We've been using this range for several months now and it has performed flawlessly. The cooktop is a standard glass style that's very easy to use and manage. The best part is the divided oven and the ability to cook two things at once with a single oven, instead of having to have a larger double oven. The top one is my most used as it fits most quick dinners perfectly, especially pizza. It heats up quickly and cooks food way faster and better than any of our previous ovens. It can air fry and the convection bake also can take a little 20 minute meal down to 10-12, and do a better job at the same time, which makes dinner prep go much quicker. Aside from the practical features it has, there's also the fact that it's a sharp looking piece of equipment. I'd definitely recommend it, especially if you've already got other Samsung appliances. The fact that you can remotely turn everything off and know the state of everything and get alerts when it's done preheating on the phone also. All in all I'd absolutley by it again if given the chance to go back and decide again, so take it for what it's worth.

We’ve had this double range for 3 weeks now. Our first purchase of this range let to a return/exchange after installation we found that the range was unable to select between top oven and bottom do to a failed limit switch which is inside the oven for the divider. Without that limit working the oven can not distinguish sections of the oven. So onto the replacement and operation. After the replacement we were able to put the range to the test and it is definitely a solid performer for baking, convection, air fry and stove top cooking. It has baked evenly and the burners heat very well and are very good at cycling to maintain a low heat to high heat. Definitely a huge improvement from our previous Samsung Range that was replaced. Cleaning inside is not bad we had to wipe the oven out once do to an air fry session we forgot to place a catch pan under the screen and had a small mess of oil that cooked out. A little vinegar and baking soda and it wiped out well. Prior to use remember to place the range on 400 degrees for a 1/2 hr is the suggestion we did ours at 400 for 1/2 hr then 450 for another 1/2 hour and it seasoned the inside well. NOTE Make sure you can ventilate when you do this it will absolutely smell and smoke your home up. We put a fan exhausting out our kitchen window and placed a comforter to block the kitchen doorway into our living room and it kept the smell down. But you definitely need to condition the oven before use or you will have a nasty taste to any food that you cook in the oven prior to use. Once it’s done it is great. Final thoughts on the range. It baked holiday food great, cookies were evenly baked and pies. Our roast was done nicely as well as the ham and turkey. For the glass top operation does the job well and as said before the temperature control of the burners has definitely improved from our last Samsung. The Smart things app works great and love the control and notifications to the phones when cooking. WiFi set up was easy peezy as well. Best Buy comments they absolutely stood by their replacement of the product after we even contacted Samsung to virtual trouble shoot to just make sure we weren’t missing something prior to the exchange, which we knew we weren’t but just to make sure it wasn’t a easy fix. However when your range doesn’t work right out of the box I don’t believe you should need a service call within the first day of owning a new appliance. Extra topics: the soft close on the oven doors work great, treat your glass top with conditioner and protection prior to use as well. The stuff works, our older stove top looked like new and we actually were able to sell our replaced stove because of the condition it was in. The controls take a few minutes to explore but once you go through them it’s no problem to operate the features. If you’re looking to protect the glass top they make some great products that will protect your top when the stove is not in use as well. This Samsung Range is recommended from a family that likes to cook. Hope you found some of the information useful in our review and happy cooking!

I was in the market for a unit that has 2 ovens when I saw this unit at my local Best Buy. I read the reviews regarding the ease of scratches on the glass. I thought after all these reviews, they must have improved it. WRONG, first time I used it, I have scratches and it is barely 5 weeks in my home. I am debating whether to keep it or exchange it. Aside from the scratches, it is a really nice oven, it heats quick and bakes evenly and the air fryer is a nice feature. If the scratches do not bother you, it is a really good freestanding range.

