Replaced a 28 year old gas dryer. This one matched my current washer. Love this dryer. Multiple settings to select from. Have had for a little over a year and works like a charm. The delivery service and delivery team was impeccable. Easy to use, quiet. Cute little tune when cycle complete. Just finished drying sheets as I was writtibg this. Pleasure to do laundry.

Sleek and functional! The knob let’s you go through the drying options while the rest of the buttons are all touch and illuminate when you turn it on. It does have a Wi-Fi function but beware the gas model doesn’t seem to have an on or off function on the app unlike the electric version. You do get notifications on your phone or Samsung tv when cycles are finished if you have a Samsung SmartThings app ecosystem. This is a great dryer and I would recommend it to anyone.

Great customer service from Best Buy. This dryer looks great and works great so far. the color is off-white making it a unique color. The Samsung SmartThing app sends you notification when your load is all done or if there is anything that requires you attention. Very happy with our purchase.

Great features, silent operation, works with smart home apple & google... The geek squad installation was abysmal but the Samsung product is great

Havent had it very long but its a definite upgrade to my last washer and dryer!

Great product but disappointed with installation. There was a minor scratch as well as missing Multi Control connection so I had to buy separately. Because I know Best Buy would not care my opinion and take too long time to get resolved, I decide not to claim for the scratch. The product is great.

Works good easy to use. Love the reminders that liad is done via phone. Tought it was a waste when i purchased but actually like getting notifications. So that I don’t forget

We bought this as our washer died and as we all know, if we didn't buy the set the dryer would die as soon as the model was discontinued......so we bought both. I have to say other then one issued with a quilt (I am still learning the settings), this dryer is a powerhouse. I use the SmartThings app so that the dryer recommend the type of drying for the new load. LOVE this feature! Pleasantly surprised, I find myself looking for things to throw in the laundry now.

Love the ease of use. We usually worry about having my mother in law use new appliances and this is a breeze for her as we have it set to a certain cycle. We can also see use on our phones. We got washer and dryer on pedestal and love them both!!

We are definitely impressed with this washer and dryer set. We love the functionality, ease of use, and ability to control both units with the washer. Design is beautiful. The ivory stands out really well in our laundry room. The capacity is perfect for our king comforter and other bedding. The features these machines offer are also perfect for our family: sanitizing, dry cleaning, quick washes, etc

Drying time with super speed this dryer dries clothes great. On any other cycle it takes at least 2 cycles to dry . The capacity of this dryer is wonderful for us with a large family. but the time it takes to dry hoodies and teen clothes on other cycles is 2 hours. Great looking, powerful and artificial intelligence yall! Chose this over an LG due to aesthetics and usable features. No auto load but everything about this machine screams premium.
