When our old oven broke we decided to upgrade. We looked at the features on this one and were sold. So far it has been great. It cooks really well and evenly. I like how it tells me how long the pre heat will take. We tried out the griddle and it made great pancakes. However, you need to be careful flipping. It says you can do hamburgers, but with the grease and splatter it seems like it would be messy. We do not leave the griddle on when not in use to keep it clean. I haven’t used the dual oven feature yet, but I like that I have the option available. Same goes for the air fryer. We did test it though. FYI, you must use the whole oven for the air fryer. This oven even has a smart phone app. However, the app is almost useless. You can’t preheat from it, really you can only turn off the oven. You can send bake times to the oven, but you must use a timer. This doesn’t really work well as it’s impossible to preheat because the timer starts immediately when you press the start button on the oven. And then shuts off when the timer expires. This is rather annoying. We had Best Buy install it and they did not install it properly. They did not secure it to the anti tip bracket and instead just pushed it back. As a result it sticks out and is not flush with my counter. The installers went so fast and didn’t speak much to me in English. They did have a conversation amongst themselves in a different language, so I can imagine they were saying we’re not gonna bother with this bracket to themselves at the end. Had I realized the time I would have said something, but I didn’t know what the bracket was for. The oven clearly states what the bracket is for on the front of the oven, on a piece of paper that must be removed before using the oven. The oven does not come with a instruction book. You have to get that on your own.

I wish I had realized that the middle section pulls out to make it one large oven. It only allows for a 50 degree difference between the two ovens when they are separated, causing you to not to be able to make all the things because sometimes I need one oven to be 250 and the other oven to be 400.

I can tell u this stove is the best ive ever purchased and so ezey to clean im so happy i picked this one out of all i had looked at and thank u to best buy there grat to help u wan in need of looking for the rite kind of item your looking for i have a low income and wonted something thats going to last me for years and this will be the one now i can go back to making my cookies for my grankids and kids they missed me cooking reson why i couldint make none is do to me not having a working oven for last last 21/2 years .i had to use just the top of my stove to cook and that was a pain cuz i had to lite it with a litter reson for me not having a nother stove was becuz i had to save up to buy a nother one .my last one i had for 20 years and it still looked new .i wonted 25 for the stove and a guy sad im going to give u 100 cuz he sad he can fix it that was fine with me so i put it with the rest i saved up and got me a sttove .now im in need of a frig cuz mine dont have Sheffs on the door i put tape to hold the jars on it .now im ssveing algen .good blass who ever helps others thank you

The BAD: I've had this stove for Less than 3 years and already the Display is missing number in the LCD control panel. The GOOD: It's has a double oven and an Air Fryer. I replaced my Electric stove with this Gas stove and I love it. You can remove the center divider to turn the double oven into a singe large capacity oven and it comes with a huge air fryer basket. read the instructions. The shelf needs to be in the middle and the basket on the middle shelf for air fryer. The manufacture warranty is ONLY 1 YEAR and the replacement part is close to $300 I bought it for $1529.99 It frustrates me that it's on sale for $1099.99 as I write this. I signed up for the Total Tech Membership ($200/yr) when I bought this and unfortunately I can no longer use my member benefits with this unit. Although it did save me a bundle on the installation. I've also used my Total Tech membership to have tv's wall mounted. So I'm pretty happy with the Total Tech Membership

Love it, it cooks great, installation wasn't too bad, and it's pretty! BUT there are 2 BIG design flaws. You can't pull the track out past the open door in the top flex oven (major reason I bought the oven) and, it doesn't fit the proper sizes pot or pan for the burners with the griddle in the center where it belongs. Whomp whomp... only 4 starts.

Very nice stove. Loaded with usable features, wifi messages, air fry and dual ovens. Good quality and materials. Learning to cook all over. No more compensating cook times for questionable heat. Just cook the recipe by time and temp and food is perfect. Really like this stove and look for many years use.

A little confusing to set up but once I downloaded the user guide online it was easier. I like the air fry option. And it looks nice. I don't like that when the timer goes off, the oven goes off.

This is my second stove I purchased by Samsung and this stove is amazing. The best choice I ever made so many features and that’s a plus❤️❤️

This is the best range I’ve ever owned. The 2 ovens are great, and I definitely use the griddle accessory even more than o thought I would. Works so well!

Fancy and practical. I use the bread proofing setting all the time. Heats evenly and I especially enjoy the two sections for cooking at different temperatures. Only drawback is I can’t seem to connect to the smart feature.

I love this stove it looks so nice. I only wish I could find a removable liner for the top. I have to remove everything from the stove after i cook. To clean the stovetop because everything splatters on the black top. Also I need to have the flame adjusted and I cannot figure out how to do that.

It's an excellent 2-in-1 stove, apart from pretty smart, it's handled from your cell phone.

An amazing range and an amazing oven features. Split oven feature is amazing for small baking needs as well as the air fry feature. Love it!

I have had my new stove for 3 weeks and i love it! I love the flexibility of cooking something in the top section or making 4 loaves of bread at the same time. Only thing i would change is when proofing the bread you have to use the entire oven. Not a big deal.

I love this oven! We baked our Thanksgiving Turkey the very next day after it was delivered and it turned out beautifully. I have noticed the burners are powerful, dishes that used to cook in 30 minutes on my old stove are ready in 5-10 minutes. My skillet dishes cook evenly. I have not used the convection air fry yet but plan to soon.

Have only had it for a short time. But so far it is everything we expected it to be. Quality made, double oven . ( used it once and it was great) . Air fryer works great.

I love my new Samsung Smart Freestanding range. It is packed with so many features, convection+, dual oven, air fry features, 5 burners, stainless steel. It works perfectly and I love using all the features. It makes cooking so easy and fun!
