This Samsung 5.5 Cu.Ft washer is a customized computer that washes with less water than my previous Samsung washer. It has everything that you need to get any load of clothes cleaner and fresher. It has a sanitizer and also hot steam that is essential in getting your clothes the cleanest that they can be. Buy it and enjoy it.

I replaced a Washer/Dryer set from Samsung that just turned 5 years old. Nothing was wrong with the previous set, worked great, I just wanted the network capability since I also replaced the 5 year old dishwasher and stove, and will be doing the same next with the microwave and fridge. I had serious issues with delivery but an email to Best Buy officers got it straightened out. The downside - this is just a magnet for fingerprints and anything else that will make it look messy. And now I have to dust my washer and dryer, which I didn't have to do with the previous top load washer and the dryer that had a smooth square for the door, no parts sticking out like these circular doors do. No issues with connectivity - got it paired to the Smartthings app without issues, and it works well for the wireless monitoring and notifications. I like that if you stack this on the washer, the washer's control panel then controls THIS one so you don't have to figure out how to reach the higher control panel. It even notes what wash cycle you used in the washer and can suggest the optimal drying cycle. Plenty of program options, but I'm a bit frustrated that I can't modify options on most of them. The Samsung I replaced still let me change a few of the options for most of the programs, but this one really has a limited number of things you can change on the majority. I also wasn't a fan of the lint filter at first. It just bends, which to me is a point of failure over time as you bend it and unbend it and bend it and unbend it. But I have to admit, it cleans WAY easier than the one in my previous dryer, so I'm becoming a fan of it. Performance is good - dries well, better than the previous one did, but then again the washing machine here gets clothes so much drier than the previous one did, so this doesn't have to dry quite as much. But even with many sweaters and heavy clothing from the Wisconsin winter, almost everything ends up dry. Previous dryer usually had two or three of the heavier things still a bit damp needing a cycle of their own after everything else was removed. Controls are pretty straightforward as well. I got it on sale, so for the sale price, seems a decent value.

It’s Samsung that is all. I got this on deal on a scratch and debt several months ago. Only recently started using it. Had to get a conversion kit as the market this is used using cooking gas not natural gas. This dryer works as expected. Very good value. Love the smart things connectivity. Strongly recommend

My dryer went out and needed this same day. Found this one came home hooked right up with 0 issues. Everything works great. Does what it’s suppose to do. Samsung is the leader in Washers and Dryers. My current set is an older version of this one which I’ve had for almost 10 years. Will always to continue to buy from BestBuy and will be Samsung.

Nice the clean very well energy efficient less water to use

Complimented as the Tesla of washer and dryer. Touch control, aesthetically pleasing, and wifi enabled/smart dryer makes this appliance look and feel modern. This unit replaced a 7 year old Samsung dryer that wasn't broken, just old and looking for a new unit to replace it because of the washing machine that was paired with it was breaking down. The notification of time to completion of the drying cycle is a nice touch. The dry, spin, and temp is adjusted from 1 to 5. The normal drying cycle (dry 3) was enough to dry cloths such typical t shirts and shorts, but not enough for thicker material like heavier cotton sweatshirts. I'm lazy and just dry all my cloths together at 4. The lint filter removes more lint than the prior dryer.

So far works good but bought an open box item that stated Excellent condition and when recd it was all scratched and had 2 dents on it so definitely not excellent per the description of what it should have been.

Very good working the best Cleaning clothes good and low noise

It probably is a good machine, but we bought an open box in satisfactory condition. It was wrapped when I picked it up so I couldn't see anything. When I got it home it was dented badly and scratched. I didn't really care as it would never be seen by anyone else. The 1st day was fine, the 2nd day it started making a grinding noise. Brought it back and bought a new samsung, a little different model. Love the newer one and even the older 1 we threw away was a samsung and we liked it. So, it probably is a good machine but, I really can't say.
