I researched and finally chose this TV. Picture is awesome. Very easy to setup. Tons of cool features and very easy to use.

The picture quality is fantastic, and the curved screen not only allows the best viewing from about anywhere in the room, but allows a more real life perspective to the picture. This is our first smart TV and have enjoyed all that this feature allows. The sound is OK, but we also purchased a Samsung soundbar to use with the TV. Both together, it'll make you think your at a movie theater! The only thing we don't like about the TV is that the upscaling is so good, it makes movies look like they were shot with video, not a cinematic film camera. It's so sharp, you can even see pores on actors faces. If you turn the brightness and contrast down it helps with this some. Hence only 4 stars. Who would have ever thought that a TV could be too sharp! Aside from the last issue, we highly recommend this TV.

Purchased tv, it stopped working a few weeks later. There was an error with the Smart Connect Box. Returned the TV, got a new one. Works perfectly now (for now). I made sure to get the geek squad warranty in case any shenanigans decide to happen again. I probably just got the one in a million faulty smart connect box, and it may never happen again, but better to be safe than sorry with such a large purchase. Overall the Picture Quality is amazing and the sound is awesome.

The picture on the TV is great. Glad we went with the curve feature especially since the TV is in the corner of a room.

Great color, wonderful crispness, the 4k and HDR have to be seen to believe would highly recommend this TV to anyone

I love this tv it is big, curved, love the deep blues and reds, great 4k display and the sound is superior as well.

Had it for a couple of weeks, the picture is awesome and loved the curved aspect of the TV. Has great viewing angles.

I saw this tv a year ago and was so impressed with the picture. I finally broke down and made the purchase and I love it. We don't use a lot of the capability because we don't have wifi but we love the picture. We did have to go online to learn about the powersaver setting that kept darkening the picture. After we changed the setting it is beautiful. I am not a TV person - I rarely turn it on when I am at home but I do enjoy watching movies and this is a great experience.

I was skeptical about 4k and curved tvs but Samsung hadn't let me down yet so I went for it. Let me just start by saying I had to make 3 trips to BB to pick it up because it wouldn't fit in my vehicles and you can't lay it down!! So bring a truck and tiedowns..anyway, the picture is amazing! HD content through Comcast is perfect and Netflix and gaming are also excellent! The built in wifi is great and was easy to connect to my router. It streams 4k content with no problems.

I went in to Best Buy determined to purchase a Vizio 65" tv. I had done extensive research. The sales rep at Best Buy pointed out this Samsung which was similarly priced and curved (Vizio was not). Also demo'd the remote control and its features whereas the Vizio remote was a tablet and many customers disliked. That was a great recommendation as I utilize the remote on this samsung frequently to watch Netflix. For the price it's the best tv. Love the curve screen.

This is my first 4K tv and it's incredible in every way. The picture is crystal clear even with just basic hd cable.

I'd buy this tv again and again. Love the depth perception of the curve and the beyond amazing image of the 4K HDR!!

I went back and forth on flat or curved. Read reviews and comments to aid in my decision. Finally went with with curved...........best decision I've made concerning a TV purchase. Picture and color is the best. Love the curved design.

We love this TV and are so happy we chose it. It was an open box so we got a great deal on it. The picture is so vivid and crisp and the size is perfect for our living room. It was worth it!

I went in to Best Buy Black Friday weekend 2016 with a certain TV and price in mind from all of my due diligence. When I saw my researched TV on display I was so excited until I looked at the 8500 next to it and I just could not being of sound body and mind go with my original choice. It looked sick and anemic next to the 8500. I knew if I stuck to my guns I'd have buyer's remorse. I did the right thing by doing the d*mn thang! I couldn't be happier with my decision.
