Im expert in tech and love this tv here is my feedback below. Installation: The Samsung Frame TV immediately distinguishes itself with its innovative design that emulates a picture frame. I opted for the teak wood trim, enhancing its aesthetic appeal and seamlessly blending it into my living room decor. However, the installation process was not without its challenges. Mounting the TV, particularly above the fireplace, required precision and expertise. I found it tricky to align and secure the mount correctly, so I decided to use a professional installation service. This decision proved invaluable, ensuring a safe and perfect fit.Design and Aesthetics: The teak wood trim sets this TV apart, giving it a luxurious and sophisticated look. It's more than just a television; it's a piece of art. The frame adds a warm, natural element to the room, making the TV blend in with other decor pieces. Positioned over the fireplace, it becomes a focal point, drawing attention and compliments from visitors.Functionality and Features: As for its functionality, the Samsung Frame TV delivers an impressive viewing experience. The picture quality is sharp, vibrant, and lifelike, thanks to its advanced display technology. The smart features are user-friendly, providing easy access to various streaming services and apps. Additionally, its unique Art Mode transforms the screen into a beautiful piece of art when not in use, adding to its charm.Recommendation: If you're considering a television that doubles as a decorative piece, the Samsung Frame TV with a teak wood trim is an excellent choice. Though the installation might be challenging, the outcome is worth it. It's not just a TV; it's a statement piece that elevates your living space aesthetics. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to blend technology with art and style.Overall Rating: 4.5/5 - The Samsung Frame TV with teak wood trim is a game-changer in home entertainment and decor. Its installation challenges are a small price to pay for the elegance and sophistication it brings to your home.

We absolutely love this TV! I’ve wanted an above mantle set since we moved in, but we didn’t want a bulky mount that looked like a TV. This screen is amazing! Minimal glare, SUPER low profile (I point out to everyone how it truly looks like a framed piece of art - see photos). Incredible picture and sound! I was worried about a few things prior to my purchase which I’d like to set your mind at ease if you also are worried. First, our Best Buy in-store display was unimpressive. I had researched the TV for weeks, and decided it was the one we wanted. When we got to Best Buy to see it in person, it seemed smaller than anticipated (that’s because you’re in a 100,000 square foot building - ignore this - trust the measurements you took before you ordered or set out to the store. But also, I wasn’t impressed by the quality in the store (compared to what I read). Let me tell you. The quality in home is INCREDIBLE! We are so happy. It must be the harsh lighting or something in-store. Because I almost didn’t purchase, but am so happy I did. I’ve read people’s difficulty with the UI of the TV. I don’t get their comments. I feel that the usability of this TV is beyond simple and straightforward. Much easier to navigate vs our LG TV. I’d also like to recommend the Best Buy installation service. Yes. I maybe could have installed this above my chimney into wet plaster over brick, but I did not want my wife to yell at me as I destroyed our beautiful historic wet plaster, so I decided to hire it out. The installation went super smooth, and was done with precision. The installer mounted the tv 100% level, but in my almost 100 year home which has “settled”, level isn’t level. But he worked overtime to make it look visually “right”, which he did superbly. Final thought, the “Samsung One” connection is incredible (see photos), that little, thin umbilical cord is the ONLY wire between the easily concealable control box and the TV, so it’s easy to mount this in otherwise hard to mount places and make it look like a floating mount (like in my case) We love this TV, and our installation experience through Best Buy!

We bought this TV to replace and older TV on a quest to have something that blends into the decor better. The set includes a slim mount kit that keeps it close to the wall, so it really looks like a hung picture. The art mode is cool when its off, but you only really get a few images for free then you have to pay their hefty subscription fee. When its on and in use, the 4K QLED produces stellar image quality. Due to the fact its compatible with the AirPlay protocol and app availability, we pretty much ditched our Apple TV.

