So the TV is great! The picture is amazing! The one connect box is super awesome!! You can't even see the fiber optic wire hanging from the TV when done properly. Everything is crystal clear and the 4k is out of the world!!! My only complaint is that connecting this TV wirelessly to a modem/router is a pain in my caboose!! It's a painstaking task. That you have to repeat over and over. Not returning it though.

Pros One of the brightest TVs when viewing SDR content which is the majority of the content available. Black uniformity is also amongst the best TVs beating out the 900F and Q8FN. Color volume is the best I've ever seen coming at almost 100%. The one connect box is great. The game mode provides smooth game play. The ambient mode is a show stopper. Everyone loves that feature. It's edge lit so it has a thin profile which looks great. Cons The blacks aren't as good as Sony's 900F and the Q8 and Q9 but it's not bad. Sound is decent. I had to get a sound bar for movie night. Bixby needs improvement. The tv is bright but not as bright as some of the other TVs when viewing HDR content but it's good enough.

This tv exceeds every expectation i had. I upgraded from a 1080p LG OLED and wasn't expecting to be taken back so much. The picture quality is life like. Definitely get this if its in your Budget. And stretch the budget if possible to get this, bc its guaranteed to be worth it over any tv cheaper.

Our whole family loves this large 65 inch smart television. The picture is amazing and it goes all the way to the edges. No big frame. The apps make it easy to connect to Netflix and Amazon Prime movies and YouTube. The TV is super thin and the back side is even textured so it's pretty.

I bought the Q7 QLED 65 inch TV and got it setup with no problems. Then about ten minutes after completing the setup, I got a notice that there was a problem with the one connect box cord. I call Samsung remote management and they determined that the one connect box cord was defective. They mailed me a new cord...one week later. The tv works fine now. Amazing picture and features. This was the second Samsung QLED that I had problems a with. Knowing what I know now, I’d stick with LG.

Upgraded a plasma tv from 8 years ago. No regrets. It cost a little over my budget, and was worth it for,the sharp picture quality.

Easy to operate. This one reduced glare better than my three year older 65 inch Samsung.

I do not appreciate the fact that I have a blue line running horizontally through my TV in less than nine months of having a TV that I paid almost $3000 for

The picture is sharp and colors are great. Disappointed that it did not have Amazon Fire Stick as option.

Don’t buy any TV with Dolby Vision, you cannot turn off this, and you image looks horrendous, every time I start watching Netflix and this option is activated by the Sony TV , I have to go to my old TV , don’t buy it, the image looks very dark and pale, and I'm not telling you how it looks last episodes of Game of Thrones, it’s very sad spent a lot of money on this tv and you don’t have the freedom to turn off this feature

I kept holding out on a new TV, because I LOVE my plasma TV. If you do your own research, it makes a lot more sense when you walk into a store and talk to a salesperson when they start their pitch why you need to spend $1000 more than what you want to spend. I had narrowed my search down to a few but ultimately chose the Q7F for two reasons. 1: the one connect box, and 2: the small edge along the screen. Compared to most TVs made still, the edge is extremely thin, which makes the TV much cleaner looking. The one connect box virtually eliminates the appearance of cords running along or down the wall. The picture quality is beyond amazing. The apps are easy to find and extremely fast to load and switch between. The sound quality is so good I rarely use my Samsung soundbar, unless I’m watching a movie that I want to listen to deep bass. The TV is so clear I can literally watch, without straining, anything on the TV from my kitchen which is about 50ft away. I’d highly recommend this TV to anybody in the market for a new TV. I sometimes debate whether I should have just done the 75”, as my wall space will surely accommodate, but I also don’t want to regret being overwhelmed by that big of a screen. I’m happy with the 65”. You can easily adjust the settings of the TV to tailor it to your liking. The remote is ridiculously simple, with not that many buttons but can control anything I’ve hooked to the one connect box so far. The remote is rf, so you don’t have to point the remote directly at anything, and it’s controlled perfectly. I also got the no-gap wall mount from Samsung, which isn’t entirely true about being “no-gap”. If the TV isn’t on a wall that is walked by or on a wall with open sides, I wouldn’t get it. I actually hung the tv with the mount from my plasma TV, then hung the no-gap mount for a comparison, and sure, the no-gap is a little slimmer, but definitely not a true no-gap. So I’d skip that accessory. I also bought a new “4K hdmi cable”, which I honestly can’t tell the difference from the old cable, but somehow the TV knew I replaced the cable because it adjusted the TV settings, so not sure if a gimmick or not, but the TV likes the new cable better. I truly am more than satisfied with this TV.

