Simple and easy to use with having a preset selection. The option the speed up the wash is a plus. It is very quiet.

Washer and dryer very beautiful set up but it came with his issues. The computer was replace a month or so at the receiving appointment The parts just order was wrong.parts were shipped back to the wear house. They re-ship them back to the my house.Best Buy then again return ship the same parts back, so we have to wait again and the became very squeaky. vibrating very heavily. Best Buy came out again and stated that it needed to be replaced so make sure you get your warranty. Customer service is great. I’m glad they were able to handle the situation. Best Buy still the number 1 Electronic Place on the planet .

I love this new Samsung washer. It is so quiet and works great! I also love the addwash feature, it is very helpful when I forgot to throw in a small hand towel or a couple socks here and there. I can fit two sets of queen size sheets and a comforter in one cycle or over 2 full loads of laundry. Works great!

We upgraded our washer and dryer. The large capacity is great. It does a good job washing compared to our old washer. I like the self clean feature (cleans and prevents mold and mildew) It also runs a wash cycle 10 minutes quicker that our previous washer. This unit is quiet while washing, but while spinning this unit is not as quiet as I would expect. That is the only reason this is getting a 4 star rating from me.

This replaced a catastrophically failed predecessor (different brand) and has impressed with its silence, its effectiveness and its smoothness. And some of the curious omissions Any number of cleaning cycles to choose from - if you own it and it's dirty, 99% chance this thing can clean it. Steam features, easy add features... it's robust in every way! Curiously missing - a light for the drum - several times we've "lost" a dark item of clothing only to discover it was in the back of the drum having been repeatedly washed. Also... you have to load it with detergent, etc. EVERY wash. Our previous two washers had receptacles that you loaded every 2-3 washes. It works and it works very, very well. Bonus... every wash cycle ends with a song!

I bought this for my wife and she absolutely loves it. It has so much room in it that she can do almost all the laundry that needs to be done in one or two loads. She comments on how amazingly clean the clothes come out. I have noticed the difference. It is also super quiet!!

All of my clothes come out fresh and clean. It is super quiet and can handle very large loads. We never hesitate to keep stuffing clothes in it. The small door that lets you add forgotten items is very handy.

This model is great because it washes clothes super well n quick, you can do a 25 minute quick wash. The up side of this compared to the older model is extra hot wash, and also steam, n more delicate options. The bad is mine stopped working after one month because the door was faulty. With that being said, this can happen to anyone anytime, so buy the warranty or risk haven’t a washer that won’t work. Please note, Best Buy only covers one month if you do not get the warranty so ud be screwed without a warranty upon purchase the same day. Beware!! Otherwise, I highly recommend this washer, I’ve had their older model before too, n works amazing.

This is my first washer I've ever bought and so far it has exceeded my expectations. Have not had any problems since owning it. I have yet to use all the functions unfortunately. The door I've rarely used since I don't have a tendency to forget anything yet. The one downside is, my inner child hates that I can't see through the door! Lastly, coming from using on site washers and dryers, there's so much space! I can fit my usual loads with plenty of room to spare! Do avoid buying the USB dongle for WiFi connectivity, in my honest opinion it is useless since you have to be in person to put it into smart mode so that you can use it from your app. It does allow you to monitor when you're away from home if you need something like that.

The first one I got was leaking from the door. After Best Buy replaced it, it has worked wonderfully. It fits a very large amount of laundry and has reduced the amount of time I spend on this household task significantly.

Add a wash is a wonderful product! The washing machine is quiet, user friendly and your laundry is clean. And smelling fresh. I bring less clothes to the dry cleaners now that I have this washing machine.

I just love this washer huge capacity for the tub has many settings for whatever you choose to wash! I also like the color of the actual washer it is a great dark blue and I have not had any problems with smell and the only thing I would recommend is that you make sure that you do it once a month cleaning cycle and there is a little tube on the front side of the machine that you need to drain once a month to drain the water that sits underneath the tub so it does not smell.

Easy to use, efficient. Lots of fabric types, temps, spin cycle speeds, etc. I love the easy access door that lets me add items with out completely having to reset cycle!
