There have been a couple of times the sound would go in and out. I found the connection in the back was loose so hopefully we won't have that issue again.

The picture so clear, you can see the face wrinkles and goosebumps. The 4k resolution makes you feel like you’re there. The slim size of the tv makes the weight light and not an eye sore on the wall. The price was unbeatable and was definitely worth it. Economically and entertainingly makes sense. Definitely buying another one.

The only downfall is the tv speakers which I already knew would be sub par to begin with.

The system crashes two or three times a day prompting me to restart my TV. Another problem is the picture quality is poor on broadcast less than 4K or 1080i. I have contacted Samsung support regarding my system crashes, and I've gone through their recommended steps to remedy the problem, to no success.
