We researched a lot of TV options and are so glad about this purchase. The colors are REAL not 'fake' looking. The sound is already so great that we have yet to hook up the surround system. The remote is simple and easy to use. The size is significant enough for our very large great room. Highly recommend!

I have an older samsung smart tv that i wouldnt have recommended to anyone. That led me to trying other brands that include a smart uhd 55" vizeo that is good for the kids streaming, and an LG 75" inch 4k uhd smart tv for the family room to play video games primarily which i thought was great until I decided to take advantage of a sale on this TV. I set it up and tested the 4k imax experience for movies and xbox series X games. Wow, i have no idea why I would use any other tv. This is a powerful TV that adjusts appropriately to what you are doing whether watching a movie, show, streaming, playing video games (which by the way amazing on the game mode function). It is very sleek and slim for the power this tv offers. Combine this tv with your alexa and other smart capable apps to control everything around you essentially turning this tv into a control center

This TV is way more than I expected, I have both the Q70A and now the Q80A. Both TV's are amazing but this one has a better picture in my opinion. Great sound out of the TV and plenty of apps including built in AppleTV to choose from. If you have doubts do your research but coming from a customer who's done most of the research for you, you wont be disappointed.

This has been a good TV. My only complaint is that the brightness is not as strong as I hoped.

Great TV with great sound (without a sound bar). You can hear the dialogue over the background action noise. Picture is great with clear bright definition, and you can see the action even when it is a very dark action pic (with the variety of light pixs). The picture has excellent depth value and, in some movies watched, looked somewhat 3-D. However, still would have liked more control options for sound and color mix. Geek squad, Dalton and Molly, were great with delivery and installation. Very professional and concerned with our opinions and needs. Even reset up old TV in master bedroom. I would highly recommend this TV and Best Buy's services, including their Total Tech Support, which gives you the free delivery, set up and 2-year protection plan on your purchase. It also covers up to 3 items, for tech service with the annual fee.

Excellent 4k television. Can have slight issues staying connected to wifi, but we have not had issues since we switched to ethernet. Having issues using an indoor antenna, however.

Replaced another Samsung 4k TV with this. The QLED is supersharp and with the higher refresh rate does not blur when watching sports or action movies. Had the ability to download all of my streaming apps meaning no more Apple TV box required

This TV is great! I love the size and it’s not too thick. It has a great picture, the remote has solar charging, and has Netflix, prime video, and Samsung tv plus buttons on it to go directly to those. I would recommend this tv to anyone.

Love the big screen. Clarity is very good and color is very sharp. Price was good and the $300 gift card bought a soundbar and subwoofer. Installers were very nice and informational.

The picture is excellent. Easy to use. We also purchased a Samsun sound bar, which sounds good, and works flawlessly with the TV remote.

We are enjoying the Samsung Q80A TV. It has a great picture and apps for all the tv/sports and movie channels we normally watch. Very efficient remote control.

Beautiful picture! Low profile so it blends with the room. When I'm not watching it I will use it as a "window" by putting outside scene on the scene saver.

This TV is way better than I thought. The picture quality is way better than Sony. Do not go with Sony. This is a true 120 hz TV at native 4K. Sony is not.

I have owned the TV for approximately two weeks, and so far, I am loving it! I read the reviews prior to purchasing, and specifically looked at the 2-star and 3-star reviews. The comments to team gave back to the reviewers on the things to fix (i.e. update latest software, picture quality pages to set, etc.) really helped the up-front installation. The TV turns on instantaneously and is ready for immediate usage. Great picture, great sound (though we use an external sound system. I would high recommend this TV, if you are a movie lover or sports fan. Watching the NCAA tournament, the overall quality is AMAZING!!

Great TV.....clear and sharp...Easy to install with wall bracket.....Needs 2 strong people.....paying to install might be a good idea for some

This television is unlike anything I've seen in a home. We were concerned that its size would overwhelm our wall. It does not. We are very please with how easily the television handles the Florida sun. The picture is bright, anytime of day, in any sunlight. Oh, my!

Love this tv! If you have the space for a large tv, go big, or go home! Beautiful picture and super easy access to all streaming apps.

Amazing quality, you would think lag would be an issue but I haven't had any lag/ delay issues through game mode on PS5. Sound clarity is more than what I need so it made me decide not to get a soundbar to go along with. The colors and blacks are spot on no matter how much light is within the house. Can see a huge difference of quality from this tv to my old tv... It's for sure night and day. Best tv decision I've ever made