We have been using the stove now for 2 weeks. So far pleased. Used the duo flex. To bake 2 different pans of brownies. Time -temp - cooked to perfection.. The cook top is beautiful and delicate…No matter what you will end up with a scracth or too. My 1st attempt was with large t-fal fry pan. I figuered i would try it and make sure i did not let the pan rock or move…..i thought i did pretty good. But after…clean up and examination….SURE enough 2 scrapes on the line…DEEP scratches…….Tossed pan out to make sure no other family member starts cooking with it. ****been using the stainless steel Emeril pans and have not had any issues to date…..try you best not move the pan while on the stove….Always “lift” if u need to maneuver….Ir is hard to remember especially if u got multiple things going on in the kitchen and trying to get the family fed. ******* I will advise any owner to buy a bottle of Cerama Bryte **** We coated it prior to use and have be keeping up with applying it……BElieve it or not after a few more applications after THE HUGE ERROR i made with that fry pan……IS GONEEEEE. Looks like brand neeeeeeeeeew……..just be diligent and keep up with coating and cleaning your top after uses…….thats the key. When you pull your baking sheet out of the oven. DO not slid it onthe cookstop…but have a towel or special mat to sit it on..sliding will scratch. AIR fryer works good…..french fries crispy. Chicken skin crispy….def can get more quanity cooked at once…rather than the counter top ones. *** do not cook sausage links in airfryer mode **** the grease is very messy…tasted great but nasty mess after. Have not used griddle yet……. Came with a quality air fry basket. *****the only disapointment is you have to use the entire oven “in air fry mode”. Was hoping that only the top was needed to do quick airfrt…*** no directions came…just 101 stuff. You have to download a 260 manual at the samsung site…no biggie then you can save it to your device for quick look up ….happy cooking!……..i did take 5year warranty.everything breaks these days reguardless of brand. Taking no chances. FYI- having just one handle with push button to open tops. Is an awesome feature…

Love my Samsung! Heats faster than my other electric stove, 'bout as fast as a gas stove/oven. The griddle works well for pancakes, bacon, sausages, and grilling/frying most things the exception being those things you want grill marks on. And baked goods come out faster and more raised than my old range.

Super pleased with the purchase of this smart things Samsung range. It’s great to have three different zones on the fast boil burner, that way you always have the right amount of heat for the right size pot. The warming center is also a handy feature to keep things warm for those that come late to dinner. This range also comes with its own griddle, which is not as heavy as your standard cast-iron griddle. I really like that. What sold me on this oven was the double oven feature and the cool way that you can either open just part of the door or all of the door. I mostly use the upper oven and impressed by how fast it heats up. It has self cleaning and steam cleaning options. I love the fact that I can just pull out the divider to quick clean it if something should boil over much easier than crawling on my knees to get the job done. Also, handy are the air fry, dehydrate and bread, proofing features. I was totally surprised that with this size range I was still able to get a storage drawer at the bottom, didn’t have that in my last double range really appreciate it now. Overall, it’s definitely something I would choose again.

Best appliance I have brought that I wanted to buy I use it every single day for everything. I love the air fry, bread proof and dehydrate options. The griddle is a great addition, all accesories fit in the bottom if you want to put them there. The self cleaning cleans the worst spills and burnt on mess. Trust me, I made a mess I was sad but then happy because it was all clean without any scrubbing. Invest in glass cleaner and sponges. The glass cooktop will get dirty and burned, scrub it off completely before next use but only with glass scrubber and cleaner. Dont just try products on your cooktop, make sure they are for glass.

I really wanted this oven for the flexibility of having a double oven and this Samsung model did not disappoint. Its very efficient to juat use half the oven when you’re baking something small like a pizza or cookies. Its also nice to be able to cook multiple things at different temperatures. The air fry and griddle features were a bonus but i use them ALL THE TIME! More than i thought i would. I have 2 air fryers and this air fryer feature gets things twice as crispy and in less time. For a family of 5 this has been so nice. We also use the griddle feature waaaay more than i thought we would. In fact it just stays on the stovetop. So convenient. Because therer is also a burner option in the middle i have used that burner dor more even cooking for my oval cast iron Dutch oven for making soup and stock. The only regret is that i wish i jad gotten it sooner.

