I have a love/hate relationship with Samsung appliances - I the concept, but more often than not, I'm chatting with tech support a few days after they're delivered.
I love the induction cooktop. I love the Boost mode and how I can have boiling water for a cup of tea in less than a minute. I love how easy it is to clean up after cooking (no more cleaning heavy cast-iron grates)!
Unfortunately, mine was delivered and setup with the front left burner not working - right before Thanksgiving. I wasn't able to request warranty service on the Samsung website as it told me no service was available in my area. I called and got stuck in an automated menu that didn't recognize the buttons I was pushing to select customer support. Finally, I used the chat feature on the website - but getting help was way too complicated. I provided them with my proof of purchase, a description of my problem and a picture of the error code (which, according to the manual, was caused by a bad sensor). None of this got passed on to the serviceman who arrived, so he also requested my proof of purchase and for me to recreate the error code. Because he wasn't given this information in advance, he didn't have the part, so he had the sensor shipped to me and returned two weeks later to install it. Upon disassembling the entire range, he found that the existing sensor was fine, it just wasn't connected. So, because Samsung's quality control is lacking, I cooked Thanksgiving dinner without the use of the most convenient burner on the cooktop.
Now that I have all four burners working, I am mostly happy with my purchase. My last Samsung cooktop had touch sliders on the cooktop to turn on and set the burner - I always had issues with those when my hands were wet. I am happy to go back to traditional dials. That being said, there are two things I would change about them:
1) The Boost mode on the induction burners is only activated if you turn the dial clockwise from Off to 9/Boost. I was used to having a separate button for this, so it took me a minute reading the manual to figure this out. I would prefer it to have its own spot on the knob rather than sharing a space with the number 9 and getting one or the other depending on which way you turn the dial.
2) The large front right burner is great, but to make it fit, they put the smaller rear burner more toward the center of the cooktop. That rear burner is visually distinctly to the left of the larger front burner, however, the dial that controls the rear burner is the one furthest to the right. I have to study the knobs to remember that the third knob turns on the rightmost burner. I've had guests report to me that my cooktop wasn't working because they were turning on the wrong burner.
As far as the oven goes, I've had a convection over for as long as I can remember, but I love the added Air Fryer feature. I haven't tried the steam clean yet, but the self-cleaning function works great.
The interior light burned out within a few weeks of the range being installed, which was a bit annoying. Otherwise, my only real suggestion for improving the oven would be to have a deeper storage drawer.
Finally, I wasn't able to connect the range to the SmartThings app on my iPhone. After much back and forth with Samsung support, they asked if I had an Android device in the house. After installing SmartThings on my son's Galaxy phone, I was able to get add the range - although the only things I have used the app for thus far are setting the time and creating an automation that turns the microwave light on when the cooktop is turned on.
Overall, now that I'm past the bugs, I'm happy with my purchase.

We just installed and started using this Samsung range today, but we are already in love with it! The controls are super simple to use, and the stovetop functions beautifully! Probably the most important feature is that the induction rings work well even if the pan is not the right size. We boiled a cup of cold water in 45 secs by putting it in our smallest pot, but on the largest ring and set to control to 9/boost. It worked perfectly (see photo), and resolved my biggest fear that pot/pan size would be a big deal. I'd read reviews of other brands that complained about that, but not for the Samsung, and now I know why--its just not an issue. So happy we went with this unit, and the price was very reasonable considering its wifi enabled and also has an air fry feature. For full transparency, I was compensated fo my review, but the review is my own.

I waited almost 4 months for delivery but it was worth it! I had an electric stove before and the induction heats up so much faster and is more controllable. The oven also works great. The range is very sleek and attractive.

I purchased an induction cook top at my old house because I wanted a cooktop that my kids and dogs could not easily turn on. It also cooled down very quickly and had a far lower risk of getting burned by touching the cooktop once it was off. I also loved the control with the burners and the easy cleanup afterwards.
So when I moved house and my new home came with a gas range, I wanted to swap it out straight away for an induction range. This Samsung induction range was at a good price point, looked good, and had a good control panel and functions.
So far, I am very pleased with this range. The oven warms quickly and cooks evenly, and the induction cooktop is excellent. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Love this range! Takes a bit to get used to the super fast process for cooking, but we love it so far. If east functionality and perfect cooking time is what you are looking for then you won’t go wrong with this unit. Took about 6 weeks to get in house. Delivery was on time and easy. Can’t recommend this enough!

