Great looking picture! Easy setup with an app. Exceeding my expectations.

I'm truely blown away with this Samsung 55"DU8000! It has incredible crisp an clear picture,contrast enhancer is perfect, I'm usually not a reviewer but this purchase leaves me happy,happy,happy..i only stream content to watch im not a gamer at all, dont even own a console but if i did im sure this tv would run it with no problem..my only regret is not buying the 65". I read some bad reviews from others but i really dont see any flaws with this tv. My in store purchase was pleasant, sales guys wasn't too intrusive by pushing to more expensive sets, i took my time physically comparing there in the store. Ive not noticed any faults, lags or anything, heck..even antenna content is crisp and clear, this even applies to old movies that was filmed in 720p/1080p 25yrs ago is pleasant to watch. I give this set a solid 2 thumbs up!!

Was hesitant at first upon viewing online, decided to go see it in person and it did not disappoint! The colors popped out more than I expected, and image quality is fantastic, the only downside is that its not oled but I can live with that. For my small apartment this was definitely a great pick up!

I was given a 55" LG smart TV. Hooked it up, turned it on, and horrible color! I gave it away and went to Best Buy to get a new 55" Class Samsung DU8000 Series Crystal UHD Smart TV. What a difference! I love Samsung appliances! And Best Buy associates are so helpful when deciding between the multiple choices in TVs!

The salesman was great. He explained everything with ease and made the process a joy. Also went back to the store and got the same model for my aunt. The only complaint was he was the only person on the floor during the Christmas holiday season..I thought that was very strange since there were multiple customers looking for help.

Great Decision! It's very loud!The screen is crystal! It makes everything looks vibrant and I really enjoyed watching YouTube and anime on it!

This is TV number 3 and I’m finally happy with it. Color is great and consistent and easy setup and install. Best Buy was so easy to work with as well since I had to exchange two different TVs to finally get one I was happy with.

The TV is great; both video and audio are excellent. Since we were replacing a Samsung, we did not need to change the wall bracket, which saved time and money. The price was very affordable. Our purchasing experience was also very positive. We ordered it online and an hour later picked it up at the store.

This tv has an amazing picture and the value was great. I got help from an employee that helped me with all my questions and was super friendly. When watching anything on this tv it feels so life like as if you are in the show or movie you are watching. I would recommend to anyone. I always shop at Best Buy for my electronic needs. Got the TV for the bedroom. 55 inch perfect size. Pretty good picture and all the apps. Samsung having Spectrum app is nice where we don't have to get an apple tv or roko.