I had all but given up on finding the perfect replacement range to my double oven GE profile electric range was well past retirement age. Being a home cook, having the right equipment has been Essential to maintaining my health. That’s not hyperbole. I have food, allergies and need to cook. Almost everything from scratch. That brings me too the features that are essential for us. A recent medical condition prevents me from bending over repeatedly so a traditional full-size range/oven Made it nearly impossible for me to prepare the meals that I needed. Enter Samsung flex duo; A magnificent range With etiquette cooking service to prepare large meals for food prep. The bridge-burner was one of my essential must haves And one of the reasons that my old range hadn’t been replaced in time. I simply could not find all the features in one piece of kitchen equipment. My small kitchen also meant fitting a range into a tight space while allowing access to all of my cabinets and drawers. The Samsung flex duo has a great profile and fits comfortably, giving me that extra few inches that mean the difference in a small kitchen. I have used many of the features, but have not yet tried the dehydrating nor air fry system. But I have had several baking projects come out perfectly the first time Some negative reviews on the cooktop surface as well as cleaning challenges kept me from ordering this range sooner what I have found is that following the recommended ructions in the manual is definitely essential. And I have invested in a wonderful silicone mat designed for glass top ranges. After cleaning my cooktop and allowing it to air dry, I rolled the mat on to Avoid any accidents or damage to the glass top. Using the small upper oven has been a lifesaver. I definitely got my cooking mojo back. Thank you, Samsung for a wonderfully designed range to meet the modern lifestyle.

I love this stove it’s amazing ! Love the two ovens and the fact that it’s so simple with the touch of a button it goes from a single door to two doors , it’s a beautiful stove , I just received it so I haven’t used it that much just using the griddle which is instant on , I am thrilled !

Where do I even begin. This oven is everything. I love the top and bottom oven feature. The bottom oven does seem to take slightly longer if you are baking cookies in both but separate but we are talking a marginal difference. Love the air fryer effect. Love that I can use it from anywhere else in the house by controlling it through the smartthings app. Love my griddle that allows me to fix french toast, eggs pancakes etc for an even heating experience. What's not to love you ask...THAT YOU DON'T have one...RUN and get it

Beautiful stove/range, looks lovely in my kitchen. Wife loves that fact that she can basically cook at 2 different temperatures, she also loves the fact that a griddle is apart of the unit. My only complaint is that we have 2 hour glass on the digital area of the stove that has been flashing since we got it and we cannot figure out how to get it off, it always say “END” of the screen and I am not sure if that is supposed to be. Otherwise, I would give a 6

Love the look and ease of cleaning my new Samsung dual ovan. Still learning to use the convection part of the oven.

Stove and oven heats up and cooks quicker than a normal stove. We only use the top oven so far. The griddle is awesome it makes perfect pancakes and grilled cheese.

I've been using my stove in oven for a few weeks now. still getting used to the electric as I had gas before but I really like it, it cooks well it cooks quick and heats up quick I love how fast it preheats. seems to cook accurately. I think I made them right choice

I really love how beautifully designed this range is. It is loaded with so many features. The built in air fryer w/basket, really heats up quickly. The griddle is so convenient. You can cook immediately with out having to search for a pan.

So I love this new oven. I love the option of splitting the over space reducing heating costs and time and that's the real reason I bought it. The reason I give four stars instead of five is the griddle area and heating elements on the range. I'm not sure how useful it is or rather how much I will use it. I really wish I had two of the larger heating elements. I just think they could have made better use of the limited space on the range surface. Smart functions worked perfectly and were easy to set up. I wish you didn't need to remove the oven separator to use the air fry. Controls are a little confusing, but I'm sure after a while they will become second nature. Again, overall, four stars and would recommend this oven.

I love the flex duo oven I’ve had it for 2 months and a half now. I’ve used it as two ovens and one whole oven. It’s very easy to use really works as two oven say your baking a lasagna and a cake no smells penetrate when using it as two ovens. I easily use the top as a toaster oven when needed and an air crater as well. Just so many options.

I really like the ability to cook at differenr temperatures or to remove the center shelf to cool bigger items. Cant wait to try the dehydrator, air fryer works great! Little nervous about a glass cook top though. Be careful of your cook times, easy to burn youe food. If a pizza says 15 minutes check on it at about 11.

Excellent product, you will need to read the manual to understand many of the features because this is not a simple device. For example one knob operates three circular sizes of a heated space so you have to select one of three heat ranges on the knob to control which circle size you are using. The light button for oven is great but difficult to view items in very bottom section of the oven while cooking. When not using the whole oven check food early (less than recommended cooking times often). Baking settings also require reading the manual to understand how to set the cooking temp. Overall a super product and you will get spoiled if you use it very long....