Overall, we like our new Samsung induction range, but there were a few shortcomings:
1) The induction makes a vibrating buzzing noise when using the "boost" temperature dial setting. Pots will actually start to vibrate off the "burner" zone if your range is not perfectly level.
2) Speaking of burner zones, the layout is not traditional and somewhat awkward with wasted space.
3) The convection oven fan shroud is large and bulky. It is in a terrible location that essentially removes about 1.5" of shelf depth -- some of our larger pizza sheets will not fit into this oven.
4) The timer setting is not as intuitive as other appliances and the instructions are not well written. It only accepts minutes, no seconds. If for example you enter "830" thinking you are entering 8 minutes and 30 seconds, you are wrong -- you are entering 830 minutes.
Now for some pros:
1) It heats a lot faster than our previous electric stove (which was not induction).
2) It is relatively easy to clean. The oven door is even removable, making it easier to clean the back of the oven.

We received the stove in July but have not had the opportunity to use it yet as we are in the process of moving. We applied for the Samsung promotion for the free pans. We received an email stating that we were approved to get the pans. To date, we have still not received the code to order the pans. Samsung customer service is very difficult to deal with. Now we have been told that we have to wait up to twelve weeks to get the code to get the pans for the promotion. It is ridiculous to have to wait many months to get the pans. By the time we wait another twelve weeks to get the code and then the time for shipment, we will probably not have the pans for the holidays. If you purchase the stove, plan on buying new pans for the induction range if you do not have them already.
The drawer at the bottom of the stove is very small and cannot be used to store anything. There is a gap at the back of the stove and on the sides next to the counter. We hope that we do not have to deal with Samsung Customer service in the future. When we turned the stove on, the fan is very loud. We will add another review once we use the stove.

I recently purchased the Samsung 6.3 cu. ft. Smart Instant Heat Slide-in Induction Range, and it has exceeded my expectations. The instant heat feature is a game-changer, allowing for precise cooking control. The built-in Air Fry function is a bonus, making crispy and healthy meals effortlessly. The Convection+ technology ensures even cooking results. The sleek stainless steel design adds a modern touch to my kitchen. My only minor quibble is the learning curve for the smart features. Overall, a top-notch appliance that delivers on performance and style, earning a solid 4/5 stars.

Installed in December 2023. So far so good. All I could have wanted in a new range (which replaces a circa 1994 GE coil stovetop). I find myself using this range about twice as much as I used the old one - escpecially the air fryer. Suddenly I'm Chef Boy r Phil. Easy to clean and it looks great!
The only things I would note is that it takes a bit to get used to the stovetop settings. They heat up fast and it's easy to burn your cookware if you don't keep an eye on pre-heating. In general, for stovetop cooking, I'd recomend using a power number 1 or 2 less than accustomed to on an old coil electric range. I'm not sure if that's due to the cookware or the stovetop itself, but I find myself setting it to 4 instead of 5 or 6 for 'medium' settings.

I wanted an induction range for years. Now, I regret waiting for so long. This Samsung induction range exceeds all of my expectations.
I have been cooking on a smooth top electric range for about 15 years. My cooking routine was to place a pan on the burner, turn it on and go watch part of a TV show while it got hot enough to cook on, or the water began to boil. Now, on the induction range, food begins to sizzle in the pan in seconds and water boils in about a minute for smaller quantities around 1 to 2 cups.
I have only used the oven once so far for air frying. I worked great. No preheating required and the cooking time closely matched the cooking instruction on the bag of fries. The included air fry basket cleaned up easily and allowed the excess grease to drain off.
This slide in Range fit perfectly in the space of my previous free standing Range.
I highly recommend this product!

Very happy with new range! Looks sleek with clean lines to compliment any kitchen. Features like induction, convection & air fryer improve quality of cooked foods plus save time. We weren’t sure whether to purchase this model over the one with the smart dial. I’m glad we chose this model though as the display is easy to use.

We needed a new stove to match our stainless Samsung fridge in our remodeled kitchen a couple years ago and was ready to get one under $1000 but my friend talked me into paying extra for the induction and I’m glad I did . Living in Florida It’s nice that you don’t feel the heat from the burners as it uses a magnet and it’s amazing stove. We like using the air fryer too when baking, One thing you have to realize is that you may need get new pots if you don’t have ones that will work with that induction stove top meaning they have to be steel to work with the magnets. The cleaning feature is nice and having the buttons upfront and digital temperature and it also connects to your smart phone.

Great so far! Boiling 4 cups of water took about 2 minutes. So much better than my old electric cooktop. Everything I prepared using convection and broil have cooked perfectly. Bonus is the bread proofing feature that took half the time compared to the on the counter method. Still have not used the air fry feature, but given the rest of the performance I expect it to work well.

The control offered by this stove is beyond impressive. 2 cups of cold water in a pen come to a boil in just under 1 minute, and more impressive than that, can change to a simmer instantly. It's very easy to control and to learn how to utilize the various controls.
The oven is also impressive in each of its settings; air fry, broil, convection bake, roast. I'm pleased overall.
