Amazing, and installation was so nice! The TV is incredible and the art options are so fun! It works perfectly in an enormous room without looking like a movie screen

It came broken and it was a hassle to send it back and repurchase it at best buy.

Renders the remote control useless…

This was the most ridiculous accessory for The Frame. It disables the various motion, light and infrared sensors so that the remote no longer functions. You then have to purchase an additional accessory to offboard the sensor which works poorly. This wouldn’t be worth the money if it were FREE. Don’t bother with this accessory. It’s just not worth it.

I apologize for any confusion regarding the remote – please know the Solar Cell remote does actually pair to your TV via Bluetooth; an RF signal is only emitted when pressing the power button, which at that time, will need to be within the sensor’s line of sight. If your remote’s signal is still unable to reach the TV, please do make sure the Customizable Bezel is snug in place and tight against the TV bezel to prevent any possible blockages.
