So far so good,it's quiet and smooth ,clean fine not shaking when spinning and,besides you can put a lot of loads.

Looks great, holds a large load and is relatively quiet when running. It is also easy to use.

Excellent washing machine. Quick wash time option. Drum never smells and I usually don’t leave door open when it’s being used. Not a fan of Samsung kitchen appliances but this is my 2nd Samsung washing machine and my 1st was also excellent.
