No cons about his washer. Plenty of settings to choose from and I love that i can place my huge comforter in the drum and there's still plenty of room for it to actually get clean compared to my top load. Make sure this beast is perfectly level or it will definitely rock during the crazy fast spin!

I bought this off the floor and have been using it for about a month. It had a few scuffs but nothing beyond cosmetic. The washer has the largest capacity of any washer I've owned. I can't believe how much laundry it can handle in a single load. It is very quite except when drawing water and signaling the end of a cycle. On the down side, the shortest, high efficiency cycles aren't that great at fully cleaning a dirty/smelly load (we wash a lot of dog blankets). The longer, deeper cleaning cycles do much better but may take over two hours to complete. Also the slightest breach of the rubber door seal will cause some water to leak. We have a long haired german shepherd and just a little of his hair is enough to cause a leak if caught between the door and the seal. Keeping the seal clean seems to solve the problem. Overall a great washer.

My wife wanted a large capacity washer to do comforters and was surprised at how much faster she could finish her weekly wash. She is happy which makes me happy. It runs very quiet and does a great job. Only owed it for a little over a moth and am completely satisfied.

We got a great deal on this washer at Best Buy and we're looking forward to getting the matching dryer to complete the set. This is a great machine... quiet and does a really fantastic job getting clothes really clean. Very happy with this washer.

Washer has been great so far. Very efficient and it has reduced the time we spend doing laundry because of its great capacity.

Big and..big! Couldnt be happier, the color is beautiful it goes well on my garage and my modern decoration. Clothes get very clean, and i just leave it open after using it everytime. My kids can do their own laundry now.

This washer is huge, but it can handle a large load no problem. Also easy enough for my dad to figure out how to use. The only thing is that the song it play when the load is done is a little soft. No complaints.

When I was told that it would cost $400-$500 to repair a washer that I'd had for 15 years, I decided it was time for a new one. I'd been eyeing something a lot larger than what I had - I have 3 children and laundry is a beast. I went against my husband's suggestion of something cheaper... and I hate to say that he was right. I expected this washer to obliterate the dirt on the clothes. But even with the extra, extra (did I say EXTRA?) long cycles, my whites still look dingy. If I had to do over again, I'm not so sure I'd still get this machine. It's also disappointing that the iPhone app that's supposed to connect to it so I can receive notifications does NOT work. Sigh...

This is an awesome machine. Our clothes are cleaner than ever. easy to use. The biggest problem was getting it in the door, we had to take the door frame off so the delivery men could get it inside.

This set of appliances were advertised as the best, were rated by Consumer Reports as one of the top washer and dryer set, and they are!. We have used Kenmore, Kitchen Aid, Westinghouse, and Phillips before and bye and far this is the best our clothes have felt and smelled after any wash. Highly recommend this combo.

I don't have any complaints with this washer thus far. It seems to clean the clothes well but I really haven't washed anything that was super-dirty yet. There are all kinds for preset wash cycles plus you can make your own wash cycles (water temperature, spins speed, soil level) and save. I just normally use the normal, towels, and bedding settings. My wife is in the dental field and we bought this to be able to sanitize her scrubs. We haven't actually used that setting because the cycle will run for a couple of hours. The washer seems to sense the amount of clothing in the washer and adjusts the length of the cycle accordingly.

The higher capacity allows me to do laundry in less time and the steam cycles assure I am getting them clean and allergen free.

These things are huge and are comparable to triple loaders at the laundromat. Great product and easy to set up and use.

For our new house, we choose this washer for its size and capacity to 1 load instead of three separate ones, wasting Power & Water, not to mention the detergent. Its so quiet, efficient and good looking. We have agreed that this is the best investment for the money, a name like Samsung produces high quality in all the products they sell. Recommend this to anybody looking for a great machine!

Samsung's development of this huge washer is a must for large families or people who wash alot of laundry. The washer functions very well and gets laundry clean. It does cut down laundry time with the increased load capacity. Along with the huge dryer, laundry day is alot shorter.

Love the item. Great capacity. Quiet. Can now get twice the laundry done in the same amount of time.

Replaced eleven year old front loader, quieter, quicker, and larger. Steam feature works great on pillows and bedding. Huge capacity.
