Easy set up and use especially if you are a previous Samsung owner. Had to get familiar with the updated remote. This remote is much different then the previous remotes from Samsung. Great picture once you tweak the settings to your liking. More storage space for APPS, plus more APPS to choose from. Good Entry level TV for the QLED. The experts say the Q80 and Q90 are much better of course but a HIGH price tag. If you on a budget, this is a good BUY. NOTE - If your are using the feet/legs that stand the TV upright, they don't come with SCREWS like the other Samsung Models (Series 6, 7, and 8). The QLED TV legs you just push into the stand holes. Also if you are using a TV stand make sure it's at least 42 inches in Width and 12 to 15 inches in Depth.

Great TV for the price. Not the best TV in the house, but unless vhf you have a really high definition tv to CV compare, you would not know. Excellent quality picture, very easy to set up.

Absolutely love this tv!! All my TVs in my house are Samsung QLED and it has the most amazing picture yet! We purchased this tv because we just needed a tv for our bedroom nothing to fancy and for a great price!! The picture quality is okay on this specific tv we purchased since this is a little older model of the Samsung QLED but it was has 4K built in so definitely worth the price!

Great TV. Had checked out several other makes and models and thought this was the best for the money. Picture is outstanding from all angles, sound is excellent and it offers all the apps you would ever use like, Netflix, Prime Video, Direct TV to name a few. I've been a Samsung buyer for years will continue to be. Wife and I had it unboxed and set up in 10 minutes or so. Just turn it on and it set's itself up.

Love this television. It has great clarity and color. I would get another one of the same. Good price for what I received. Although I purchased a sound bar to go with it, the volume is loud enough to go without.

I purchased this TV yesterday after returning a recent purchase of another TV (LG - 55" Class UN7000 Series LED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV) I noticed motion blur at times with the LG. This became an annoyance so I returned it and spent a little more for a better TV. I decided to go with this tv and I’m sure glad I did. Although the refresh rat is still 60HZ, the Qled screen and processor makes up for any lag or screen blur. A matter of fact I don’t see any screen blur period. Set up of this TV is easy. Upon reading past customer review, a number of people complained about the Application bar being displayed for a number of seconds every The Tv is turned on as well as figuring out the remote. I don’t have a problem seeing the Application bar every time I turn on the TV and I had not problem figuring out functionality of the remote. All I had to do is program my DTV remote and I was all set. Everything else was all plug and play. Pair this Tv with a Samsung HW-450 Soundbar with Dolby Audio and you have the ultimate entertainment bundle. Oh, and don’t forget to pick up the Rocketfish 4.4 ultra HD/HDR HDMI Cable it makes all the difference with your 4K Tv.

I have 5 other Samsung TV's and this one delivers similar quality as the other QLED TV's I have. I wanted a TV for my office, and this was a great option. I will say the Q60 from 2019 does seem to be of better quality than this 2020 version. The refresh rate has been decreased on the newer version. With that said, for what I am using it for, I have no issues. The TV still delivers a great picture at a relatively good price. I am well-pleased.

So far, so good. It took a while to install, the unit that holds up the TV, the equipment that I also purchase for the sound, the antenna for air TV, etc. There was a problem with the internet connection. Wireless no good, I tried a wire to TV to iternet box, no good. I called the manufacture and we spent a good couple of hours without any luck. The Samsung man told me to try my internet man and if I dont get the internet call Samsung and they will send some out. I was telling my wife about this and the internet was working. Strange. It has been good since then. I am on the internet by wire.

Honestly, I had some high expectations for the jump from UHD to QLED and im pretty overall disappointed. It's incredibly hard to watch movies and TV shows on this, as it either suffers too much from the Soap Opera Effect, or everything looks extremely blurry and/or grainy. There are some setting you can adjust to address these, but it's hard to find the right balance, and needs to be switched depending on what I'm watching. The remote is also extremely frustrating, i like the idea of it being simplified but i won't touch most of the dedicated buttons that are included and a lack of a dedicated settings button really making changing the picture settings extremely frustrating. I really like Samsung products, but man do i regret moving from my UHD 4k to this model QLED. Still looks really nice when playing video games, so that's a positive, I guess.

      Jake,

Than you for your review of this Samsung Q60T QLED Smart TV.
We value your feedback about the picture settings and will share it with our internal teams.

You can try the following steps to eliminate the soap opera effect.
Navigate to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings.
Navigate to and Select Picture Clarity Settings
The default setting is Auto. This means the feature automatically turns on and off based on the type of program being watched.
Change the setting to either Off or Custom.
If you select Custom, three additional options are available for further customization to your viewing preference.

-Blur Reduction: Use the directional keys on the remote to adjust the Blur setting.

-Judder Reduction: Use the directional keys on the remote to adjust the Judder setting.

-LED Clear Motion: This option allows you to configure the LED backlight to sharpen fast-moving images. Select to turn On or Off.

Should you ever need further assistance with other setting adjustments, please contact Samsung Customer Support via any of the following options:

Static picture looks fantastic. Motion blur ruins the viewing experience. Was told by sales associate that Q60T has 120 Hz refresh rate. Not true. It has 60Hz that can be upscaled to 120Hz using its motion technology. These are not the same thing. Coupled with the 4K LITE processor, this TV cannot keep up with motion. I expected some motion blurring while watching sports and it ended up worse than expected. Watched a football game using multiple sources (Over the air, cable, fox sports app) and the blur was so bad it hurt my eyes. Watching regular TV shows gave a similar result. Objects or people that were stationary or moving slow looked great. Anything moving moderately fast produced enough motion blur that was so obvious and annoying that it ruined the watching experience. I changed video settings to try to fix this, most made it worse. I tried using different sources, again, no change. I have returned the TV and upgraded to the Q70. By no means has motion blur been eliminated, but this TV can handle it way better with it's 120 Hz refresh rate and 4K processor that is not the lite version which makes for a better viewing experience. The Q60 is a budget, budget 4K TV. Static picture quality is great and you will see that when you go in store, but it cannot keep up with any moderate motion. I would consider the Q70 to be a budget 4K tv and the Q60 just should never have been made and should not be considered unless you are looking for a giant picture frame or monitor, it fills that role very well.

I am very happy with my purchase. Wanted a smart TV in a larger size for our living room. Did a lot of research online as to the best smart TV to buy. Along with that research and the fact that our previous TV was also a Samsung went with this TV. The picture is very clear and the color very vibrant. A little trouble with figuring how to use remote but finally got it. Price was great.

I actually wanted a series 8 unit, but in order to get same day I bought the Q60. I am extremely happy with the purchase. I costs a bit more and has a few more features than the series 8 - maybe not enough to justify the difference. I also have a Q70 that allows for more inputs like the series 8. I cannot see a difference in picture quality between the Q70 and the less expensive Q60.

I've had several led 4k tvs over the past few years, all good tvs. This is my first Qled and so far I'm very happy with it. Picture quality is very good . I also have a Samsung RU 8000 which is a very good tv and picture is very good but the Qled has a better picture, colors pop out more and blacks are better. For being an edge lit tv overall it's worth getting one for the price tag.

Love the quality and size of this tv. After owning for a few months there are a couple things that have bugged me. It would disconnect from my home wifi every time I turned it back on and would take forever to get back connected. Also the remote connection can lag every now and then even with new batteries. Overall, it is a great choice for a tv and worth the price!