My husband and I are very happy with this TV. We were not planning on getting a new TV but our TV suddenly broke and through research we determined that the repair itself would cost more than the TV was worth. We previously had another Samsung TV that was in the $400 range. We discussed that investing in a better TV would be a smart move so we would have the TV for a long time before replacing it. We only had our broken TV for a little over a year. We went into Best Buy not really knowing what TV we wanted. As soon as we walked in we saw the Samsung Frame TV. My older sister has it and I had seen it all over the internet as it seems like every single influencer has it. We looked over all the other TVs in the store and none of them seemed to stand out to us so we decided to take a look at the Frame again. I love art and so I had secretly always wanted this TV, but I never thought my husband would say yes. However, we started to look up reviews for the TV and we were sold on it within a few minutes. We financed the TV by getting the Best Buy credit card and so this made the price doable for us. So far we love it! We had never mounted a TV before but the process was not too difficult after watching a tutorial on it. The image quality is amazing! It is definitely much higher resolution than our previous TV. My husband also thinks that his video games look good on the TV as well. The art mode looks very real as it looks matte and since it is mounted so close to the wall, it really looks like a painting. The sound is good as well. We already had a Samsung sound bar so we hooked it up with no issues and this enhanced the sound quality even further. I would say my only complaint is that if you want a "frame" other than black then you have to buy the bezel separately. For the price of the TV, I was hoping it would come with the bezel color of your choice. However, we plan on purchasing one in the future as it seems to really elevate the look of the TV. Overall, we are pleased with this purchase and have already convinced some family to upgrade their TV to the Frame as well.

The 55” Frame TV by Samsung is a masterpiece of technology and design, seamlessly blending into any living space while offering an unparalleled viewing experience. Its sleek and minimalist design allows it to mimic a real picture frame when in Art Mode, displaying stunning artwork or personal photos when not in use as a TV. The picture quality is outstanding, thanks to Samsung's QLED technology, which delivers vibrant colors, deep blacks, and excellent contrast. With 4K resolution and Quantum HDR, every detail comes to life, offering an immersive viewing experience for movies, sports, and gaming. One of the most innovative features of the Frame TV is its customizable bezels, allowing users to match the TV frame to their home decor and style. Additionally, the built-in motion sensor detects when someone enters the room, automatically displaying art or information, adding to its functionality and aesthetic appeal. The Frame TV also offers a variety of smart features, including voice control, streaming services, and compatibility with other smart home devices. Its One Connect Box keeps cable clutter to a minimum, further enhancing the clean and minimalist look. Overall, the Samsung Frame TV redefines the concept of a television, blending technology and art seamlessly to create a stunning centerpiece for any room.

That’s absolutely unique and only 1 TV on a marker with a Matt screen !!! Which I love it so much it looks very luxury and nice when it’s no reflection Especially from your window in your room , nothing blinking on a screen when it’s a lot of sun outside , or when it’s dark no reflection on a screen !!! I wish all tvs have this function !!!! It looks very sharp , expensive , and of course art work you can choice your style match your interior design , please don’t forget to add a separate a frame , I choose a light food color it’s a plastic but very good quality and it’s just click on your tv and make it match your interior !!! I choose 65’. And I think it’s a perfect size for me and my space , because when it’s in art mode you wanna blended with other art and I am sure you don’t have a art bigger than 65” that’s size are very good !! And quality of pics are impressive!!! So don’t worry about quality of sound , I get a sound bar Samsung for like 150$. And it’s wooork very well together , but TV speaker are work very grate and give a good quality of sound, so I recommend to get tv first !! Then see if you really need buy a sound bar if you fan of surround sound , otherwise TV sound speker are very amazing quality!!!!! If you wanna get something amazing blended with your personal interior , please get this TV it’s been over 1 year I have it and never enjoy that much TV before that this TV !!! You always can choose a lot of art work make a mood of Christmas , it’s such a good gift !!!

This was the first “smart” TV that I’ve gotten and thought, wow this is actually a smart TV! I have Samsung appliances and so I get notifications on my TV when the laundry is done, the remote automatically controlled all my devices with little to no effort, it just learned and controlled. The picture quality is outstanding and love being able to customize the photos and have them look more like art than a TV screensaver.

