I originally purchased the Samsung mu8000 from bestbuy.com, but after many screw ups on the part of Best Buy and their delivery service I ended up in the Ocoee store in west Orlando. They had this set as an open box and even took $200 bucks off because the company had failed miserably on their end.(it was a bestbuy.com order) Joey and his team were amazing and got me into this set for little more than I had paid for the other set. I took it home, mounted it on the wall and did the install myself. After using the instruction for movie mode setting from RTINGS.com. I can’t reccomend this set enough. I was replacing an old Toshiba 65” LCD 1080p set that got hit by lightning. This set is stunning, from games to sports and even just an average sitcom it’s remarkable. Do I have a little ghosting around light objects on an all black screen, sure but it’s an edge lit set. If you purchase this set you won’t be sorry. The OS is wonderful and easy to operate and the picture is amazing. Go watch planet earth on Netflix (don’t forget to upgrade your subscription to 4K) and just let your jaw fall completely to the floor. Buy this TV, the blacks aren’t as deep as an OLED but for the difference in price and the insane brightness that QLED gives you you’ll be very satisfied. Especially if it’s going into a really bright room.

I love it it was so easy to set up with 1 connect had some trouble with sound bar but Samsung on line chat worked very well. Was delivered on time and 2 hrs. early pic is great like I had hoped it would be can see it from all points of the room as it is curved

Wow! What a Fantastic TV! It has everything. The picture is unbelievable. The set up was fast and easy. I purchased the curved model so no matter where someone sits in the room they have a fantastic picture. Everyone that has seen it is impressed.

Excellent color quality, black quality, and brightness. The HDR is fantastic, and the curve really does add to the experience (though I could live without it). Setup was straight forward with the one connection box. I recommend bringing a big vehicle to pick this up in. It was a challenge to fit in an Equinox.

This TV replaced a Samsung 4K TV that was 2 years old. This QLED is amazing. Best Buy came and installed the TV per my appointment, they were on time. The install took 2 people about 45 minutes start to finish. The installers were very knowledgeable, knew what they were doing and friendly as well. Took the time to show us how to use the remote and assisted us in checking settings on the TV so that we could start off with settings we like not the factory. Was very surprised with the weight and thinness of the TV, very light and thin, one person can easily pick it up and move it, installed with the rest of our gear was quick and easy. The picture is actually much better than the 4K we previously had which surprised me a little as I really did not expect that. The colors are amazing, the contrast are unmistakable, especially with sports channels. The picture is crisp, colors are brilliant. There are a lot of settings to understand and get use to which for us will take some time. The remote is very different than what we are used to so that will some getting used to but overall we are extremely pleased with our purchase and it is definitely worth upgrading from what we had previously. We would highly recommend this TV, it is worth the extra cost, no doubt about it.

I researched online and also in person. I wanted to make the best possible buying decision......read reviews, the specs and also judge in person the difference between a flat and curved screen. Without any doubt I'm totally impressed with all the numerous benefits and features this model offers. The richness in colors is what they claim. The blacks are more black and the other colors are also more varied than the LG 55" HD flat screen I replaced this with. The curved screen does give a better perception of depth. The automatic adjusting of brightness and contrast according to the lighting in the room is wonderful. You can easily turn that feature off if you prefer. All I need now is for DirecTV to offer more channels in 4K to get the full potential that this Samsung offers me.

I like how the color and contrast are so vivid and clear. The smart menu comes up instantly and is easy to use. The curved screen does make viewing from most seating angles in the room a good seat. Really impressed with this tv. Best one I have ever watched up to this point. So far so good since it was installed just three weeks ago.

After having this TV for some time I can't get tired watching it. The colors are excellent. I previously owned the UN55JU6700 TV and upgraded to this Q7 series. I loved the UN55JU6700, but wanted a larger TV. This TV has amazed me every time I turn it on. This TV does not have the ability to aim the remote at the on screen keyboard and click remote to select your letter. You have to move the cursor around to the letter you want. Seems kind of primitive and a set back to me after having it the other way! Whats UP with that Samsung? It also does not have the "EXTRA" button as a feature (where right of screen gives you what you are watching, weather it is a repeat ect, ect). Seems like another set back in features to me. This TV has one odd thing that happens is that TV will turn itself back on. This has happened many times to me. This will happen after 10, 20, 30 seconds after I turn off TV and walk down the hall at night or leave for work in the morning. At first I thought I hit the power twice or when I set the remote down on the end table it jolted the remote to turn it back on, so I started setting down the remote on end table and pressed off. This didn't solve the problem and this still happens to me. SAMSUNG - do - you - have - a - solution - for - me ? So I can give this TV a 5 star rating. All in all I love this TV.

This is by far my favorite purchase of 2017, it is beautiful, great color and brightness. The curve really makes a huge difference. I went to Fry’s and they were awful. Best Buy is the way to go for sure, friendly service, honest, not to mention the best price. Overall great product, would highly recommend.

Nice picture, as it should be for the price. The first one was delivered, out of the box it had a white light shining up from the bottom edge of the screen. The replacement also has faint white light showing on the bottom and top edges which can be seen when there is a black image on the tv. Best Buy just put the 8 series model on huge sale, going to trade this one in for it.

This is my third Samsung HD 4K tv, I'm committed to this brand. This is a high quality, user friendly tv and I appreciate it every time I turn it on. I like the curve screen because it works well in the room it's in, everyone can see it no matter where they sit. Great tv!

This has to be the best TV on the market today. The picture is awesome and the remote is probably the first remote that can control all of my accessories. Easy to set-up and has definitely added a little something extra to our family room.

Wonderful experience watching tv with this great 65" curved Samsung 4K smart tv. Nothin to complain about! Looks and plays good and offers great viewing content. An immersive experience with good sound, perfectly detailed images in bright color and nuanced black & white plus action-filled sports programs that this tv set more than keeps up with. Very happy we upgraded our older and smaller Samsung. Best Buy is the best!

Best TV i ever had.Super, amazingly clear picture. Remote control is another thing i love. Controls lot of accessories i have. I'm recommending this Tv to anybody .

Not a true OLED but just as good. Curved Ultra HD LED screen is a wonder of engineering. Good warranty and excellent Bestbuy/Geek Squad installation.
