So, let me just start by saying this is an absolutely beautiful range! It heats up quickly, super easy to navigate and is just all around great. The only thing I would change is the fact it is a fingerprint magnet.

Bought sight unseen, and noticed only once I looked tough the inside prior to burning out for first time that every time you look at control panel while taking something in or out you can see bare inside panels under the control board. Did not look to me like anything was missing from there so not sure about that. Buyer should go view in store. - 1 star Light bulb also burned out during first cook. - 1 star I kept mine because my old range was gone, I bought sight unseen and WOW can it cook boil etc fast. Crispy chicken skin like never before. It works and it does so really well, has more space inside than old one, more sizes of cook-tops to choose from... just take a look at it in store make sure it either has no ugly gap or the gap works for you.

Good product. Does what it is suppose to do. Complete glass top is a little different for me. It has Some features I haven’t tried yet like dehydrating. Super impressed with Best Buy for the quick delivery of it when so many things are on back order with a lot of companies.

Very happy so far with this. Love the convection oven feature and the mist cleaner works beautifully. We have had ours for about 2 months now. As others have mentioned it is hard to keep clean and one of the burners paint( ?) Seems to have worn off a bit already. I included a picture. I am really happy with it overall though.

I have only had this a few days but started using the convection oven right away. My rolls were baked to perfection! I set the oven to automatically adjust the baking temperatures to convection temps. can't wait to try the dehydrator feature and oven steam cleaner.

I really love this stove. I had it a year now. Im a first time home buyer and I had to replace my appliances. The delivery people were nice and installed it in minutes. I would recommend this for anyone.

I really like the range. I love the look of it. My only con would be that it's high maintenance. You definitely have to clean it after every use to prevent buildup, and you must clean it with the appropriate cleanser and scraper. Anything else will cause smudges. Of course, there is going to be cleaning with anything. So, please don't let that discourage you, it's just informational. I would absolutely buy it again!

I really enjoy my new stove. Even though my delivery was late, the delivery crew cleaned and made sure that my oven was working before they left. With the craziness of COVID-19, they were very professional and abided by the necessary safety measures in place.

Excellent stove, huge oven. Love the keep warm burner and the convection/ conventional oven option! Cook top stays clean with specific spray made for it.

Really nice range easy to use. The convection oven works really well. Only complaint I have is that after removing the shipping material on the range we found the bottom drawer will not sit level. The drawer will not stay on the glide making the one side sit lower.

This stainless steel oven looks great. It has a convection oven and also steam cleaning. Very satisfied with a quality and a look. This unit is well matched with a over-the-range microwave I purchased at the same time.

I love the look and convection option of this flat top stove. Would highly recommend this product. The price is a fantastic steal of a deal! I would definitely recommend this product.

Stove door came crooked. The right side is 5/8" and left is 1/2" so the door is tilted. This causes a cabinet drawer to hit the door when I open the drawer. Service to resolve the issue has been great so far. Door cannot be adjusted, or the installer does not know to adjust the door, so Best buy will be replacing it tomorrow. Stovetop works really well. We really like the multiple burners and rapid boil. Oven works great as well. Biggest ding in the oven door itself. Otherwise review would be 4 or 5.

I absolutely love my new stove an Range, easy clean ,an cooks ,to perfection.

The stove has been installed now for several months and works without any issues. Very easy to use and clean. Haven't tested all the features yet, but I have to say food cooks evenly in the oven and the stove-top burners heat up very quickly.

I have to be honest in that I did not want Samsung appliances in the first place, so maybe I was biased. I bought a complete suite in April, 2020, delivered and installed in May. I always prefer Whirlpool, but my son liked the color and the cold water pitcher in the fridge. I noticed right away the range was unpredictable, and being electric I accepted the lack of control of the heat. It looked nice enough, and the oven function was ok. Last night as I ran my dish towel across the surface I saw a discolored area by the oven handle. The paint is flaking off! I am extremely upset, because I know how gentle I am in cleaning the surfaces, and nothing stronger than diluted dish soap has been used. All in all, this suite was mediocre at best, and now will just deteroriate and look trashy. I am in my 60s and have never encountered this before. Be aware the black stainless surface is poor quality paint.

I really like this range. I like that it has the bread proofing feature and I like that it has a keep warm area. It looks expensive without being super expensive and it performs very well. The burners get hot VERY fast, it took me a bit to get used to them. Over all I don't have anything negative to say, it works well!