I absolutely love my Frame TV. It looks great in my house and I have found some art prints that truly do look real. It has taken some of my friends numerous times coming over to realize it is a tv. I didn’t like that the main menu for the tv was littered with ads but I was able to turn this off thankfully.

Samsung is known for providing the best quality items, and this Samsung Frame TV is a great example. I am really satisfied with the Picture qulatity, sound, wall mount, easy navigation.. The only downside for this would be the price of the TV and the Frame price as well. You can get a 65 or 70 inch tv for the price of the frame, however you might notice a slight difference in the quality. I am satisfied with this purchase and I happy to be a Samsung customer/user.

My wife an I have always wanted a tv in our bedroom, but hate having the stagnant black box sitting there while its not in use. This TV with the wall mount is a work of art (literally). Excellent image quality and a remarkable ability to look like a picture on your wall while its not in use. Will recommend to anyone who asks.

This TV is absolutely beautiful. I've actually had people ask where's the TV when this thing was in Art mode. Great feature to the room. I will say, I've mounted many a television and this one was by far the most difficult and confusing. I was able to do it on my own but its definitely recommended to have some help.

I had the TV mounted to the wall and it does look like a picture instead of a TV with the Art mode on. Several guests did think I put a picture on the wall instead of a TV. This is the 3rd 4k TV in my house and the picture is sharp and what I expected from a 4k display

Love it so far! Knocked a star off because it doesn’t even come with a frame and you have to spend $70-$500 more to just get a frame. Also the ui/UX of the actual tv is not that great compared to Roku. However the tv looks great and I especially love the art and flush mount,

I read all the reviews, but was still hesitant to spend this much on a glorified digital frame. Boy am I glad I decided to get one. The matt TV really makes a huge difference and digital works of art do look very much like the real thing. I added a DecoTV Frame to mine and that really put it over the top. Now when I take pictures, I'm thinking about how they'll look on my 55" Frame TV and can't wait to see them in the frame format. My wife and I are completely happy with this purchase.

Outstanding picture, and beautiful art displayed. Best Buy did the mounting, which was free due to the total $ spent, as I remember. The TV is wall mounted about 5” over a console, so to hide the wire from the tv to the control box, I drilled 2 1-inch holes in the wall…one centered just above the bottom of the tv, and the second about 8” below that behind the console. I had purchased a Sony Bravia for another room just before this, and the Samsung is much better, IMO, which surprised me. In particular, Sony doesn’t play well with Apple TV, which required me to get a Roku stick to get it to work, while it works fine with Samsung. The electronic “frames” are nice, but my wife bought a wood frame for the tv just for added realism. The sound is just ok; we plan to add a Samsung sound bar soon.

The 55" Samsung frame is everything that I thought it would be and more. It has all the streaming platforms, and the internet. I love the pics and is a good conversation piece as guest stare at it before asking if it's real. You can also share your personal pics also. I'm pleased with the product. I will say the picture from that's separate is very expensive. I'll have to wait on that for sure.

From design and technical point of view - great TV. Easy to install yourself. Thin and paintings look realistic. From software point of view - disappointed. While artwork looks very realistic, the artworks from the subscription are horribly cropped to fit the screen and you can’t zoom them out. Some missing 80% of original (check attached photo of “Young Knight in a Landscape” Painting by Vittore Carpaccio in tv vs original ) . Youtube TV app has Korean letters even though English is selected (see the picture). The process of adding own photos is very annoying, Samsung suggests to use the phone app, which is buggy as well. It doesn’t see all the Albums on iphone and is picky to the format, will skip many selected photos.

I have had my eyes on the frame tv for years and finally pulled the trigger. The picture is great, the sound is great, and the art feature is obviously the star of the show. We didn’t install it ourself, so I can’t speak to that. However, the set up was incredibly easy and user friendly. I would say the biggest downfall is it does not come with the “frame” and they are pricey and always seem to be out of stock. Other than that, 11/10.
