I was leery of the curved screen, but found an open-box at Best Buy and the price was too good to pass up! I am so glad that I bought this curved screen 55" TV. The colors really pop and the sharpness is outstanding. My daughter, playing a popular video game said, "Wow! Where did all these colors come from?" Highly recommend!

Great for hdr movies Xbox one x games in hdr our just 4K it’s awesome. Most love the remote it’s a smart remote so eveything u put in the hdmi it can be the remote for your Xbox blue ray player and cable box u don’t need another remote ;) that parts awesome the tv has great hdr for movies and games and I also love that u can use the 1440p @120hz if u don’t know what that is it’s the refresh rate most TVs can only do 60 so that’s a big plus if your intoo games with no lag our blur ;)

The picture quality is just perfect. We used to have glare issues with our previous TV but we don't with this one.

Awesome TV, Great Picture & Quality... Like The Curve

We purchased this newer model of the curved Samsung 55-inch 8500 to replace the previous model that we had owned, because it had been destroyed by a nearby lightning hit. It seems as if the picture is even better than the previous model, and the curve is slightly less. It is a perfect fit for our walkout basement.

Love the TV..bought it to replace a 42". In retrospect, I should have gone a little larger, but I bought it before we moved into our new house and didn't realize how much bigger the living room was than our old house was. This TV is awesome and will eventually move to our oversized master bedroom and will be replaced with a 65".

Just bought my first curved TV, perfect picture and easy to set up. Worth the $
