Bought the series 8 originally loved it but returned it because of a dead pixel issue and upgraded to this it was a huge difference both in picture and price.It is beautiful, picture for 4K gaming is incredible. I’m very happy with it the only reason it gets 4 stars is for the control which is the same as the series 8. The control is just not up to par with the TV, for the price.

Got this on sale and the colors are awesome. The only issue is the colors do get a little washed if you’re sitting on the sides but it’s really not a big deal. Can’t wait to see how Xbox one X looks on it

Overall picture quality is great. TV was wall mounted. I was told by salesman the tv only had one wire coming from backside of tv to the inclosed box for reception. I asked about the power source from tv to box, salesman replied it’s all built in thru this one thin wire. I say it has to have electricity from tv to box to outlet. Again he replies it’s all ran thru the one thin wire, almost undetected against the wall. Not true, there is the thin wire for technology purposes and the electrical cord coming from the back of tv, which now I have to have ran through the wall to have the sleek look of a wall mount tv. Don’t believe your salesman totally, I should have trusted my own knowledge of the electrical power source. For that reason I give you four stars.

I love this TV except for the edge backlighing, which is why I rated it a 4. For the price though, it is an excellent TV. This 4K HDR TV has great brightness, depth, and contrast, and native 120hz refresh, for less than a OLED equivalent TV and no screen retention problems. I look forward to Samsung going to a better backligthing technology in future models... The remote is very simple and useful with one connect directly connected devices. I thought the one connect box might be challenging, but it works quite will in my scenario. Watch out for the one connect to panel fiber link cable though. It is fragile. If you wall mount this thing is takes a bit of care and patience to connect the fiber link and power cable as spacing is tight. For wall-mounting larger size versions of this TV, having a couple of people to hold the TV while making the cable connections makes the process much more manageable. Other than that, setup was a breeze.

This television is absolutely beautiful. I'm big on getting the best electronics and this tv definitely stands out among the rest. The price is a little high, but when you're looking for good quality, you can't really put a price on that. The picture is absolutely amazing. The frameless set up, the crystal clear images, it's almost as if it's real life. Set up was super easy, and the smart cord is a great feature. It gets rid of the cluster of cords that tend to be an eye sore. The smart remote is pretty cool, and all of the smart functions are really easy to navigate. I don't understand why someone would pay a touch less and get less quality than this tv has to offer. Go for it.

This was our 2nd purchase after I drooped the Vizio off its mount during installation. Bottom line, get a really good mount with locking bottom tabs. The Samsung is very nice, good colors, excellent definition and the smart remote works very well. I really like the remote connection box, that means there is no cable jumble to the TV only a power cord (6 ft) and a tiny fiber optic cable, making for a clean install when hanging TV. I didn't care for the factory presets, so I set up a custom settings and am now very happy with the picture. We went with a 55 inch, as large as I'd recommend for a 1 person DIY install. More than that and you'll Need home installation service or a competent wife/partner. I also like that there is minimal reflection/glare from the screen. I went with a flat screen and we're quite happy, viewing distance is around 10-12 ft from tv. Sound quality is amazingly good, though we still went with a Bose 300 series sound bar for a complete cinema experience. We are very happy with our purchase, I have used Samsung products over they years and love the vivid colors, ability to show action, ease of set up and clarity of the image.

Looked at his tv in store and couldn’t resist how much better it looked compared to the UHD 4K TVs. So glad I bought this. And the color and noise on this is amazing!

This Televsion is one of best if not the best 4k televisions on the market at the 55” size. The only catch is you are probably paying double for this TV versus your standard 4K TV for features that you can really only experience if you have a 4k blu Ray player or Xbox One s with 4k streaming capability. However, the key feature that set it apart from the OLED was the ability to fight glare. I have a lot of sun coming from my window near the TV and where you sub $1000 TVs would show a glare, the QLED performs magnificently. The navigation through apps like Netflix and Hulu are seamless, tying right into the interface so you don’t have to go to Netflix, you can just select the Netflix show you recently watched. The sound quality is above average, but I will probably buy a sound bar in the future to get the full experience. This TV is a great investment for the future because as streaming in 4k gets more advanced you will have the top of the line HDR and quantum dots to enjoy the full experience. Keep the box and get the protection plan to protect yourself from anything that might happen. Last, the one connect box is great and you can’t see any cords around the Tv.

Love the TV. The picture is obviously great. I don't have the eye to tell the difference between this and the OLED panels from LG and Sony but I've always had good luck with Samsung so I sprung for the QLED. Before purchasing, I was concerned about the UI being clunky as I've experienced with some older smart TVs, especially from LG. This was not the case. The UI is lightning fast and totally intuitive. Apps like HBO Go and Amazon are extremely fast, loading movies almost immediately. I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase.

Easy to set up and use. Great picture and very intuitive to operate. Thin, light, attractive and best TV I've ever had. Highly recommend.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this television. The picture is absolutely amazing. It was the best picture in the store, and when I got it home, it was just as good as in the store. The colors just pop, so crystal clear. I can see every hair on the Care Bear's head. (I have grandkids. LOL) Love this TV. And the sound quality is amazing, without the additional sound system. I absolutely did not need it, so I took that purchase back. Best tv we have ever had in our lives.

The TV picture is great and so easy to use. The guys who installed it were super nice and informative.

I love this tv. There's a pretty hardcore fan base for qled or oled tv's. Personally I didn't want to risk having any of the issues of an oled tv. All in all the tv does great at 4k both with movies and my PlayStation 4 pro. I really like the one connect box and the voice activated remote it makes everything so easy, and if you have mostly Samsung products like I do everything recognizes each other seamlessly. Not disappointed at all.

I love the deep color, the vivid pictures and the projection of the voice from the tv! Excellent!

Most amazing picture quality I've ever seen. Netflix now loads instantly, highly customizable features, and very nteractive. Video shot on in HDR on our S7 was rendered stunningly! Truly worth the investment. Only possible issue was the One Connect, had to change our wiring set up( but it's actually easier now). If you can conceal your power outlet, you would likely barely see the opaque spaghetti sized cable.

The television is performing very well. The sound is better than expected. The controls need to be pointed directly at the T V and response is simultaneous. The color and clarity is what was expected for the model selected. the installation buy Geek Squad was exceptional. They knew what they were doing and were very neat and they worked quickly to leave the home as clean as they found it.

Since installing it, I have watched several items in 4k uhd and they are amazing. Sports are clear and I don't get any jumping. Now I can see what some of the folks in the stands are eating. OK - that part isn't always good, but that's not the TV's fault. The setup on this was much easier than I expected. It makes me want to start getting DVDs in UHD, which means upgrading other components.