I love this television. I went back and forth about which model to get. The Q9 was out of my price range, and I personally didn't want to justify the additional money for the Q8, but I'm sure it's great as well. When you watch 4K content on this television, it will blow you away. I've had several people look at it and want one of their own. It also has a great selection of smart tv apps, making integration into other items super easy. The one connect box is genius and saved me from having to spend a ton in drywall work. If you want an unbelievable television but can't decide if the Q7 is "high end enough", stop worrying and buy this TV. It's the best and has a great quality to value ration.

I am a samsung phanatic so i did some research on the new QLED series tvs and i decided on the QF7. It does not disappoint me one bit the picture is amazing. I was concerned about doing the setup by myself because of the size but it was not as bad as i thought. It took me a few minutes to figure out the settings but once i did it was a breeze. The remote is simple to use. And the anti-reflection is outstanding when watching in a bright sunlit room. I also purchased the Samsung N550 soundbar and i plugged it in turned it on and it automatically linked to the TV. I didn't have to push any buttons it was amazing. I'm actually going to go back and buy the extra rear surround sound speakers that are wireless to get the full effect. Overall i am 100% satisfied with the purchases samsung will continue to get my business. And ofcourse Best Buy and the employees are great friendly and have wonderful knowledge of the products. Thank you again for an easy experience. I am a super happy customer

Well this TV was everything I had hoped for. It's picture quality is sensational even without 4K streaming content. The upscaling makes 720P look like 4K. The darks and colors are fantastic and with the One Connect box it makes adding all my peripherals a breeze. I am very happy with our new TV

WOW! All I can say is..the quality of this TV is just amazing! In full honesty, I did upgrade from an older Samsung TV (40 inch) and the size and picture upgrade was night and day difference! I love the separate smart hub box that comes with the TV, where you can add all of your favorite plug-ins and game consoles. You'll love the smart TV features such as the integrated YouTube, Hulu, and Netflix apps which make it a breeze to scroll through for movies and TV shows. I did have some issues connecting to the internet at the beginning through the TV wifi connection so I would recommend either moving your router closer to the TV or if in a basement like mine to purchase a wifi extender like the Netgear AC1200 (see my review). Overall, couldn't have made a better purchase! Very happy with this TV!

This TV is a good one for sure. We purchased the Samsung 65" LED NU7100 Series and just didn't like the picture because when the show or movie would be dark you could see kind of see white in the back ground and we didn't like that is wasn't as bright as we wanted. This TV is very bright, the dark scenes don't leave a white light in the back ground. Another pro on this TV is that is comes with Samsungs "One Connect Box" which this has all the components right there and you can put wherever you want because if you hang the TV is tends to be pretty tough to plug something in the back of the TV. Also the cord it comes with is pretty long.

The reason why I gave the Q7F 65 QLED a 4 star because my unit had a dead pixel on arrival. This was resolved quickly with a phone call and a replacement delivery within the same week. First thing is that this TV is SUPER bright. This is good if you are planning to have it in a living room where sunlight leaks through windows/doors/ect. That being said, it gets bright to the point where it can strain your eyes. luckily there is an ambient light sensor that can be toggled in the settings so the TV will auto adjust its brightness given how bright the room its sitting in is. HDR quality is superb(This is my first introduction to a "high end" TV with True HDR so my opinion is a bit limited). Super thin bezels makes this TV look like it is a window into your content of choice. This is even more noticeable once it has been wall mounted. Wall mounting is was a bit of a conundrum due to the curved backside. I got the RocketFish Full Motion Wall Mount for 40-70 inches and it comes with all the mounting hardware you will need. Cable management is super easy with the One Connect box. There is a single fiber optic cable going to the TV from a processing box. This cable looks really fragile so be careful when handling it, its $300 for a replacement from Samsung directly. There is no RCA inputs, only 4 HDMIs, ethernet, and optical audio. The Q series of TVs from Samsung are for people like me who like high contrast ratios, super brightness, but do not want to take chances with an OLED and its burn in history. I would recommend if you have $2000 burning a hole in your pocket as it looks stunning wall mounted

I bought this because I wanted to upgrade from my 8 year old LED LCD TV. After seeing the choices I didn't have the means for the Q9 but the Q7 was on sale and within my budget. I thought it was amazing at the store. Then we had it delivered and once we turned it on it was even more amazing! Best picture ever! The apps are easy and better than my previous TV. Simple to use and simple to adjust! Worth Every Penny!!!!!!
